After an accident that caused a coma, Applejack wakes up in the hospital and sees that the world is dying because of an once "harmless" illness. Now the dead trot around and kill the living ponies. Slowly, a group develops that she tries to survive with against the undead to cure everypony of this virus. But then, she realizes that she can't trust everypony anymore and that the living are even more dangerous than the undead...
