Chrysalis awoke as a warm sun touched her feet. Rubbing her eyes and blinking back the light, Chrysalis did her best to get her bearings. "Lets see," she muttered, "Still stuck in the Everfree I see."

Looking around her, Chrysalis could see she was still surrounded by trees. The stream she was following could be heard nearby. Having just slept on the ground with just a bed of leaves, her back was feeling a bit sore. Though it could have been something left over from her earlier encounter with those creatures. Or creature? Chrysalis shook her head. Best not to think too hard on it.

It was two days ago at this point and she was still lost. She had been following the stream hoping to come across some other form of life or a way out but all she ever found was small creatures or odd looking plants. Chrysalis put a hand to her stomach as it growled in protest. She need to feed on some love. It had been far too long since she had a decent meal. The tentacle creature gave her a good portion but she was running on reserves at this point. She was going to need someone to give her some love or find a creature with enough love to take.

Standing up, Chrysalis did her best to brush off the leaves from her naked body. Her dress wasn't salvageable. Just a few pieces of fabric remained. Not enough to do anything with anyways. She considered using some wood and leaves to make something but the effort wasn't worth it. She needed to spend any energy she had on getting out or finding love.

Returning to the stream, Chrysalis began to make the long walk once again. Reflecting on past losses, this was certainly a low point. If it weren't for the good sex she got earlier, she would be in much darker state. Thinking back to it, Chrysalis wondered if it would have been better to stay. Chrysalis lifted up her head in surprised and swam back a foot as the voice broke the silence. Chrysalis let her body sink so that her feet could touch the ground and turned towards the voice. Two females were currently wadding in the middle of the spring staring at her. Where did they come from?

The two females appeared to be twins as both shared a pale skin tone but had different colored hair. One had pink hair with white highlights while the other had light blue hair with white highlights. Both had silver eyes. Their breasts were of moderate size and covered in seaweed with a large shell for each breast.

Looking carefully at the water, it appeared they had seaweed around their hips as well. They seemed to have a thin but toned body as far as Chrysalis could tell. "Its been awhile since my sister and I have seen a human come to our spring. How did you get here?"

Chrysalis raised an eyebrow, "Well first I am not a human, I am changeling. Queen to be exact. Second, I followed the stream."

Chrysalis would normally demand they tell her what they are but considering they were first sentient things she had seen in days, she felt more inclined to be a bit less rude. Also she was still feeling hungry. Instead she calmly asked, "If you don't mind me asking, what exactly are you?"

The woman stopped and blinked in surprise, "Oh yes, we should introduce ourselves." Both said this at the same time.

The pink haired woman pointed to herself with a soft, very human like looking hand, "My name is Cherry Blossom or simply Cherry."

Cherry then pointed to the blue haired woman next to her, "That's my twin sis Lotus Blossom." Lotus nodded, "We are known as the Blossom twins. We are called Finfolk."

Chrysalis wracked her brain, she had heard that name somewhere before. "I see, if I remember correctly, you can transform your bodies from fish to human and anywhere in between."

The twins both nodded. Cherry swam a bit closer, "Since you are a changeling, I am guess you are in need of some love right?"

Chrysalis nodded quickly, "Yes, I have to admit I am rather famished."

Lotus grinned, "Well we Finfolk actually feed on the nectar secreted by both males and females. Its our elixir of life."

Chyrsalis nodded as she quickly saw what the two were getting at, "I think I see where you are going with this. I need love and you need my essence. We can both help each other out at the same time."

Both Finfolk were now just inches away, big smiles quickly growing on the woman's faces, "Does that mean what I think it means?"

Chrysalis grinned, "Yes, lets get to work."

Lotus and Cherry squeed at the same time. Cherry then dove under the surface while Lotus came up close to Chrysalis. Their faces just inches from each other. Cherry nodded back, "Just be sure to come back and visit some time alright? I know Lotus is going to miss you as much as I will."

Chrysalis' leaned forward and gave Cherry a quick peck on the lips. "I promise, I'll come back someday, and when I do, hopefully I will have carried out what I came here to do originally."

Cherry grinned, "Looking forward to it and good luck." With that, the pink haired finfolk dove back under the surface, leaving Chrysalis to wade back to shore and to start walking alone once again.

Chrysalis made a promise to herself to some day come back and properly thank the two sisters that helped her out when she needed it most. After of course, she finally got her revenge.

We'll call this a Bonus Chapter. I've decided to expand on this with a sequel involving Cadence getting lost on a camping trip and coming across a lost Chrysalis. Then those two have to get along if they want to survive and fun times ensue. Look for that in the coming weeks. Also this won't be the last time we see those Finfolk.
