//-------------------------------------------------------// Entrapped -by blackblood- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 Will this day ever end? The thought worked its way through the mind of Sweetie Belle as her head rested on her schooldesk. There was nothing truly remarkable about her day at school; her true passion was to play about with her friends, Scootaloo and Applebloom. If it wasn’t for the shackles of society that bound her to her education, she would gladly have abandoned the whole facade long ago. As the facts were, she could do nothing but sigh and listen to Cherilee drone about some war within Equestria’s ancient history, the exact details escaping her in her boredom. As her eyes wandered around the room, they came upon a curiosity new to Sweetie Belle. The object of her attention was a mare whose name Sweetie Belle struggled to remember. The name came to her suddenly: Snowy Blossom. She was a new student from the city of Canterlot on her father’s business. A hazy memory of a conversation the two had shared drifted into Sweetie Belle’s mind and she drifted into a fog of her memories, the sounds of the classroom vanishing around her. *************** “You're nothing but a stupid blank flank!” Diamond Tiara shouted, shoving Blossom to the ground. “Why'd you come here anyway? You should have just stayed at Canterlot where you belong!” Blossom looked up to the aggressive filly with tears in her eyes. “I-I told you already D-Diamond, my dad got a new job and had to move to Ponyville,” Blossom’s clear distress earned her no sympathy from Tiara. “And what would that job be? Pushing clouds around the sky? Anypony can do that! You're not that special!” Blossom finally began to cry as her resolve collapsed. “I never said that! Why are you being so mean?” The words came out with more force than she had intended. “Because you are nothing but a Canterlot pig.” Diamond Tiara spat in response, sending flecks of saliva into Blossom’s face. Blossom threw one last, teary glance into Tiara’s face. It met nothing but the same scowling visage that had dominated their encounter. There were no more words to be said between the two and in an instant, Blossom scrambled to her hooves and began to run, throwing an occasional glance behind her. As Tiara watched, the flanks of the filly vanished behind the schoolhouse. Smirking to herself, Tiara turned around to behold Applebloom’s enraged face. Before she could react, Applebloom began to rant. “How dare you say those mean things?!” shrieked Applebloom, her tiny voice reaching a shrill pitch. “She did nothing to you!” “Yeah!” Tiara looked to her side to see that Scootaloo had joined the fray. " Give us one reason for us not to pound you into the ground!” “Come on Applebloom, you know it's not my fault that a pig like her should be going to Ponyville!” sneered Tiara in response. Applebloom let out an angered yell and brought her hoof to Diamond Tiara’s jaw. It hit with a loud thump. She reached a trembling hoof up to the corner of her mouth to find it stained red with blood. Her mouth opened in shock and she stuttered a few words before starting to sob. “Where’s Blossom?” snarled Applebloom. Tiara muttered her answer and Sweetie Belle quickly scampered to the back of the schoolhouse, Applebloom staying back to watch the sniveling, bleeding Tiara. ************** “Hello? Is anypony here?” Sweetie Belle called out as she came around the corner of the schoolhouse. For a moment there was silence. Then she heard a single, choked sob and began to gallop towards the noise. After a frantic moment of searching, she found a snow white filly with her head cradled in her forelegs, a puddle of tears on the ground beneath her. She thought for a moment and then recognized the filly as Snowy Blossom. “Hey, don't cry.” Sweetie Belle said, putting her hoof around Blossom’s shoulder, “Everything is going to be ok.” “How would you know?” Blossom said, turning to face Sweetie Belle. “Isn't your sister the Element of Generosity? Surely nopony picks on you!” Sweetie shook her head and gave a soft smile. “If you're thinking that, you're wrong.” Sweetie Belle said, “I know what it feels like to be bullied, and trust me it sucks.” Blossom looked up with wide eyes. Had Sweetie Belle, the sister of one of the elements of harmony really been bullied? Blossom wiped off her nose and spoke with a little more confidence. “How'd you put up with Diamond Tiara? Doesn't she get into your head?” Sweetie rolled her eyes and grinned. “Yeah she does get into my head, but my friends are there to help me.” She took up Snowy in a gentle, firm hug. “If you want I could be your friend!” “Yeah! I would love that!” Blossom said, hugging Sweetie Belle back. As the two hugged, Snowy felt something stir inside of her. Perhaps it was excitement after the confrontation, she thought for a moment. But as the feeling persisted, she felt a sudden warmth erupt within her heart. Her heartbeats began to come quicker and her breathing grew shaky for a moment. A desire leapt into her