All Work and No Play Makes a Sunny Day Rain

“Agent Sunny Flare, reporting in for the Institute. This vault is oddly populated for such a primitive test. People seem to be getting along, though they barely pretend to be okay with the prices that the authorities have imposed on trade. One wonders what they do for work, but such questions do not matter to us. Not when such questions only muddle their capabilities for Synth testing.”

Sunny smiled a little to herself in her own half lipped grin as her eyes came half closed. She was in euphoria right now, even though that was due to the same thing that made her stand out like a solar flare. She didn’t care today though. She was celebrating, and letting her true colors show better than simply the Pip-boy on her arm.

Too bad most of these ‘vault denizens’ at the mall just didn’t understand her love. Understand how accurate her Vault suit was to the survivor’s. How many days and weeks she had spent trying to make sure it fit right, or wouldn’t tear while she did gymnastics so she could wear it as a proper leotard. And no, just painting a leotard was the coward’s way out! She needed this to be down to the very sort of fabric that Vault-Tec would have used.

Okay, maybe a little better quality then that, but that was a small detail.

She tapped her laser pistol against one of her thighs before a high pitched whistle met her ears. In her eyes, VATS came up instantly, marking the assailant and his crude, bandit friends as they walked by. Unfortunately, she was more of a hacker and infiltrator than a combat specialist, so her readings all came up below acceptable parameters. Besides, such filth were a waste of bullets, especially if they would merely miss and give her position away anyways.

In reality though, the boys watched as Sunny Flare fidgeted a little, before brusquely swiping a strand of hair behind one of her ears as a touch of blush came to her cheeks. Their laughter only made her wish her toy was an actual pistol, instead of a glorified pistol. After all, it wasn’t their jobs to point out how embarrassing the outfit could be. Not while she was enjoying herself.

Besides, her suit was plenty fine at it. She wore it for gymnastics, but that was more because it was a sort of safety blanket for her. When she was on a balance beam, without it on, she would shake, even if just for a second. When she bounced and rolled, it helped her keep her focus, because she imagined life as she liked to. As if she was in the wastes, with her Pip-boy by her side and as a brave survivor, instead of some cold, shy girl.

The problem came from the fact that she wasn’t a seamstress, and while she wanted to make a second suit, she’d been busy in her final year of school. To busy to replace her wonderful costume. As such, she had filled out in it, and the material had stretched as well as it could. Her breasts were without a bra to cover them, instead only tape keeping her nipples down so she wasn’t being obscene with her large bosom, and her ass was outlined perfectly. So much in fact that she often worried about bending over, despite the fact that she was indeed wearing underwear. It was something she couldn’t go without, even with how much it chafed and bothered her. Made sure she knew how exposed she was.

But, with the news of a new Fallout game, and the Friendship Games having ended so recently, she wanted a day to relax. To care as if she could just indulge in who she was, instead of how others saw her. Or, for that matter, what they saw of her.

And hey, at least it gave her a plus one to charisma, right? She sighed at herself as she looked down at her breasts, unable to see her feet because of the large bags of flesh. She hated them half the time because while it made guys easier to brush off, without them she might never of had to deal with them in the first place. She could just relax and play her games, instead of being pulled into the boring mundanity of everyday life.

And as a breaking, male voice hit her ears, she found herself almost ready to throw her pistol at it. At least until she actually heard him.

“Sorry ,ma’am, but with that sort of weaponry, I’m going to need confirmation that you aren’t a synth by order of the Brotherhood of Steel.”

Sunny glanced up and… And was for one of the few times pleased at being bothered by someone. At not being treated as a Shadowbolt, emphasis on the shadow. No, looking up, she saw one of her kind. Someone who could appreciate her look on the world. Then again, it’s not that hard to say when the person you’re looking at is in power armor.

Or, kind of. He didn’t have a proper helmet, or really proper armor, as none of it was made of metal. It was all just painted cardboard from what she could tell, stacked, glued, and taped together to get it to all work. It didn’t fit right, there were strings on it for where he likely opened up the boxes to get in and out, but the young face looking down at her made her grateful for the fact that she had gone with a much simpler outfit like a vault suit.

She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear again as she smiled slightly, tucking her pistol behind one of her lithe thighs. The plastic against her bare leg was a not so gentle reminder though that even her outfit wasn’t proper, but she’d been fourteen when she’d made it first, and done all she could to make sure it didn’t break with her breasts, even if it looked more like a vault more than a suit now. Not that she showed much of this as she said, “I’m sorry, but I don’t recall the Brotherhood recruiting children.”

