4000 years have passed since an event known as the Cataclysm, and it has now become nothing more than a legend. Celestia and Luna however remember this event how it unfolded, with the rise of the Dark Alicorns and the great war that followed. Many lives had been lost and others turned against the ones they loved. However thanks to the previous incarnations of the Elements the crisis was adverted but Alicorns had been nearly erased. Now 4000 years later, old enemies with new powers have begun to arise and this time they believe nothing will stop them now. But one creature stands in their way, one last magic user who has yet to leave his mark on the world.

If he joins us and gives in to his greed, then those who walk with him will follow, but if he resists then those that join him will feel the revenge of the Dark Alicorns.

KOTOR: The Sith Lords was the main inspiration for this story, I will do my best to avoid causing a copyright problem and if the need arises will delete this story to avoid more problems. The story will have very similar elements but will not follow exactly like KOTOR 2 and instead follow my take on what could have happened to kill all alicorns
