What Creates Empathy
SugarCube Corner
Previous ChapterNext ChapterNarrator/Limelight's POV.
I sat in a lonely booth of SugarCube Corner, just listening to everypony's gossip with their friends. Expecting children. Making new friends. Somepony came open with being a fillyfooler (Equestian for Lesbian)? Congrats on them.
I sighed and rested my head against my hand, on the table. Until I heard the door's bell rang. I raised my head and it was Stephanite. A smile of relief grew on my face. I was afraid I was gonna get stood up again, like High School.
Stephanite saw me and smiled. He made his way to me and took a seat, "Sorry I took so long. I got lost in the market place."
I waved my hand and smiled, "It's fine. As long as you got here."
"May I take your orders?" Carrot Cake asked, as he walked over to our table.
"Chocolate-Mint milkshake with oats, please." Shephanite ordered in a polite tone.
Carrot Cake wrote it down and asked me, "And for you, Limelight?"
"Same." I smiled, "It's my favorite."
Stephanite smiled, "Mine too. What are the chances?"
We laughed and Carrot Cake left to make our order.
"So... Tell me a bit about yourself, Limelight." Stephanite asked me.
"Well... Where do I start?" I asked with a giggle, "I'm from a long line of the Apple Family. My brother is married to a Pear and have a son."
"A Pear?" Stephanite gasped, "Aren't the Apples and Pears in feud with each other?"
I shook my head, "No. Just in selling competition. That all changed when Buttercup and Bright Mac married and realised the two can work together. You'll catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar."
Stephanite nodded, "I suppose that makes sense. A very wise metaphor."
Finally, Carrot Cake arrived with our drinks, "Here you go." He put the drinks on the table.
"What about you? How did your brother meet your sister-in-law?" I asked, taking a sip from my drink.
"Oh. Um...." He rubbed his chin in thought, "Actually Igneous and Cloudy were arranged to be married under a special rock of our family. The Pairing Stone. It picks your soulmate and you remain together. It's kinda weird. But it was family custom."
I flinched, "Don't tell me you have to."
Stephanite laughed with a sip from his drink, "No. I'm hoping to meet somepony outside of family traditions."
"Oh, thank Luna." I sighed relief. Then a blush warmed up my face, as I couldn't help but ask, "Do... Do you... Like me?"
Stephanite's eyes widened in surprise and fear, "Wh-Wha-What made you ask that?"
I rubbed my eyes, "Well... Apart from my family, you're the only one that been nice to me. Like we're friends."
Stephanite's eyes soften, "You... Don't have a lot of friends?"
I shook my head, "Hardly. I'm not much of talker and others think I worry more about my family than making friends. Which isn't true. I'm just shy, is all."
"Just like me." Stephanite smiled, "I'm shy and other Ponies think that I'm more interested in my gemstones. Gemstones are my job. They don't make friends. Talking does."
I nodded, "Exactly."
Stephanite and I stared into each other's eyes for a while. It was nice to find a kindred spirit from within a town full of Ponies, who get along with each other. Stephanite and I leaned closer to each other. Closed our eyes and we pressed our lips against each other. Our tongues danced, as our hands embraced each other's faces, from where we can reach.
Just then, Stephanite pried away from me and doubled over in pain again. This time, it looked really painful.
"Stephanite, what's wrong?" I asked.
"It-It's nothing. Just... Another... Ah-fuck... Stomach pain." He tried to answer, but doubled over again.
Curious, I looked under the table. I could see something bulging out of Stephanite's pants. And it was growing.
I took hold of the tall stallion's hand and took him to the basement of the café. Since I had a part-time job in the café, I had a spare key. I placed a rune of silence onto the door and it started working in seconds.
"Wha-What are you doing?" Stephanite asked me, as he walked down the stairs.
"Helping you. That's what friends do." I answered.
Once walking on the ground, I pushed Stephanite onto the nearby chair and removed his pants and boxers. His cock sprung out of its prison and was already throbbing hot and hard. This must be the source of the stallion's pain.
"This is what was troubling you?" I asked.
Stephanite looked away and nodded with a sulk, "Yeah, but it happens for a reason." He explained, "I've living with another spirit inside my body. He does things to me that I wish he didn't."
"Like this?" I asked.
He nodded, "Like this. Most of the time. Sometimes he makes me act irrationally. Play with my emotions. Make me feel what I don't want to feel. But he mostly does this to me."
I looked at the throbbing member. There was only one thing I can do, unless he does it himself, which something tells me he hates it. I stuck my tongue out of my mouth and started licking my way up Stephanite's member, gently stroking it as a went, squeezing the medial ring.
Stephanite moaned and gasped in pleasure, "Oh! Fuck... Ah! Don't-Ah! Stop, Limelight. Tha-Ah... That feels so good..."
I reached his flare and inserted it into my mouth. Stephanite gasped and grabbed my head. I bobbed my head up and down, taking the member deep into my throat.
Within about a minute, Stephanite looked at me, "Limelight... I'm-Ah! I'm ready to-Ah! Cum..."
I smiled and moaned into his member. He grabbed my head and pushed me toward his hilt, "I'M CUMMMIIIII-UUUNNNNNHHHHGGGG!!!!"
I held my breath, as I swallowed every gush of cum down my throat. The funny thing was, as soon as I swallowed, the cum turned into vapor. I removed my head for a breath of air and the vapor exit.
Stephanite caught his breath and looked at me with a forlorn look, "I'm sorry. I had to."
I shook my head and assured, "No. It's okay. It's what friends do. We help each other. If this spirit's giving you grief, you let me know and I can help you."
Stephanite smiled and hugged me. I smiled back and we pressed our lips together once again.