The boy, who was remarkably baby faced, blushed a little, or, a little more, as he had started to the minute she had turned. Not that she blamed him for that. Not with how tight her outfit was, and how her breasts still tried to sway and shake in it. At least he wasn’t just blatantly staring at them like most guys though. No, instead he let out a cough and said, “I-I’m eighteen, and the Brotherhood doesn’t say no to any eager recruits, so please respect my title: Paladin Button Mash?”

Sunny Flare crossed her arms under he breasts, getting a small rise in her spirits from how he paled from her lifting them up a little. She was a Shadowbolt after all, so there wasn’t a reason why she wouldn’t get a rise out of teasing someone so willing to play along. “Well, I find it racist that you would consider myself in need of identification. Vault dwellers are citizens of the wasteland, just like anyone else.”

Button nodded for a moment, tearing his eyes away for a moment as he swallowed hard, before he then pointed to her pistol. “Yes, but not all of them carry a pistol from the Institute.”

Sunny’s eyebrow raised at that, before she raised it, grabbing it with both of her hands as her legs tensed. “Oh? That’s a pretty severe claim. What makes you think that?”

Button Mash pointed down at her, seemingly having calmed down at this point as he tried to drop his high pitched voice. “The barrel is slightly longer, there’s an aim assist module on the side, a port for a synth to connect to, and that’s not getting into the Insigni-”

And Sunny didn’t wait any longer. She wanted to test something. If this boy was going to play along, then he better be ready to run with the ideas in her head. As such, she pointed her gun forward, the light shining against the side of his helmet, before she flipped backwards and shouted, “Well, this is what you’ll get for being more than a tin can!”

Button for his part stepped back from the display, acting in shock, before placing one of his poorly gauntleted hands over his face. “Ah, you Institute w-wh- Witch! Get back here!”

Sunny smiled at the words, and especially him not calling her what it sounded like he was about to, despite it being in character for his faction. Was he some choir boy? That’d be cute, and explain why he couldn’t just stare at her tits, but how well would he take her movements then? She was excited to see as she jumped against one of the walls of the mall, before leaping off of it and clambering over the side of an escalator to get on it. “Come get me then, tin man!”

And despite ducking behind the side of the escalator, she could hear him rushing below her. She smiled to herself at it, humming to herself about a wave of… Something that went through her, before she glanced up. Beside her, a girl, maybe a year or two older than her, was looking down at her. She looked peeved at best, and… And like Sunny was completely nuts at worst. Like she was some lunatic for doing this.

Sunny glanced down at her gun. If it got back to school that she did this… She should just stop this now. Duck away instead of playing with some manchild. It’s not like she couldn’t get away with it.

“Iron Charge!”

Sunny blinked for a moment, before looking down. Below her, she didn’t immediately see Button Mash. No, she had to look over to the stairs that were beside the escalator, for those who didn’t want to wait for it, where he roared his ‘special move. He looked so confident doing it, like he didn’t care about a damn thing, helped only more as he then tripped over the first step of the stairs and crashed down.

All that did though was have him curse her for the trap, and crawl on his hands and feet up the stairs. He made good time too, and she scowled at the fact that her pursuer actually managed to get to the top before her. She didn’t have much time either to react, and with the cover of him taking the stairs, she hadn’t been able to get any good chances for a shot.

So, instead, she swallowed hard as she looked to the railing of the escalator. It was moving, so her base of support was going to be off, but if she could use it… She had to.

Sunny leapt from her crouched position, actually flipping back lower on the escalator before her feet hit the railing. Her body twisted for a moment as her momentum switched so suddenly, but she had been ready for it. That didn’t make it easy, but she was in the wasteland. Nothing was easy, and one had to do all they could to survive everyday, something she planned to demonstrate with this entrepid idiot.

And, well, give him a small gift at least before she ditched him. It was the Wondercolt thing to do she supposed, even though the phrase made her want to throw up.

So, she ran forward. Normally, she couldn’t leap over a person. Well, she could if they were like four feet tall, but Button was a good seven feet tall, and that wasn’t going to work, at least not normally. With the extra speed of the escalator railing though, a good few steps because she had launched herself back, and a kick in the air to clear her legs over, and her mind working at top speed to make sure this all worked out, she could barely do it.

And, with a little more assurance, she could do it while the two collided. Or, more specifically, Sunny’s twin suns collided with his face. It had been something her friends had teased at her about the possibility of a long time, and she’d even considered using them as a weapon, but under normal circumstances, she never would. It would mean letting someone touch them. It would mean being silly. It would mean being vulnerable.

And usually, that wasn’t okay, but today she was letting herself-

Riiiip!

Both Sunny and Button hit the ground at the same time, but Sunny was faster to recover, even though she almost didn’t want to get up. The sound had done the same to her dream as it had to her suit, and while her breasts were happy for the chance to breathe… No. No, if this got out, if anyone got a picture-

She glanced around her, her eyes locking onto the fact that with maybe thirty seconds of risk, she could run to the bathroom. There… There she could do something, while being hidden away from any prying eyes. Yes, that would work.

