It’s Just a Trick

Trixie walked up to he stage with a smirk on her face.

“Welcome one, welcome all to the great and powerful Trixies magic show! Today I will be sawing my assistant in half!”

“Oh, I hope this goes well.” Twilight muttereted to herself.

“Welcome with all your hearts, Starlight Glimmer!” Trixie announced.

Starlight tried to speak but realized Trixies spell had also prevented her from saying a word.

“Now watch, as I saw Starlight Glimmer in half!”

Trixie took the saw and began to cut the box she placed Starlight in.

Starlight wanted to scream she couldn’t all she could do is tremble in fear as Trixie cut open her body.

“Are you sure she’s alright?” A pony shouted from the crowd.

“Yeah, she looks like she is about to break.” Another pony shouted.”

“Relax, she is just fine. And besides, Its Just a Trick.”

Twilight was starting to question if Starlight had actually activated the spell, and ran backstage.

“Huh!” she shouted. “Trixie I don’t know what your doing but I’m going to give you one chance to put my student down.” Twilight shouted with aggression.

“Oh princess.” Trixie shot a beam at Twilight freezing her in a block of ice.

“Almost over Starlight.” Trixie said with a smirk as Starlight was cut in two.

Trixie used her magic to put the boxes back together. The spell she cast on Starlight kept her eyes open along with the smile she had on her face.

“Behold, the great and powerful Trixies assistant is back together!”

The crowd went wild for the magic show as Trixie smiled.

24 minutes later
Finally Trixie had finished signing autographs and was ready to unfreeze Twilight. Trixies beam hit the ice cube as it melted.

“Welcome back Twilight.” Trixie said with a smirk.

“Wait till I report you to the princess, you’ll be locked up in Tartarus forever!”

“We’ll see about that your majesty.” Trixie used a spell that would erase Twilights memory about having a student and what happened today.

“So Twilight, what do you remember from earlier this day?”

“Trixie? When did you get here? And why am I behind your stage.”

Trixie smiled with excitement as she realized she would likely get away with this.

“Well, if you don’t want to be here I would leave.” See you around town. Trixie spammed the door and laughed over and over again as she realized she had gotten away with it.
