Rarity and Rainbow goes camping

It was early the next morning when Rarity started to wake up. The mud that they were covered in had dried overnight. Making it hard for Rarity to move. “Rainbow, we have to get up.” Rarity rolled over and shook Rainbow.

“All ready?”

“I am afraid so.” Rarity started to get up out of bed having a hard time. “Just as a heads up the mud that we are covered in has dried. Making it hard to move.”

“Thanks for letting me know. I will get up in a minute, I have to pee first.” Rainbow peed in the bed. When she was done peeing she slowly got out of bed. “You’re right, it is hard to move, but peeing helps.”

“Now that you mentioned it I need to pee too.” Rarity gets back on the bed and pees. When she is done she gets up and goes over to Rainbow. “You're right it does.” But we need to get ready to go now. I am going to shower up here. You can use the downstairs shower. I take it by now you know where the shower stuff is.”

“Yes, I do.” Rarity walks out of her bedroom and goes to the bathroom to take a shower. When Rarity gets to the bathroom she turns on the shower and starts to get undressed. She had a harder time getting undressed then normal. It wasn’t as bad as it could have been. Her pee rewet the mud a little making it easier. When she was undressed Rarity got into the hot shower. “That feels good.” Rarity said as she started to get clean.

Meanwhile Rainbow had made it to the downstairs bathroom and had started to get undressed. Rainbow found it harder to get undressed but her pee helped. When she had gotten undressed she got into the shower. It took her longer to get clean than normal. When she was clean she throw out messy clothes in the trash and went to Rarity’s bedroom. She then goes and gets some clothes out of her duffle bag and gets dressed.

Rainbow puts on a pair of sky blue panties and matching bra, red shorts with a black stripe, and a white t shirt trimmed in black. She then goes to the kitchen and washed the pots and pans that they bought the previous day and sets them out to dry. She then goes to the living room to wait for Rarity. Rarity came down a little time later she had on blue shorts, a blue t shirt trimmed in a lighter blue,white panties with a matching bra, and a purple backpack.

“Sorry that took so long it took longer to get clean then normal.”

“It is fine I just got done a little while ago myself. It took me a while to get clean too.”

“We need to get going are you ready?”

“I just need to get my bag.” She runs and gets her duffle bag and comes back with it over one shoulder. “Ready.”

“Good can you please carry the tent.”

“Sure thing.” Rainbow picks up the tent and puts it over her other shoulder. Rarity goes to pick up the pots and pans.

“Rainbow where are the pots and pans? I left them right by the door yesterday.”

“They are in the kitchen. I washed them when I was done in the shower.”

“That was a very good idea Rainbow.” Rarity walks to the kitchen and drys the pots and pans the rest of the way. She folds up the handles and puts them into a small nylon bag and they leave the house.

“Wait we need the cooler.”

“Where is it?”

“Around back I will get it I will be right back.” Rarity puts down the bag with the pots and pans in it and walks around to the back of the house. She gets a big cooler that was on wheels. Rarity then walks back to Rainbow and puts the bag with the pots and pans in it into the cooler. “Now we can go.”

“So where are we going?”

“ The train station. We will get the food when we get into town before we head to the campsite.”

“Ok Rarity do we have time to get some breakfast?”

“If we make it fast we do. How about we get drinks and some doughnuts and eat them on the train?”

“Sounds good to me.” They walk to the store and get a box of assorted donuts.

“Rainbow what should we get to drink?”

“Can we get ice tea?”

“Sure, that sounds good.” They get a gallon of ice tea and some cups they pay and head to the train station. There was a big steam engine at the platform. There were red stripes wrapping around the boiler. The front was black going up to the first stripe the rest was green.

There were red stripes going around the firebox and the tender was trimmed in red. The running number 45110 was painted on the side of the cab in yellow and was trimmed in red. It was pulling six coaches. The coaches had a black roof a wide beige stripe going down the side and the bottom of the coaches were red.

“Wow that is a black five!”

“Rainbow! That is not a nice thing to say.”

“No, that is the class of the engine. It is a black five. They were built in 1934. They started to be withdrawn in 1961. There were 842 were built between 1934 and 1951.”

“Ok um….Rainbow how do you know that? You sounded like Twilight right now.”

