The fall of Sauron and the destruction of the One Ring has passed into obscurity since the end of the Second age, now, in the Fifth age, new things tread the once desolate and dark lands of Mordor. These new creatures are of course; Ponies. For thousands of years these ponies have known naught but peace, unfettered by any outside influence...but no longer shall this be, for something stirs in the Forest of the Everfree; a new arrival to Middle Earth. Once again the One Ring, thought to be destroyed in the fires of Mount Doom, is unleashed into the world. The question now lies with this new Lord of the Ring: Will you use the one ring's power for good? or for terrible evil?

This is my third attempt at writing a fanfiction, Im not exactly motivated so updates will be sparse and inconsistent.
I take inspiration from J. R.R. Tolkien's literary works and from another Fanfiction called "Sauron's Second Chance" by TheOPCharacterWritter. I myself do not own the original source works, and please consider showing TheOPCharacterWritter some love.

Constructive criticism is much needed and if possible, ideas for characters(your personal OC's will be considered for characters in the story). I have a framework for this story, but I like to include my readers so that they can feel incorporated into the story in some way. so suggestions are welcome.
