In order to better teach them about the birds and the bees as well as safe sex, Canterlot High has separated their school from the junior years so they can teach those that are old enough.
The students can have sex when they want outside of classes but are always expected to at least go to the infirmary to grab protection first.

Various classes will specialise in sex to not only help promote safe sex but to teach the inexperienced as well as provide a few pointers to those that wants to step up their game, certain areas have been remodelled so students regardless of sex will now share the same toilets and showers instead of being divided by genders.

This is all going to be a big cultural shock for the new guy starting in this school.