“I was helping Twilight do a little cleaning in her attic a few weeks ago when I found a box with some of Spike’s old things in it. When I looked in it it had some old train sets in it. As I was looking through the box Twilight came up and started telling me about some of the trains.”

“I see, I am surprised that you remembered what Twilight told you.”

“Well the trains looked like they were fun. Twilight let me take them home and um…. I have been playing with them when I get home from practice.I have also been doing a little reading online about the trains that were in the box.” Rainbow was blushing a little.”

“So you like trains. That is nothing to be embarrassed about.”

“Really?”

“Yes we all have things that we like to do. I will not think any differently about you.”

“Thanks Rarity.” She gives Rarity a hug.

“Lets get on the train before we miss it.”

“Good point.” They quickly get in the last coach.

“There are sure a lot of people on the train today.”

“That is because today they are celebrating the history of this railroad by running all of there original trains.”

“That sounds like fun.” Just then the conductor blew his whistle and the doors on the coaches were shut. They started to move. As they left the station the engineer blew the whistle on the train. Rarity opens the box of donuts and passes them to Rainbow.

“Thanks Rarity.” Rainbow takes out a jelly donut and hands the box back to Rarity. Rarity takes out a chocolate donut with rainbow sprinkles. “Nice, your donut has rainbow sprinkles on it.” Rainbow pours a cup of ice tea and drinks it and pours another one.

“First of all they are called jimmies and you may want to slow down with the ice tea it is going to be a long trip.”

“It is? Thanks for letting me know.” Rainbow takes a bite of her jelly donut and some of the jelly comes out the back and lands on her shirt. Rainbow scoops it up on her finger and eats it. Rarity eats some of her donut and takes a drink of her ice tea. “So Rarity how long until we get to our stop?” Rainbow drinks some of her ice tea more slowly this time.

“A few hours.” Rainbow looked out the window trying to figure out where they were going. The train was moving in the direction of Camp Everfree.

“We are going to Camp Everfree!?”

“Sorry no we are not.”

“Oh man.” Rainbow sounded a little sad as the train went by the stop for Camp Everfree and kept going. After the train was a little bit past the Camp Everfree stop Rainbow was looking out of the window smiling.

“Having fun?”

“Yes I am.”

“Good. Would you like another donut and more tea?”

“Yes I would please.” Rarity hands Rainbow the donuts and a cup of ice tea. Rainbow takes a chocolate donut out of the box. “Would you like one Rarity?”

“No thanks I am good.” Rainbow close the box of donuts and goes back to looking out of the window. They were going up a small mountain. After an hour they were going into a valley then up another mountain into a valley and and back up. This happened a few times.

“Every time we go up a mountain my ears pop.”

“Sorry about that Rainbow but I think that we are almost there.” They went down the other side of the mountain. They went on for a little bit before they started to slow down. Rarity takes out a map from her backpack and looks at it. “This is going to be our stop.”

“Already?” Rarity looks at her watch.

“It is 11. We have been on the train for almost three hours.”

“What? It doesn't feel like it.” Just then they pull into the station and stop.

“Last stop, everyone out.” said the conductor, Rainbow and Rarity pick up their trash and put it in the cooler and pick up the rest of their stuff and leave the train. Rainbow was walking backwards to get a last look at the train. When she couldn’t see it anymore she turns back around.

“So where are we Rarity.” Rarity points to a sine.

“Welcome to Evergreen Grove.” They were in a small town that was in a valley between two big mountains.

“Wow it is pretty here. How did you find this place Rarity?”
“I found it online.”

“Well you sure found a cool place.”

“Thanks. Now let's go get some food and then go to our campsite.”

“Lead the way Rarity.” Rarity starts to walk, pulling the cooler behind her, and Rainbow walking behind her. They walk to a little supermarket. “So what are we going to get?”

“I was thinking that we would bring things like instant heat cereal, eggs, Breakfast bars,....” Rainbow interrupts Rarity.

“Could we get stuff to make smores and maybe get hot dogs and lunch meat?”

“Sure we can make smores but how would we keep hot dogs and lunch meat cold?”

“Dry ice.”

“That should work. What kind of lunch meat should we get?” They started walking down the aisles Rarity pulling the cooler and Rainbow pushing a shopping cart.