mind and she seized upon it. Within the span of a second, she kissed Sweetie on the lips. Sweetie’s eyes grew wide, wider than Blossom ever thought a filly’s eyes could grow. Then they shut as she too indulged in the passion of the embrace. She felt her hooves working through her mane and Blossom moaned softly. The kiss lasted for longer than Blossom ever imagined it would, but eventually the two parted. There was a moment of silence as the breathless fillies looked into the other’s eyes. Blossom was the one to violate the silence with a voice barely above a whisper. “I...probably should have told you that I'm a fillyfooler.” “You're fine Blossom.” Sweetie Belle gave Blossom a sweet smile and then her heart began to beat faster, as if the two were once again kissing. Then the filly stood up and continued. “I just……..wasn't expecting that.” She shuffled her hooves awkwardly and Blossom noticed that her tail had drifted between her flanks, pressing against them tightly. “Do you want to meet up after school?” The words dripped off of Sweetie’s lips like fresh honey. “Sure! I'm glad you thought it was nice! See you later!” Blossom said, the words coming out of her mouth almost as quickly as she thought them. Blossom watched Sweetie trot back to the playground, her eyes trailing towards her flanks. Then her chest grew suddenly tight and her breaths came shallow and rapidly for a moment, a thousand thoughts penetrating her mind. Had they been seen? What would other ponies think of two fillies kissing? The thoughts paraded through her mind and she almost wished that the kiss hadn’t happened for a moment. But it was SO worth it, she thought with a grin, suddenly not caring if the two had been seen or not. ******* The passion of the memory of the kiss suddenly faded from Sweetie Belle’s mind and her smile vanished as the school Belle ringed to dismiss the fillies. If Cheerilee's words had been ignored before, they functionally didn’t exist to Sweetie Belle now. All she could focus on was getting out of class and back into her own thoughts. As Sweetie Belle exited the classroom, Cherilee called out to her. “Sweetie Belle, we need to talk before you head home, okay? So please wait here for a moment.” Sweetie Belle looked to the mare. A harmless smile floated across her face and Sweetie relaxed, kicking back and waiting for the classroom to empty. ****** Cheerilee sat back in her chair, fixing Sweetie Belle with a brutal glare. Her smile, which was so relaxing just a moment ago, had become a stern mask of confrontation. Sweetie squirmed in the discomfort of the moment before Cheerilee spoke. “Sweetie Belle do you know why you're here today?” Sweetie Belle's mind raced but she could think of nothing. After she shook her head, Cheerilee nodded in response and took a small file out from her desk. She sat the folder on top of the desk and Sweetie read the words ‘Sweetie Belle’s Behavior File’ emblazoned across the front in black ink. The filly suddenly felt a sense of anxiety. Why did Ms.Cheerilee give Sweetie Belle her behavior file? Had she been bad without knowing it? “Now, Sweetie Belle,” Cheerilee said, tapping her hoof on the file. “Why would you be here?” Sweetie Belle thought for a minute, but once again came up with nothing. “I-I don't kno-” Sweetie Belle was cut off by Cheerilee slamming her hoof on her desk. “Don't lie to me!” Cheerilee shrieked,”You know your behavior towards girls was inappropriate.” Her brow narrowed and she leaned in, her nose barely an inch away from the filly’s face. The moment lasted for a couple of seconds. When Cheerilee finally spoke, her words contained so much venom that Sweetie almost began to sob in fear.“Several teachers have told me that you kissed Snowy Blossom behind the schoolhouse.” Her eyes widened and her mind went blank. She scrambled to think of an excuse and stuttered out a response, to be shut down by the enraged mare. “I don't want to hear your excuses!” Cheerilee shouted. “It's clear that you have homosexual desires that need to be dealt with.” Tears began to form in the filly’s eyes. “Ms.C-Cherilee p-please don't do wh-what I think you're going to d-do-” Cheerilee grinned when her next words came. “Due to your vile behavior, I will be sending you to one of the best gay conversion camps in Equestria,” Cheerilee said. She pulled out a pamphlet, and handed it to the trembling Sweetie Belle. “Could you read it for me?” Sweetie Belle choked out a sob before her eyes scanned across the words. She shut her eyes to block out the nightmarish words on the paper, but nothing could shield her from Cheerilee’s voice. When the mare spoke, her words were calm and measured, like a steel blade. “I already talked to Rarity and your parents and they fully support this idea.” She smiled in absolute triumph. “Your parents and I both want you to change for the better.” Inhaling, she continued. “I would suggest leaving my classroom now. Rarity is probably taking you to Trottingham tonight.” With that, Cheerilee escorted the trembling filly out of the classroom.
