"Equestria, a country formed on the ideas of peace, unity and friendship. It was land a of joy, tolerance and understanding to those that may hate them for what they have. Truly, it was a land that many wanted to live in... as well destroy. However, it was these very qualities that led to the downfall of this once great nation."

Turning to face a room full of Dragons, Minotaur, Yaks, Ponies, Changelings and something that seems to be a cross between the last two the unicorn stallion wearing a pair of glasses and an odd cape said, "Now class, can you tell me what exactly led to Equestria downfall Twenty odd years ago?"

Silence. That was all that answered the teacher question. Looking across his class with a frown, the dark orange unicorn fixes his full moon shape glasses before saying, "Really? No one? No one at all?"

Hesitantly, one of the Changelings students slowly raised her hand and said, "They were uhh... too trusting?"

Nodding toward the young Changeling mare, the teacher wrote "too trusting" on the blackboard.

"Alright. We have 'too trusting' anyone else?"

One of the few female ponies in the classroom raised her hand and said, "They were too naive."

Nodding his head towards her, he said, "Good, now anyone else?"

Several more students raised their hands and said their thoughts on what led to old Equestria downfall. Nodding his head in approval, the teacher quickly wrote what his students said on the blackboard.

"Alright, now we have, too trusting, too naive, stupid, ignorant, inexperienced, dimwitted and so forth," turning to face his students the teacher said, "Now, I won't say that everything all of you said was wrong or even harsh. In fact, most if not all of it is pretty much true. However, I was hoping for a bit more... context, from your answers. So I'm going to ask that one of you try to think of the 'why' all the things you all said led to the fall of Old Equestria. Now Mothball, how about you?"

A changeling that was nodding off jerk up with a start and yelled out, "I said call me MOLLY ALREADY!"

"Thank you for coming back the land of the living... Molly," the teacher snark. "Now can you tell me why all of the things on the broad led to the fall of Old Equestria?"

Grumbling the Changeling mare named Mothball(MOLLY!!) stared at the blackboard, looking over what had been written so far before saying, "Princess Celestia and her stupid 'Friendship is Magic' stick."

"Hmm... I see. Would you please enlighten us on 'Why?' Princess Celestia ideas of 'Friendship' resulted in Old Equestria downfall, Molly?"

"I don't have a choice, do I?" asked Molly, as the teacher just smiled at her, while her classmates laugh quietly at her.

*Sigh* "Fine. What I mean by 'Princess Celestia and her ideas of friendship' is that it allowed those Zebra to hoodwink all of Equestria, take it riches and its people, turning them into-

*Knock-knock-knock*

*Thud* "Ever. Single. Time," Molly growled. "I'm going to sleep. Night."

"Molly."

"...."

"Molly."

"...."

"Molly!"

"...."

Sighing, the teacher adjusted his glasses but stop when he heard a voice coming from his right.

"I see you still get the smart but difficult students, eh, Sunburst."

Turning towards the voice, Sunburst smiled when he saw who it was.

*Chuckle* "Well, Princess, if I could teach a Alicorn who loves to blow things up since her foalhood, then I should be able to handle a few 'difficult students'," Sunburst said, while several of his students protested in the background. "But it is good to see you again, Flurry."

The now named Flurry smiled while leaning against the door frame, "It's good to see you too, Sunburst. But unfortunately I'm here on business, not pleasure. Do you know where my sister is? I been looking for her across the campus, but I haven't had any luck finding her."

"Well, she was here earlier, but choose to leave early to finish some project of hers," Sunburst said with a bit of annoyance in his voice.

*Sigh* "Well at least I have an idea where she is now. Gods she can be a handful."

Nodding to what the Flurry had said, Sunburst responded, "True, that girl needs to learn that you can't just leave class just because you finish your work early and have some other thing to do."

"Ooh? What happen to being able to handle 'difficult students', Sunburst?" Flurry asked with a smirk planted firmly on her face.

Sunburst glared at the young mare while several students snickers behind him. "You and I both know she doesn't count."

Holding back her laughter, Flurry Heart let out a cough to get herself under control, "Shade can be a bit of handful when she wants to. Has she.... been keeping it on, Sunburst?"

