The Lunar Legion arrived at Canterlot in midnight and formed a long line marching inside throughthe gate. They were greeted at the gates of the city by hundreds, and then thousands and thousands of ponies on the streets roaring and cheering: it seemed like the entire city had gathered to celebrate their victorious parade.

As the bat-pony soldiers of the Lunar Legion march on through the city streets, a lot of night flowers flew around from the air towards them and every citizens of the city keeps cheering and praising them for heroically liberated a kingdom from tyranny. In the middle of the marching army came a carriage with no windows and it's pulled by some bull-like creatures from the Deer Kingdom, must be an envoy to represent the Deer Kingdom's interests.

All the cheering keeps going on as the Lunar Legion march, it lasted until it reached the royal castle of Canterlot. Once the carriage parked at the huge and long entrance stairs the Lunar Legion stopped. At the top of the entrance stairs, near the large door into Canterlot castle stood both the alicorn sisters. Celestia and Luna, with different clothes. They both stood outside the door into their castle, waiting for the victorious army to arrive. Once the carriage came, Princess Luna walked towards it. Since it was in the middle of the night, this was her thing to handle. When she came to the carriage, it's door open and the first person who came out is General Scarlet Night.

"Your majesty, I am honored to report that our mission is successful and the Deer Kingdom is free from Dainn's tyranny." Said Scarlet Night while bowing to her.

"Well done, general. Equestria will never forget what you and the Lunar Legion has done. I promise that none of your efforts will go unrewarded." Princess Luna said with a smile and gestured her to rise up.

Scarlet Night did and moved aside for the next person to come. And that next person is Berta.

"Greetings, Princess of the Night. I am Berta of the Deer Kingdom, I act as the diplomat of our people and came in hope that both our kingdoms can come to an agreement." Said Berta while she curtsy like a lady in a way to greet her.

"Welcome to Canterlot, Berta. Feel free to call me Luna and I am glad you came here on your people's behalf. I would be honored for our people to come and go in friendship." Luna said with a happy smile while she also curtsy. Much to Berta's delight.

"Thank you, Luna. Without further ado, I'll like to present my personal invited guest of honor and the true hero of the Deer Kingdom. The very one who slain King Dainn and free our people." Berta said as she step aside and present the next person to come.

Luna seems to smile brightly, knowing who is comming from that carriage. From afar, Princess Celestia's smile was starting to go down at the very thought of who is comming now.

And it's none other than the one and only..... Arton Ravenheart.

-:- Arton Ravenheart's POV -:-

This is absolutely ridiculous! I hate being inside of a carriage and not being seen by people. I mean, I worked very hard to bring down King Dainn and now I risk not being hailed as a hero. Even thought I understand the reason that I must hide inside that blasted carriage. But I still hate it and what's worse, is that I must face my actions like I'm sort of criminal! I'm already starting to regret my decision.

Well since I agreed to return to Canterlot because I was reassured by Luna that I would have many people defending me, I might as well come. But not without an insurance policy. So I came out of that blasted carriage as Mysterio with Ghal Maraz on my back.

To make sure that there is no misunderstanding, this mysterio is from Spider-Man: Far from Home movie and I know that this mysterio's powers are based on holo-technology and his illusions are relied on his advanced drones. But this mysterio armor of mine, possess the power of all his illusions via magic (without his drones). And the best part of it is my warhammer, Ghal Maraz. My Ghal Maraz possess all the powers from the original, but it has a mighty bonus. If you guys can see that red ruby on the hammer head, that is the Reality Stone from the Marvel Universe. Imagine this; Mysterio now possess magical illusion powers and he use the reality stone to turn all his illusions real. That way reality can be whatever I want.

To make a statement short, this is an OP armor. Meaning I, as a magical Mysterio with the reality stone, can rival the power of Discord and can even conquer the world. This OP armor will no doubt be my perfect insurance policy, if this trial of mine turn south I have something to fight back. If Celestia or anyone else try something on me that I don't like, I can survive it, no problem.

Now, back to the matter at hand. I walked out of 'my' carriage with my warhammer on my back and walked towards Princess Luna, next to Berta. I looked at her and I could swear I saw a very small smile on her face, I could be mistaken but still.