“Can we get roast beef...” They were walking passed the canned fruit.

“Rainbow get some canned apples and pears.”

Rainbow puts some of the cans into her cart.

“I would also like some corn beef and ….” Rarity interrupts Rainbow again, Rainbow looking a little annoyed.

“Get some of that canned spaghetti too.”

Rainbow put some canned spaghetti in her cart.

“Can I finish now Rarity?”

“Yes you may.”

“Good.” She stops walking so Rarity wouldn’t tell her to get anything else. “Can we get some roast beef, corn beef, and baloney?” When she was done talking Rainbow starts walking again.

“Sure we can.” As they are walking to the deli they get chocolate bars, marshmallows, and graham crackers when they get to to deli.

“Hello what can I get for you two ladies today?”

“Can I please have a pound of roast beef?” The worker cuts a piece of roast beef and shows it to her.

“Is this good?”

“Yes it is.” The worker cuts a pound of roast beef wraps it up and gives it to Rarity.

“Can I get you anything else?”

“I would also like a pound of corn beef .” The worker cuts a piece of corn beef and shows it to her.

“Is this good?”

“Yes it is.” The worker cuts a pound of corn beef wraps it up and gives it to Rarity.

“Can I get you anything else?”

“I also need a pound of baloney please.” The worker cuts a piece of baloney and shows it to her.

“Is this good?”

“No can you please cut it a little thicker?” The worker cuts another piece of baloney thicker this time and shows it to Rarity.

“How is this?” He shows her the new piece.

“That is perfect.” The worker cuts a pound of baloney wraps it up and gives it to Rarity.

“Can I get you anything else?”

“That is all. Thank you.”

“Your welcome. Have a nice day.”

“You have a nice day too.” Rarity and Rainbow leave the deli they next get two loaves of bread, eggs, butter, chips, trash bags, ziploc bags, a few bottles of soda, and cups they go up to pay. They put their things up on the conveyor belt.

“Did you find everything that you were looking for today.”

“Yes we did.” The cashier starts to scan there items.

“I have not seen you two before. What brings you to our little town?”

“We are on a camping trip.”

“You must be going up to Camp Whitetail then.”

“So that is where we are going.” Rainbow said looking at Rarity, smiling. “We are also going to need some dry ice too please.”

“How much would you like?”

“Can we have two pieces please?” The cashier adds two pieces of dry ice to their order.

“That would be $40 please.” Rarity starts to get her money out to pay for their food.

“It is ok Rarity I got it.” Rainbow takes out her money and pays for the food. The cashier gives them their bags. Rainbow puts the bags into the cooler with the dry ice.

“Thank you for shopping with us today. Have a good day.”

“Thanks. We will. Bye.”

“So what way Rarity.”

“This way.” She starts walking north. Rarity was walking slower because the cooler was heavy with their food.

“Would you like me to take the cooler for a while Rarity?”

“No thanks I am good for now.” As they are walking the sky starts to get dark with clouds. After they were walking for a while they turn left and walked for a few more minutes when they saw a big sign that said “Welcome to Camp Whitetail”. As they walked under the sign there was a small cabin to the right. “We need to go sign in. Can you please stay with the cooler when I sign us in?”

“Sure, Rarity. I will be right here when you get back.”

“Thanks Rainbow.” Rarity puts down the cooler and walks into the cabin and goes up to the desk.

“Hi and welcome to Camp Whitetail. Do you have a reservation?”

“Yes I do it would be under the name Rarity.” He looks up her name.

“Let’s see, Rarity Belle right?”

“”Yes that would be me.”

“You reserved campsite...” He got an odd look on his face as he looked at his book. “You reserved Campsite Twenty?”

“That is right is something wrong?”

“No it is just that Site Twenty is one of our oldest sites. No one uses it unless they have to and it looks like you asked for Site Twenty. We have other sites available let me give you a newer site.”

“Thanks but Site Twenty is fine.”

“Well if you are sure please sign this by your name.” He turn the book around for Rarity. Rarity picks up a pen and signs the book. When she was done, he turns it back around. “You are all signed in enjoy your stay.”