And so she ran, tears in her eyes as she heard shuffling cardboard, and the stranger asking what had happened. She… She had planned to do this anyways, so why did it hurt so much now? She couldn’t have kept playing after all, so… So why was she crying?

It didn’t matter though once she was in one of the stalls. She was safe there. Safe, and half naked. Half naked, and an hour long bus ride home. Twenty minutes to Sour Sweet’s home, but…

Sunny pulled out her phone, and started going through her contacts. Her brain was slowly restarting, but jams kept happening. There were errors in her thinking. Errors in her plans. Errors in her concentration. She… She had to focus, or she wouldn’t be able to hide this. To get away with it.

A fact that was only hurting more and more as Sunny’s phone dropped from her fingers, and her arms wrapped around her. She wouldn’t make a sound though. She couldn’t. Not when everyone would hate her for it. Not when she normally couldn’t even tell her teammates why her outfit looked the way it did, let alone that it finally broke. Any one of them would just spread that like wildfire because it would help them look better by comparison.

She stayed like this for what felt like an eternity. In her bubble, feet drawn up to her chest, her body shaking, and tears coming down her cheeks. With each droplet, the pain only got worse for some reason, and the shaking wouldn’t stop. With every reminder of what she hid, like her Pip-boy just being a calculator she wore, her mind restarted back at square one. It did try to keep offering solutions, but so many of them were ones she had done dozens of times over the years.

And none of them acknowledged the small mote of light inside of her that was Button being willing to scream some stupid ability, and rushing up a set of stairs, even after tripping on it. On what that had done to her. On being able to just, for a split second, enjoy…

“Ms. Institute? Are you in here?”

Her shaking stopped as she heard the voice. To be fair, so did her heart, and she looked towards where she knew the door would be as he continued speaking. “I saw you head in here, but with how that rip sounded… Well, I went over to Hot Topic and got you a shirt, before also getting you a skirt from Forever Twenty One. I know I could have just gotten both from one place, and that probably would have been faster, but…”

Sunny shuddered a little as she hugged herself tighter, making sure that her feet couldn’t be seen by looking under the stalls. Not that it mattered. She could still hear his cardboard armor, and he wasn’t about to check below the stalls in that. That… That was a good thing. It’d make him leave, which was a… Was a…

“You’re probably not even here, are you? Um, well, uh, I-I’m sorry to anyone else in here. Just trying to help a friend.”

Friend? Why would he call her a friend? They barely knew each other. He didn’t even know her name! That… That was for the best, but now she heard his cardboard moving again, and that made all the pain come back. The tears, the fears, and she shut her eyes before simply saying, “I’m here.”

She heard the cardboard stop moving, before his voice broke as he asked, “D-Do you want the clothes?”

Sunny fidgeted in her stall, before her arm began to fall. Before she looked at how she was dressed. At everything. Everything she had become by what was essentially five minutes of fun ruined by a costume malfunction.

A moment of heaven that now made her smile again. “Look, Paladin, you have me. With my electronics malfunctioning, I can’t teleport away, but I can’t tell you anything. S-So… So I will let you see me undressed as the first part of our agreement. Understood?”

The boy was silent for what felt like hours to Sunny, despite her knowing that maybe a minute passed. She needed these questions to go over right though, and her tears only came back as he asked, “I-I’m not like that. I just want to-”

“I know.” Sunny let her feet come down as she rocked on the toilet seat she was on, before she hissed out, “But we can talk about how fucked up I am on our date on Friday. Right now… I need this, please. To be… This, and not whatever me is. At least, if you’ll handle a broken idiot.”

She heard the cardboard move, but there wasn’t a response. He needed to respond though. To say something! Instead though, she heard him knock on her stall door, before he finally asked, “You actually want to go out with me?”

Sunny extended a shaking hand to undo the lock on the door, and, despite what she said, had to say, “I want to do a lot of things, most of which terrify me. Are things that were a part of me before I cared about others. Things… Things that maybe make me love you, but… But…” She grabbed onto her head, tears coming back, even as he stared at her, and she… She didn’t know if she was okay with that.

Button though… Well, he had to try something, and one path had failed him, so… “Well, y-y-you should be scared! The B-B-Brotherhood of Steel isn’t kind to p-pr-prisoners.”

Sunny was silent for a moment, hanging her head down before she looked up and managed the smallest smile she could. “Y-yes, but how much torture w-will you be if y-you don’t get help after…” Sunny couldn’t finish the sentence, but instead lowered her arm. Her arm that had been holding up some of the ripped fabric over her chest, and now let Button see them entirely.

