Celestia leaned back against her chair with a content sigh. Today was a good day, all things considered. The play a was success, her student may have finally learned to trust her, and those acting lessons may come in handy some day. Sure she was trying too hard during the practice before the play, but learning a bit more about how to act in theater could be of use some day.

It was nearing midnight and the only reason she was still awake was due to her excitement from everything that had happened today. Choosing to reflect on an eventful day in the empty throne room was something she found herself doing a lot as of late.

Stretching out her wings and arms, Celestia let out another long sigh. It had been a good day in deed. Might be about time to turn in though. Celestia shifted, her body starting to move to get out of the chair when suddenly the door to the throne room burst open. Celestia nearly jumped out of her fur in shock. Standing in the open door way was Luna. She was wearing a nice black evening gown though it appeared ruffled with her right shoulder strap hanging off of her. A scowl that could have made anypony pause in terror was currently being shown. Celestia gulped, "I haven't seen her this disheveled since our last big argument when Starlight showed up."

Doing her best to look neutral despite feeling worried, Celestia spoke in calm voice, "Why Luna, how are you this evening?"

"Don't give me that bull Celestia!"

Celestia straightened her back, suddenly looking more concerned.

Luna took a step towards her, shutting the door behind her, though much less aggressively.

"How dare you. I was watching that play, I saw what you did!"

Celestia brushed away a wrinkle in her white and gold evening gown and slowly stood up. "Luna, I have no idea what you are talking about. I wasn't even in the play. I just simply provided some special effects."

Luna rolled her eyes and took several steps towards Celestia. "Special effects my ass!"

Celestia raised an eyebrow as Luna kept walking towards her. "Luna, sister, I think you're going to need to fill me in on what the problem is."

Luna stopped at the first step leading up to Celestia throne and threw out her arms and wings in aghast. "Don't be coy with me, you raised the sun, the actual sun. At night... Without asking or giving me a heads up!"

Celestia stared back, looking confused. "I'm sorry?"

"Sorry?!" Luna let out an aggravated sigh as she took a big step toward Celestia. (She skipped two steps on the stairs.)

"We are supposed to work as a team here and you go behind my back and raise the sun during my night. If I hadn't been to that play, would you have even told me later? Sent a message. Something?!"

Celestia let out a small chuckle, "Luna, I think you are making too big of a deal out of this. I was just raising the sun a for moment. I put it right back down after the play."

Luna's eyes flashed red as she charged forward, grabbing the neck region of Celestia's dress as she put herself nose to nose with Celestia.

Celestia let out a huff of surprise as Luna tightly gripped her dress. Luna stared hard at Celestia as the world seemed to slow around them. Luna's wings stretched out from her body in a threatening manner while Celestia's seemed to shrink back, folding themselves tightly against her back. Luna let out a deep breath between her clenched teeth. She seemed to stare for moment, almost like she was processing what Celestia had just said.

"Oh I see, I refuse to lower the moon for a bit and its off its rocky surface for me but you decide to raise the sun at 9:00PM and that's just fine and dandy!"

Celestia looked away before staring back at Luna, "That was different. This was just a small thing."

"It may start out that way, but how do I know that giving you an inch won't result in you taking a mile?"

"Luna," Celestia said softly, "You should know me by now."

Luna let out a small huff, "Yeah I do. I know how easy it is for you to think your doing the right thing all the time. But I know you make mistakes and it takes someone like me to point them out. If I don't keep you on the straight and narrow, then who will?"

"Luna... Listen, I'm sorry. I truly am. I know I should have said something to you first. It was just a spur of the moment."

Luna looked away, her eyes becoming soft, "You could have said something to me right afterwards. I was actually waiting for you to come to me after I saw your sun go up. But you never came and I just couldn't believe you."

Celestia raised a hand and cupped it against Luna's cheek, "Luna, you're right. I should have came to you immediately afterwards. We are a team but I wasn't acting like we were one. If there is any way I can make it up to you... I'll do anything."

Luna took a moment, Celestia could tell she was thinking things over. After a few moments of silence, Luna let out a small sigh. "Alright fine..." Suddenly, Luna's eyes grew wide as an idea seemed to spark itself into her mind. She seemed to perk up a bit as a smile began to grow across her face, "Anything?"

Luna glanced downwards. She was still holding the neck region Celestia's dress and with her breasts slightly exposed, she couldn't help but notice that Celestia wasn't wearing a bra. Good.

"Well Celestia, I do have one thing in mind. But remember, you said anything."

Celestia glanced downwards, suddenly noticing Luna's gaze. Her hand fell from Luna's cheek. A small smile slowly crept across Celestia's face. "I did, didn't I? Well, I suppose you may do as you see fit."

Luna quickly let go of Celestia's dress and instead grabbed on to her shoulders. Luna grinned as she spun Celestia around. Luna let out a small chuckle, "If Celestia thinks this is going to be one of our simple sessions, she in for a surprise."

Celestia whimpered as the attention was no longer on her. Luna licked her lips as she finished destroying what was left of Celestia's gown and threw the halves off to the side. Celestia took a few short breaths and looked back at Luna, "So... Apology accepted?"

Celestia raised an eyebrow as Luna glanced over at Celestia's torn dress. Luna lit up her horn and her own dress returned to her. She snapped her fingers and Celestia's dress disappeared. Luna glanced back at Celestia and smiled, "A nice brisk walk back to your room in your birthday suit and I'll consider us even."

Celestia let out a small chuckle, "Ok Luna, but next time you screw up, I'm making sure you do the same."
Luna slowly licked her lips as she turned and began to walk away from Celestia. Once she reached the door, she turned around and grinned at Celestia, "I'm looking forward to it." She quickly opened the door and shut it behind her. Leaving a naked and slightly messy Celestia hoping that everyone had already gone to bed.

I just watched the recent episode and found myself inspired so I wrote this all in one night. This was a really fun episode but what really got me was how people were reacting to Luna's amused look when Celestia raised the sun in the middle of the night. A part of me really wonders what kind of argument those two had that night. xD