"Mission is accomplished. King Dainn is dead and slavery in the Deer Kingdom has been abolished." I stated to her. She nodded

"You have done well, my friend. Come Arton, I promise I will do whatever I can within my power to get you out of this trial." She said with a smile, as if she knows I will survive.

Well I hope she is right, because now we three are walking up the stairs where the Princess fucking Celestia is standing. When I saw her and her scornful face, I can't help but to feel like I'm in an enemy territory. The closer and closer we come to her the more tensed I get. Luna and Berta was in front of me, both left and right side. As soon as we came to the same stair level as Celestia, she first greet Berta.

"Welcome, Berta of the Deer Kingdom. We welcome you to Canterlot, all of Equestria is looking forward to form a great friendship with between our two kingdoms." Celestia said with a genuine smile. I can say that she is a good actress, pretending to be glad.

"Thank you, Princess. I very much looking forward to this meeting." Berta gently said.

They shared a short handshake, before she turned directly towards me and gave me a dour face. I simply stare right at her eyes with my own, of course no one can see my eyes because of my fishbowl of a helmet but you people know what I mean.

Celestia spoke first after a minute of two of stern silence between us.

"Ravenheart." She said in a foul mood.

"Princess." I returned the gesture.

"Your 'heroism' back at the Deer Kingdom is acknowledged by Equestria and all other nations. I hope that you are looking forward for what awaits you." Celestia said, still in a foul mood.

"I thank you for your 'generous' acknowledgement. But I know what awaits me." I sternly said, staring straight in her eyes.

She looked at me with a harsh face before she turned around and so we all walked inside the castle. Even when we went inside, we kept going down through the hall. The very same hall that Nightmare Moon opened that Grand Galloping Gala, I remember it well. As we kept walking, I notice this place crawling with both servants and maids working, even a good number of Celestia's Royal Guards were there. It wasen't difficult to notice that four out of five of every servants and maids looked at me in fear or nervousness, but the royal guards looked at me with hateful eyes. I could swear that I saw some of them holding their spears and/or swords very tightly, almost as if they were ready to attack me.

The only ones who are not looking bad at me are only a few maids that I recognized. A few of them are those who served Nightmare Moon, I guess Princess Luna manage to convince Celestia to let them keep their jobs. Those who remember me gave me a small smile or greeted my with a little wave, which I returned the favour.

After a while walking, we came to a place with two guards beside a huge double door is. Those guards bowed and open the double door and let us through, we entered as I suspected the throne room.

I am still impressed by it's amazing architecture. Windows and banners that depict the sun and the moon. Guards were stationed at the side of the room and two guards beside the throne. All the guards were bowing to the princesses, but a few times I saw them glaring at me with murderous eyes. Once we were close to the throne stairs we stopped and those two sisters turned towards me.

"We will wait here until Miss Twilight Sparkle and her friends arrives. I imagine that they want an explenation about what is going on." Explained Princess Luna.

"Indeed, and I hope it dosen't end up in a brawl or something." I commented.

"That depends on who will act first." Celestia said in a tone I don't like.

"Before you start poiting your finger at someone, we are here to talk about the mess 'you' have caused years ago." I sternly said, glaring at her.

"I acknowledge that the fault was mine and.... mother as well. But it dosn't change the fact that you killed her and ruined countless of lives. Not just by killing ponies but the relatives of those you slaughtered suffered as well. We are not here to talk just about your war with Faust but also about your time when you served Nightmare Moon." Princess Celestia spoke with both authority and blame on me.

"Worked! I never 'served' her. As long as I don't have to bow, kneel or call her 'your majesty' everyday, I was willing to take any jobb she offers me." I said starting to loose my patience.

"Here in Canterlot, work and serve are the same." Celestia said.

"They are not!" I said, I am really starting to lose my temper.

"Calm down, both of you! We cannot allow feuds and rivalry between us go on forever. It must come to an end. So during this event, I suggest-" Princess Luna spoke out as she got between me and Celestia but was interrupted when the double door opened.

We three looked right into that direction and guess who are comming to say 'hello'.

"Princess Celestia we came as soon-" Said a familiar purple unicorn mare running with a group of other mares with her but was interrupted once they saw me.