“Thanks I will.” Rarity leaves and takes a map of the campsite before going back to Rainbow. “We are all set. Our site is this way.” Rarity goes to pick up the cooler but Rainbow beat her to it.

“You have been pulling this all day. I can take it the rest of the way.”

“Thank you, Rainbow. It was getting heavy.” They start to walk as they walked they when by campsite after campsite the spaces between the sites where getting bigger and bigger. It was getting cloudier and cloudier as they walked. They passed one more campsite and kept walking for a while and did not see any more campsites.

“Rarity where is our campsite? We have been walking for a while now.”

“Not much farther now Rainbow.”

“Good.” They kept walking for a few minutes before the sun was completely covered with clouds. They walked for another twenty minutes. “Rarity where are you taking me?” Their campsite was way in the back of the camp.

“To our campsite silly.”

“Well we will definitely have privacy.” They walked a few more minutes when they finally saw a sign with a red twenty on it.

“This is our site.” Said Rarity “Lets go set up the tent.”

“Good idea.” Rainbow replied “I have a strong feeling that it is going to….” Just then the sky opened up and it started to rain heavy they were soaked in seconds. Rainbow’s shorts turned a deeper shade of red her shirt and shorts clung tightly to her and her hair went straight clinging to her back and face getting into her eyes. Rarity’s blue shorts and blue shirt turned a much darker blue. Her shirt and shorts clung tightly to her and her hair lost all of its shape and fell completely straight clinging to her face and back getting into her eyes.

Rarity brushed her hair out of her eyes and said. “Let's get to setting up the tent.” She took off her backpack and dropped it onto the ground. She walked to the right side of the campsite. There was a river running through their campsite that was waist high. “How about here by the river?” Rainbow put the cooler down along with her duffel bag and goes over to Rarity.

“Sounds good but let's leave some space between the river and the tent.”

“That is a good idea Rainbow.” Rarity walks a few feet to the left. “How about here?”

“That is perfect.” Rainbow gets the tent and starts to take it out of it’s bag but stops. “Maybe we should wait until it stops raining. We don’t want the directions getting wet and ruined.”

“That is a good point. There is still plenty we have to do.” Rarity walks to the edge of their campsite. “I am going to get some wood for a fire.”

“Ok but how are we going to light the fire when the wood is going to be wet?”

“I am going to lay it out so that it hopefully drys when it stops raining. Can you please go and find some rocks to put around the fire?”

“You got it Rarity.” Rainbow goes to the river and picks up two or three rocks that were a good size and carries them back to camp. She then walks back to the river and gets more rocks and takes them back to camp. She does this until there is a pile of fifteen rocks. She then arranges them in a circle near to where the tent was going.

As Rarity is walking through the woods she was picking up sticks. When she had a big arm full she carried them to the edge of their camp and put them down and then when back for more. When there was a good sized pile of wood Rarity starts to carry it into camp. “Good job with the rocks Rainbow.”

Rainbow had just finished putting the rocks in a circle. “Thanks Rarity I hope that this is big enough.”

“It is plenty big enough.” Rarity put the sticks down and goes back for more Rainbow follows her and helps her carry the rest of the sticks back. “Now we need to go and get some kindling.

“Why don’t you go and I will stay here and start laying out the sticks.”

“That is a wonderful idea Rainbow.” Rarity goes and get small sticks and leaves by the time she got back Rainbow had laid the sticks out in a straight line. Rarity puts down the stuff that she had in her arms and spreads it out to dry. The rain had started to die down. “It looks like the rain is stopping let’s hang here so when it stops we can set the tent up.”

“Sounds good to me.” Seeing a puddle Rainbow walks over and jumps in it getting her shoes wet and a little muddy. Rarity laughs as she watches Rainbow jumping in puddles for a while before the rain finally stopped. Rainbow jumps in one more puddle before she stops.

“Did you have fun Rainbow?”

“Yes I did. Now let’s set up the tent.” They walk over and dump out all of the tent parts of the bag and take out the directions. “I hope that you understand this because I don’t”

Rarity laughs. “Try this.” Rarity takes the directions for Rainbow and turns them around. “Better?”

“Yea thanks.” Rainbow was blushing a little

Rarity bends down and looks at the parts. “So what do we need first.”

