"The memory was as clear as the approaching day
Something out of the ordinary, I must say
As I witnessed my own life before my very eyes
Transpire in bizarre ways if I am to be precise

I bore witness to quite a strange sight
For I could solely tell from its garments and height
A creature from the Everfree of which I've never seen before
I thought to myself, has fate brought me a savior?

What I noticed first was the hood over its head
Whatever the reason, it may be best not to ask instead
Furthermore, I sincerely hoped and prayed
That it came here unwillingly to provide me aid

Clothed in garments dyed of pale yellow
Along with the discs in its hands that beamed an orange glow
The Timberwolves turned to face this unusual prey
For a new meal had entered the fray

At first, my mind had already anticipated the outcome
That six against one would truly be troublesome
But as the battle continued, it seemed that it wasn't even a fight
For the Timberwolves could never compare to its superior might

Twigs and branches scattered across the ground
Cries and whimpers, in the air they resound
The being certainly held a power like no other
That would even cause the vicious beasts to cower

Though, as far as my knowledge goes for these amoral predators
Is their ruthless nature to kill without any form of remorse
As their numbers dwindled down, those that survived fled
A wise choice, better off alive than dead

One thing that worried me is their ability, however
Capable of regeneration and even transformation in the latter
Unfortunately, it would not be a clever move
Not while the One they failed to remove still stood

Just when I thought it was finally over
A sense of foreboding caused my spine to shiver
As the being turned to meet my eyes
The tension began to continually rise

Closer and closer, it moved towards me
My mind, nerves, and instincts told me to run and flee
Yet my hooves went numb and frozen in my place
Fear and trepidation clearly evident on my face

Once its steps came to a halt
I wondered if an encounter this close to the being was my own fault
With all the courage that I could muster
My gratitude came only in a lowly whisper

Furthermore, I never expected it to kneel
And unveil its hood to make its reveal
With a smile that resembled a mother's, I realized that it didn't pose a threat in the end
For she asked in a whisper, "Are you all right, my lost friend?"