'Oh right, you gott to be kidding me!' I said in my mind as I looked at them and now know who those mares are. The Mane Six, the very same mares I and Nightmare Moon defeated and put them in jail. They rushed in to the throne room and as soon as they saw me they all stopped and stare at me in surprise. Until this pegasus mare named Rainbow (I still think it is a silly name) gave me an angry glare and looks likely to attack me, even the cowgirl earth mare was ready to jump at me. But before anyone of them could do anything, both Luna and, to my surprise, Celestia stood between me and them in a protective manners.

"Remain calm, everypony. Arton Ravenheart is not here to do any harm." Princess Celestia said. That surprised them well.

"Are you kidding!? Do you have any idea who-" Rainbow tried to speak up but was interrupted by Luna.

"He is here on my request, so there will be no hostility from him. Nor you." Princess Luna said in my defense. All except the purple unicorn seems rather unplesant about it.

"Well I was hopping to meet with Sir Arton. Althought I know we had a bad start, I would like to ask him a few things." This purple alicorn said. I decided to approach her a bit.

"For what reason do you want to talk to me for?" I asked suspiciously.

"Do you remember a mare by the name Ebony Sparkle?" She asked. Now wait a minute, she knows her?

"How do you know about the first pony who befriended me?" I asked with more skepticism.

"Oh! Before I say that let me introduce myself. My name is Twilight Sparkle, and I work in the library in Ponyville and also I am Princess Celestia's student." This purple unicorn said to me with pride.

"Well miss Sparkle, it nice of you to-" I spoke but I stopped myself because I realized something.

"Wait a second..... Is your last name 'Sparkle'?" I asked suspiciously.

"Hmm." She said with a nob and a small smile.

I looked at the alicorn princesses and they both gave a nob of confirmation. I start looking at Twilight again, then the alicorns again. The again, again and again I looked at them all because I was surprised as hell.

"By the gods..... Are you saying what I think you are saying!?" I asked her while poiting my finger at her.

"Yes, Ebony Sparkle is my ancestor. She kept a diary writting down her life and it mentioned only good things about you. But all the stories around Equestria pictures you as an evil being. I want to know who you really are and determine what kind of being you really are. If you don't mind I would like to interview you before the trials begins, what do you say?" Twilight Sparkle explained to me, finished it with a question.

I am officially shocked as fucking hell! The very first pony who has been on my side has her own descendants and I am talking to one of them right now! I actually don't know what to make of all this. I was about to say something until-

“WHAT IS THIS DISGUSTING CREATURE AND WHY IS IT HERE WITH A BUNCH OF PEASANTS AUNTY!?” An extremely annoying fucking voice shouted through the hall way. I looked to my right and saw a white stallion with a blonde mane that appeared to be overly kept and he had overly extravagant clothing. No doubt a bloody spoiled brat and I hate that.

"Hold your tongue nephew! They are the elements of harmony and the heroes of Equestria, and I will not have you disrespect them!" Princess Celestia said in a stern tone.

"And what about that abomination here? Aunty! You should have killed it for even stepping in this city." This brat said. Ooohhh I am so gonna murder that filth, and I'll do it for free.

"That is forbidden! This man here is our guest, Arton Ravenheart. He is here at my request and you will not belittle him!" Princess Luna said in my defence.

"R- r- Ravenheart? The monster who served Nightmare Moon!? GUARDS!! GUARDS!! KILL THAT FREAK AT ONCE!!!!" That fucking cunt cried out loud and guess what the whole room was swarming with Solar Guards, armed with spears and swords and all of them were looking at me.

"Oh, for fuck sake." I said to myself as I now reach for my warhammer from my back.

I wished I could just have a trial by combat. At least that was proper, just like the cat kingdom years ago.

Hello eveyone. I am so sorry for taking way too long to write down this new chapter.

I am having a serious problem with my writers block and that caused me to slow down my progress.

Anyway, I am done with the chapter and the next chapter will be another 'Flashback Chapter'. The question is, what will that Flashback Chapter be about?

Until I have overcome my writers block and finally getting back on track with writing, please write down all your opinions about this chapter and feel free to give your suggestions about what the next chapter shall be about.