The boy paled as he stared down at her. There was still clear, scotch tape keeping her nipples down and in place, as otherwise they’d have been bright red from friction throughout the day, but that just meant they were pink and slightly inverted. Not that Button was just focused on those. Not when there was so much to take in of the bright, blue shape, their bounce and shake, and… And… “What?”

Sunny swallowed hard, before looking away as she shook, her body betraying the confidence she tried to show with her voice. “I’ll r-reli- Help you with my… And afterwards, we can m-m-meet once a w-week, maybe more, t-to exhange information. In return,” she said as she looked at him, her eyes tearing up more with each word, “you give me a new chance at life.”

Button stood there dumbfounded, before simply whispering back, “Are you sure you want this? Because yes, a thousand times yes, but…” He grew quiet as Sunny stood up, staring into his eyes as her body pressed against his armor.

“Wanting you is the only thing I’m possibly certain of right now. So… So just shut up, and let me do this, okay?”

And Button nodded. She didn’t expect much more from the boy, not with how red he was. Not with how cute he was. Paladin was a good title for him she supposed, and knelt down to start taking care of the strings over his legs and hips so that she could get at what was below. Something that did make him shout out to her, but that only made her need to see what was below more.

And below… Were about two feet of supporting cardboard, which put Button as a good bit shorter than her. She blinked at the fact, before he said, “I’m sorry. I know it’s probably disappointing.”

Sunny smiled a little, before pulling on the shorts he had on, which only made poor Button jump a bit at the action. “No, I like it. I like it a lot. Just like,” she said as he pulled out his hard, throbbing cock, “I-I like this.”

Button clearing his throat caught Sunny’s ears easily, and she smiled a little bit at the action as she pushed her chest out. She just… Just needed to use her breasts. It was simple. She didn’t know what she was doing, but with how petrified Button was, she doubted he did either.

And so, she awkwardly clasped her breasts over his cock. She could feel its heat pushing back against her, and Button moaned as she pushed her breasts together, trying, and mostly failing, to make a tight pocket for him to possibly thrust into. Not that either minded with how much they shook and shuddered, or the thousands of reasons why they were doing that.

One thing was certain though. Both of them were focused only on the other. On how they reacted to each new thing they did. How Sunny blushed when his cock poked out of her tits and almost pecked her lips. How Button hummed from her trying to cradle his balls for a moment, only for her breasts to slip away from her in that same moment.

It was a lot for either one, but the final piece of it all came from neither of them. Button was simply close to cumming, his attention focused entirely on trying not to cum, before the door to the bathroom swung open. It crashed against the wall with how hard it was forced open, and both of the young lovers jumped at the sound.

And, in time with the pounding footsteps of whatever bitch had come in, Button let go of his control. It started with one small spurt directly between her breasts as he gave one last attempt to keep control. Then a large gush over the top of her tits, which led to a large rope of semen flying into the air and crashing onto Sunny’s face. The last few bubbled over her breasts, and even leaked out the bottom, but neither focused on that.

Button was looking towards the stall the other girl was in, while Sunny stared at the cum on her. On how much of the thick goo had coated her chest, and for a moment she thought about what her friends would say if they saw her like this. Saw her with someone who was barely more than a stranger, who she had told she might love, and now had his jizz all over her when she’d never even seen a cock in person before.

And, deciding how she would treat her relationship with Button, she dipped her head down, lifted his limp cock, and proceeded to wrap her mouth around every inch of it so she could clean it.

Because she wouldn’t hide this. She wouldn’t be ashamed of this. Not when she wanted to play, and live in the nice world he seemed to see, where he could be who he was. She couldn’t be, but with him… Maybe she could finally start. Make this day the rule, and not the exception, and she would begin that here, with not caring who knew about her and Button as she sucked him clean, and drank the last few bits of his cum.

When she pulled away, she blushed a little from how Button stared at her, but she waited for his response. Waited for the girl to leave so that it could be just the two of them. After all, the poor man was likely having a hard time processing this, let alone while he couldn’t move.

And she was happy that, for even just these few minutes she let herself relax, as Button reached down, stroked her cheek, and whispered, “That… That was amazing.”

Sunny stood up slowly, before leaning in, taking one of the bags that he was still holding onto, and pecked his cheek. “Yes, it was, so you better not be late for our date, got it?”

Button smiled a little, before reaching around and hugging her close and whispering, “Can… Can I know your name then? It’s a little weird thinking about the girl I love as just the girl from the Institute who, umm, uh…”

Sunny leaned back, smiling a little as she covered herself with the bag. “Head outside and wait for me, and you can know. After all, it’s not like we couldn’t go out right now… Right?”

And Button merely smiled at her before he nodded and left.

And Sunny just smiled back as, despite her costume being gone, she’d never felt safer in her wasteland then as she got dressed for her ironclad warrior.