Rainbow looks at the directions. “We need that pole.” She points to the part and Rarity picks it up. “We also need that pole too.” Rarity picks it up. Rainbow tells her how to put them together and what part to get next. After five minutes or so the tent was all set up.

“We make a pretty good team Rainbow.”

“Yes we do.” They give each other a high five and Rarity puts the directions back into the bag. “How about some lunch?”

“Sounds good to me I would like a roast beef sandwich.”

“That sounds good but I think I will have a corn beef sandwich.” Rarity gets out the lunch meat and two paper plates. She makes a roast beef sandwich for Rainbow and a corn beef one for herself. She hands Rainbow her sandwich then she pours each of them a cup of soda.

“Thank you Rarity.”

“Your very welcome.” They sit on the ground and eat their sandwiches when they were done eating. “That was good.”

“Yes it was but what do we do with the trash I don’t see a trash can.” Rarity gets up and starts walking around the campsite.

She walks around for a bit when she sees a metal lid in the ground. “It is over here Rainbow.” Rarity calls out to Rainbow. Rainbow gets up and walks over to Rarity.

“Where is it Rarity?” Rainbow ask a little confused.

Rarity bend down and open the lid. “Right here. I guess that they were afraid of animals so they buried it.”

“That is kind of cool.” They throw out their trash.

“Even though we got dry ice I am still a little worried about the food.”

“I have an idea will you please put the food into the ziploc bags?”

“All of it?”

“No just the lunch meat, hot dogs, and eggs. Take everything else out.” Rarity looked confused but she did what Rainbow asked. When Rarity was putting the food into the bags Rainbow went and felt the water in the river. “Perfect.” She walks back to Rarity.

“Ok I did what you asked.”

“Thank you.” Rainbow puts the bags of food into the cooler and picks it up and carries it to the river.

“Um… what are you doing?”

“You will see.” She wades into the river and puts the cooler down and puts some rocks on top of it to keep it under the water and goes back to Rarity. “That should do it.”

“Why did you do that?”

“I saw it in a movie. The water will help keep it cold.”

“That is a good idea but what are you going to do with the rest of the food?”

“You will see. I will be right back.” Rainbow runs into the woods and leaves a very confused Rarity behind. She came back a little bit later with a long vine that she had found. “Rarity can I please borrow your backpack?”

“Sure you can it is over there.” She points to where it was lying on the ground. Rainbow walks over to it and takes out Rarity’s clothes and puts them into her duffle bag. Rainbow then picks it up and walks over to where the food was and puts it into Rarity’s backpack and ties the vine around the handle. Rainbow puts in on her back and climbs a tree and goes out onto a branch she takes off the backpack and ties the other end of the vine to the branch. She slowly lowers it so that it was hanging in mid air before climbing down and going back to Rarity. “Why did you do that?”

“Incase of animals. I will have to climb up to get the food down but better safe than sorry.”

“That was a very good idea Rainbow.”

“Thanks Rarity. What now?”

“Ready for the surprise?”

“You bet that I am.”

“Follow me then.” Rarity starts to walk with Rainbow following behind her. They start down a small dirt trail in the woods.

“You do know where you’re going right?”

“I hope so.” The trail lead them deep into the woods they stayed on the trail for almost half an hour before the trees started to thin and they were in a clearing. “Here we go Rainbow what do you think?”

“Um… no offense Rarity, it is pretty and all, but why did we come here?” Rarity turns Rainbow to the right.

“That!” They were at the edge of a big mud pit. Before Rainbow could say anything Rarity runs in without bothering to take off her shoes. She jumps up and lands on her butt and wiggles around getting the butt of her shorts and the back of her legs muddy. “What are you waiting for Rainbow? Being dirty is the best.” She stands up and starts to run over to Rainbow. When she was close enough Rainbow jumped into the mud, splashing Rarity.

“Got you.”

“It is on.” Rarity said as she jumped up and splashed Rainbow back. Rainbow jumped up as she started to jump Rarity ran out of range. So when Rainbow landed all she managed to do was splash herself. They chased each other around splashing each other for a while before they sat down in the mud to rest. “This is fun.”

“Yes it is. How did you find out about this place?”

“I overheard two people talking about it when I was doing some shopping.”

“Well I am glad that you heard about it.” Rainbow starts to squirm as she was talking.