Looking at the mare in confusion, Sunburst was about ask what she meant when he remembesr, "Yes, yes she has. All the teachers and stuff knows to make sure that 'Flutterponys' wear their 'collars' at all time. No need to worry, Flurry Heart."

"Good, good," Flurry muttered. "Well, I got to go. Short on time and all that, see you around, Sunburst," said the pale pink Alicorn as she left the room. Her heeled boots clicking against the marble floors as she walks.

Watching the Alicorn go, Sunburst soon turn his attention back to his class and adjusted his glasses with a smile on his face, "Now, Molly, where were we."

The Changeling mare just groan into the table.

---Canterlot Castle ---

Princess Flurry Heart walk down the halls of Canterlot Castle like mare on a mission. Black heeled boots making clicking noise that echo across the halls as she walks down them.

The torn blue jeans she wore showed off her fit and shapely legs, and through the tears in the jeans you could see her part of her cutie mark, a pale blue crystal heart on a purple background of some kind. Her purple shirt was faded from repeated washes and use, causing it to be almost skin-tight and showed off her C-cup size breast.

The many male guards that litter the hallways, both Changeling and Pony alike, have grown used to the Princess choice of dress... and having a constant erection when she around. They say that she doesn't wear a bra but that just a rumor... a rumor her father hopes is just a rumor anyway.

Flurry Heart kept walking through the castle until she reached a platform called the air docks, where a number of airships were dock. The oldest ships there had multiple large balloons tied to it, while the ship itself made of wood with iron bands holding it together. The newer ships that are there, seems to be made out of more metal than the older ones, for the hull and most of the outer layers were a metal of some kind while the deck of the ships were wood.

But the biggest difference between wooden ships and the metal ones was the fact the metal ships had no balloons attach to them. Instead, they had these square metal tubes that were glowing faintly and seemingly kept the ships afloat. And extending from the air docks were clamps that held on to these balloonless ships while these metal tubes weren't active.

She walked pass several ships before ending up at the end of the docks where her quarry resided.

The ship she was looking at was about four houses long, two houses wide and was four story tall. It was a dark steel grey color with teal highlights on the hull. It had six metal tubes on it, three on each side. Four of them are near the stern, and the others are near the bow. And in the teal highlights was a name, "Changing Shade."

Looking around for the ramp that connect the ship to the air dock. Flurry Heart discovered that once more that her sister didn't tie her ship to the dock... Again.

Sighing at her sister carelessness, Flurry Heart spread her abnormal size wings, even for a Alicorn. And flew to the Changing Shade.

As she approach the grey ship, she notices a change had been made to the ship hull. Several sphere like objects with three holes in them, litter the hull of the ship.

"What did you make now Shade?" mumble Flurry, as she landed on the ship's deck and made her way inside.

Walking through the halls of the ship as fast as she could. Flurry Heart eventually stood before a door and without even knocking, open it and walk through.

Flurry Heart stood in a large white room. Crystals, machinery, blueprints for some unknown devices litter the room in places that had no rhyme or reason to it. And in the center of all this madness was a mare.

This mare was just over 6 feet tall not counting her curve spiral horn. She was wearing a pair of grey sweatpants, that had crystal dust, oil, and what seems to be burn marks on them. Her white T-shirt wasn't in any better shape with the holes that revealed part of her breast and a odd pair of pegasus wings going through the holes in the back of the shirt.

Sighing in relief at finding her sister after searching for so long. Flurry Heart called to her.

"Shade."

"...."

"Sha~de."

"...."

"Shade!"

"...."

"TWILIGHT SHADE!!!"

Flicking her ear, the mare named Shade turned around, "What is it, Flurry? Is the Arcane Heart acting up again? I told you, you have to change the core every six to twelve months or it could start acting up... Or you want an upgrade to your sex dol-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence, Shade, " warned the Alicorn Princess.

Staring at the Alicorn, Shade cock her head slightly before a small smile began to form on her face as her dark grey fur slowly became lighter.

