Waking up with a grin Rainbow Blitz got out of his bed and flew into his bathroom,looking at himself in the mirror he took a quick shower and combed his mane before spraying himself with some cologne and looking back in the mirror,he sat in his cloud house,it was hearts and hooves day and he was going to ask Fluttershy on a date... for the tenth time in the past two weeks,and this time he was sure she would say yes,how could she not? he was the best!
Grabbing a box of heart shaped chocolates and a few roses he flew over to Fluttershy's house and knocked on the door.
The door opened and Fluttershy took one look at Rainbow Blitz before she rolled her eyes and closed the door,before she could though he put his hoof in the doorway.
"Hey, wait I wanted to take you to the tasty treat for hearts and hooves day,then you will finally say yes to going out with me and we can-." Before he could finish his sentence Fluttershy interrupted him.
"I've told you no so many times now,how many more before I have to get a restraining order on you? I dont want to go out with you! I've known you since we where like ten! so stop it already,or do I have to sing to get you to understand?"
Blitz gave a cocky smile. "Oh fluttershy your funny,now come on before the tasty treat closes and we cant go on a date." He said grabbing her hoof trying to pull her out the door before she pushed him off and rolled her eyes.
"Look Rainbow Blitz, I do not want to go out with you and I know that may be hard to accept but its the truth and no gifts or fancy chocolates is going to make me change my mind,so will you please stop trying to go out with me? I honestly do not like you that way."
"Looks like I have to sing in order for my message to get through that thick skull of yours since you cant understand a simple no."
Fluttershy nodded and her animal friends started playing music and making a good beat,tapping her hoof she started to sing.
"Oh, ohhh, oh,ohhh ,woh." Fluttershy sang boobing her head to the beat and tapping her hoof on the ground with her eyes closed.
"Ohhhoh,oh,ohhh,woh." Fluttershy's eyes opened as she sang.
"You say you love me I say your crazy." She poked Blitz in the chest with a hoof.
"We're nothin more than friends." Shaking her head at him.
"Your not my lover more like a brother I've known you since we were like ten!" Fluttershy rolled her eyes and flew around him as she sang.
"Yeah don't mess it up talkin that shit." Blitz flinched,he has never expected Fluttershy to swear,much less infront of anypony.
"Only gonna push me away thats it!"
"When you say you love me that makes me crazy." Her eyes went derpy like,well,Derpy
"Here we go again." She said in a deadpan voice while rolling her eyes.
"Don't go lookin at me with that look in your eye." She sang after seeing him look at her with little hearts in his eyes.
"You really ain't goin away without a fight." She made a boxing motion with her hooves.
"You can't be reasoned with im done being polite." She twirled around in the air gracefully.
"I've told you 1,2,3,4,5,6000 times." Blitz was at a loss for words because while her singing was beautiful she was being so bold to sing like this and in the tone she was using.
"Haven't I made it obvious?" She poked his forehead with a hoof.
"Haven't I made it clear?"
"Want me to spell it out for you?" She landed infront on Blitz.
"F-R-I-EN-D-S." She said each letter with a poke to the rainbow maned stallions chest.
"Haven't I made it obvious?" He shook his head refusing to believe this was real,maybe he was drunk again and was having a vivid dream again like last time he got some cider.
"Haven't I made it clear?"
"F-R-I-EN-D-S that's how you fucking spell friends." His jaw dropped,she was being so bold talking like that!
"F-r-i-en-d-s get that shit inside your head."
"F-r-i-en-d-s ,where just friends." She finished singing and all her animals went back to whatever it was animals do when there not being watched by ponies.
Rainbow Blitz just starred jaw dropped at Fluttershy,before flying off towards Ponyville's bar the drunken mare.
As he landed he sat at the bar and Berry Punch came to him.
"The usual I take it?" She asked cleaning a shot glass,though how she did so with hooves is simply beyond anyone.
He shook his head. "No I need the strongest ya got ,what do you have anyway that is really strong?" He tilted his head at Berry Punch.
Berry tilted her head and put a hoof under her chin. "Well I did just get a shipment of griffin whisky last week, you wanna try that?" Rainbow Blitz nodded.
Rainbow Blitz nodded. "Sounds good to me."
Berry poured some of the whisky into a glass and added some ice before hoofing it to Rainbow. "Careful now colt,that is much stronger then the cider you normally order."
He rolled his eyes. "Sure sure, now just put this on my tab and ill be out of your mane soon enough."
Berry Punch rolled her eyes. "At this rate your going to owe me four hundred bits by the end of this month with how often you come here and jut tell me to put it on your tab ha." She laughed a little thinking about how exactly this stallion was going to pay her back,she considered telling him to leave until he had the bits to pay for all the drinks he had ordered over the last two months before she poured him his griffin whisky and slid the glass over to him.
"This is the last time,next time your paying your tab or you can get out." She huffed at him.
He nodded. "Alright that sounds fair I guess." He then drowned his mind with alcohol to try and forget today so he would not have to think about how hard Fluttershy has just turned him down,he was sure of one thing,he was going to try and go out with another mare.