“You ok Rainbow?”

“I need to pee.” Rainbow gets up before she can start to wet herself Rarity gets up and tackles Rainbow back into the mud and starts tickling her. Rainbow starts to laugh hard. “R-Rarity s-stop I am going to…” Rarity tickles Rainbow harder. “Rarity I am going t…” A soft hissing sound came from Rainbow as she started to pee herself. Rainbow sighed in relief as she was peeing herself. Her pee had started to run down her legs. When she was done peeing she looked at Rarity with an smailed. “That was fu...” She was cut off buy a hissing sound coming from Rarity. Rarity sighed in relief as she peed herself. Her pee was also running down her legs. She peed a little longer then Rainbow had.

“That was fun.”

“Yes it was wetting myself is always fun.”

“I like wetting myself too. I really like the warm ”

“So do I.” Rainbow pushed Rarity down into the mud when a big rock caught her eye and she started walking to it. By the time Rarity got up Rainbow was climbing up the rock.

“Rainbow you wouldn’t.” In response Rainbow jumped off the rock and yelled.

“Cannonball.” She lands by Rarity. The splash that she made knocked Rarity over and she landed on her butt.

“Very funny Rainbow.” Rainbow tries to get up but couldn’t.

“A little help.”

“What’s the matter stuck?”

“Yes will you help me out please?”

“No not yet.” Rarity jumps up and lands splashing Rainbow. Rarity then rolled around for a minute or so before stopping. “Ok I am done.” She goes over to Rainbow and starts to dig her out. It took Rarity a few minutes to get Rainbow free.

“Thanks.”

“No problem. This is fun, but we should get back. It is getting late and we still need to see about a fire.”

“Sounds good to me.” They walk out of the mud. They were completely covered in mud, and you could no longer tell what color their clothes were.

When they get back they wash their hands in the river. Rarity goes and checks on the firewood.

“We are in luck it is dry.”

“Good.” Rainbow picks up some of the wood and puts it in the middle of the circle of rocks in a teepee shape. “Now how do we light it?”

“I have matches.” Rarity goes and gets them out of Rainbow’s bag

“Let’s get clean first. That way we can use the fire to dry off.” Rainbow walks into the river and swims around getting most of the mud off.

“That sounds like a good idea.” Rarity puts the matches down buy their fire pit and goes and swims for a while after they swim for a while they get out. Rarity takes the matches and lights the kindling then she uses the lite kindling to light the fire. Rainbow gets out of the river when she sees the fire. On her way she picks up two rocks for them to sit on. She walks over to the fire and puts the rocks down by it.

“There now we have something to sit on.”

“Good thinking Rainbow.” They sit down and start relaxing by the fire. “This is nice.”

“Yes it is hopefully we dry before bed.”

“Hopefully. ”

“Did you have fun in the mud?”

“Yes I did, it feels so good to get dirty. How are we going to get dirty tomorrow?”

“I don’t know. We will have to look to see what we find.” They talk for a while.

“Hey I have a fun idea.”

“What is it?”

“Well we are her to have fun and get messy right?”

“That is right. Why?”

“How about we stay in the clothes that we have on?”

Rarity think for a few seconds. “That is a fun idea let’s do it.”

“This is going to be fun. Would you like a butt massage before bed?”

“Sure I would.” Rarity gets on all four Rainbow gets up and starts massaging Rarity’s butt. “This is the best way to end the day.” Rainbow massaged Rarity’s butt for a while. “Ok Rainbow that is enough. Would you like a butt massage Rainbow?”

“You bet.” Rarity get up and Rainbow gets on all fours and Rarity starts to massage Rainbow’s butt. “You're right this is a good way to end the day.” Rarity massages Rainbow’s butt for a while. “Ok Rarity that is enough.” Rarity stops and Rainbow gets up buy now the fire had started dying. “Well I think that it is almost time for bed.”

“Sounds good to me. I am getting tired. But how are we going to put out the fire? We don’t have a bucket.”

“We could put dirt on it.”

“That should work.” They put dirt on the fire until they were sure it was out. Then they went into the tent and got into their sleeping bags. “Night Rainbow.”

“Night Rarity. I had fun today.”

“So did I.” They rolled over and fall asleep.