"Oh, so it was the doll," Shade said as her small smile became full-on grin. "Okay, what do you want then? A turbo mode? Dual wielding? Tri-wielding? A tentacle attack? Or maybe a big fat thick as tartarus dragon di-"

"STOP!! Stop. Just stop o-okay, Shade, please?" Beg the red-faced Alicorn as she looked around to make sure no one heard what was just said.

The now white furred Flutterpony pick up a small round object and began to tinker with it, while she chuckles at the begging Alicorn.

"Really, Flurry. Your so easy to tease. Sometimes I wonder if your even fit to be a Princess," Shade said playfully.

Glaring at her younger sister, the older Princess said with a huff, "Your lucky I don't have you quartered and flayed for your insolent, Shade."

"Ohh, I'm quivering in my steel-toed boots," Shade said in fearful tone wiggling one of her feet. "Don't know why you're embarrassed. With the way you dress, I wouldn't be surprise if I heard you were turning up tricks down the block."

"Shade," Flurry Heart growled.

"Fine, fine, I stop...for now. So why you are here, sis? I mean, it's not like I'm not happy to see you or anything, but shouldn't you be busy with a ball or something in Manehattan?" Shade

"Well, little sister, I am.... Bu~t something came up and now I need a little help," Flurry Heart said sheepishly.

"Oka~y," Shade said slowly, eyeing the alicorn in front of her suspiciously. "Go to mom and dad then. Weren't they supposed to go Manehatan with you for the event?"

"That... may be part of the problem," Flurry said sheepishly. "They're going to be late. So it falls upon me get everything finish on time."

"An~d?"

"And to make matters harder for me the train that was carrying food for the event broke down and there is nowhere we can get a replacement engine in time, that counts for the food as well. So I was wondering-"

"No," Shade said instantly.

"But I haven't-"

"No, Flurry."

"But, Shade-"

"I'm not your personal delivery service, Flurry," Shade said plainly as she turns the page of a Biology book that illustrate how eyes generally work, "And besides, I don't have enough room to supply an event that size."

Giving her younger sister a blank look, Flurry walk over to a pair of double doors and open them.

Inside was a large almost empty space that could easily fit the ship they were on three times over.

Flurry stared at her sister and pointed at the room.

"The stuff in there already is quite fragile, Flurry, and I don't want run the risk of breaking it," said Shade.

Nodding her head, the whitish-pink Alicorn moved to next set of doors and open them. Revealing a large, empty, space like before. However, before she could say anything Shade commented on the room.

"That's the room for the MTTs I been working on," Shade said while gesturing toward a several metal frames similar to a pony's skeleton. "S~o, no."

Growling, Flurry Heart moved to another set of doors, then another, then another after that. But this only the same response from Shade that it was in use for some other piece of hardware of hers.

Having become fed up over her sister's consent reason and excuses, Flurry Heart stomp her way towards another set of doors, kick them open and yelled, "How about this one!! Is it in use?!"

Shade made a move to say something but stop for moment to think, then said, "Actually... no, I haven't made anything to put in there.... yet."

"So I can use this room, then? Good. Let's go."

"Flurry, wait minute-"

Flurry began walk out the room with a smile on her face.

"Flurry! I didn't say I would-"

As one Alicorn Princess quickly left the ship's lab the other Alicorn-like Princess chase after her yelling.

"FLURRY! I DID NOT SAY-"

When Flurry Heart walk back onto the deck she immediately flew into the air saying, "I gather up some guards and the rest of the stuff that didn't get on the first train." And flew back into the castle.

"GODDAMN CRYSTAL SLUT," yelled Shade as she fell to her knees. Her once snow-white fur turned to a stormy grey-black as her wings spread out behind showing that they were a cross between a pegasus and a changeling. "And people wonder why I live alone on an airship instead of the castle," Shade grumbled.

Several miles off the coarse of Manehattan 5:36pm

Several large ships moved slowly towards Manehattan harbor. On the lead ship standing near its bow was figure wearing a cloak, with a single horn pointing out of it that was a lit with a violet light.

As the wind blow back the figure hood, the now revealed lavender mare let out it sigh and said quietly to herself.

"We're almost home."
