Trixie sat alone on the train to the Las Pegasus cloud port. Starlight Glimmer had accompanied her for the first half of the trip. She thought about what her mother said about grandfoals, and about her thinking that Trixie would be a great mother. But she was with Starlight. Trixie signed the tourist waiver, disavowing the city of any liability for 'accidental plummeting'. She also made a mental note to never travel beneath a pegasus city ever again.

"The Prism Palace Hotel is proud to present tonight, in the Pony Fantastique Theater, Big Bucks and Jackpot!" The first of the two featured magicians walked onto the stage.
