Visiting Her Friend

Twilight was getting prepared to visit Pinkie Pie one day. She hoped that she went home as she had been away for a while now. She went inside Ponyville General and went to the front desk.

"Hi...I'm Twilight Sparkle....here to see Pinkie Pie? Is she still here?" Twilight asked as she hoped that Pinkie Pie had been sent home. The woman checked for Twilight. Twilight stayed there and waited. The woman came back and spoke.

"Yes she is. You can go see her she's awake....her condition is still severe but it's not critical anymore." The receptionist said. Twilight wanted to ask more but didn't know if she wanted to. She then asked anyway.

"Do you....know what happened yet....?" Twilight asked. The receptionist spoke.

"I'm sorry hon I don't have that information. You'll have to ask the nurse or your friend that....you can go in if you want." She said. Twilight thanked her and went to Pinkie Pie's room.

When she got to her friend's room she saw her friend. Pinkie Pie was breathing softly while laying in bed. Pinkie Pie locked eye contact with her as she sat down by Pinkie Pie.

"I wasn't expecting you to visit me. Excuse me for not being enthusiastic like I normally am but I'm just so tired. Nobody knows what's wrong with me and it's strange. I was fine and the next I was blacking out and seeing stuff and vomiting....I'm sorry I don't mean to sadden you further." Pinkie Pie said. Twilight shook her head.

"It's okay it's not your fault your here. I just hope they figure out how to help you and release you as long as they deem it safe. I just want you to come home." Twilight said. Pinkie Pie looked out her window as Twilight sat by her. Pinkie Pie stared at her window for a while as she stayed silent. She then spoke.

"Twilight....i don't think they will let me leave...there's something very wrong with me and they don't know what it is. They are unable to diagnose me yet I have all of the symptoms of numerous illness's. I hope they figure it out though so they can let me go." Pinkie Pie said. Twilight started to get emotional.

"I'm so sorry your in this mess Pinkie Pie....I should have helped out when I found out..." Twilight said as she started to blame yourself.

"Twilight stop it. Don't say that about yourself. You didn't do anything wrong. You couldn't have stopped what happened. Alls I know is that I blacked out and next thing I know I'm here. I'm not worried about the outcome either It's probably going to turn out that I blacked out because I was to tired or hot or something like that." Pinkie Pie said with a shrug. Twilight nodded and saw the flowers on Pinkie Pie's window still.

"Those were given to me by Applejack. She came by to see me this morning. It was a nice visit." Pinkie Pie said with a huge smile. Twilight nervously glanced at the flowers.

"Uh....did she say anything?" Twilight asked nervously. Pinkie Pie shrugged.

"No she didn't say anything....why did something happen between you two?" Pinkie Pie asked. Twilight gulped.

"Never mind forget I said anything! I was just asking." Twilight said quickly. Pinkie Pie stared at her suspiciously.

"Did she hurt you?" Pinkie Pie asked with an eyebrow raised. Twilight shook her head franticly.

"What no of coarse not! Ugh fine I'll tell you. We were talking and things got a bit....steamy....and uh....well...." Twilight began to stutter.

"You had sex with her?" Pinkie Pie guessed with a grin. Twilight blushed bright red.

"Pinkie Pie I'm not going to answer that! Twilight said while she was completely embarrassed. Pinkie Pie chuckled.

"Twilight you have to go after her girl. I know what you two did. You wanted a taste of dem apples that's what you wanted!" Pinkie Pie teased. Twilight hid her face in her shirt as she was mortified.

"Pinkie! Stop!" Twilight said as she couldn't believe Pinkie Pie knew about her and Applejack.

"Twilight it's alright I'm just pulling your leg. But seriously you need to make sure that she understands what you want from a relationship if you two have one. Make sure she respects you and the same goes for you. You need to respect her to. It's a two way street Twilight. Take care of eachother and never let the other one down." Pinkie Pie said.

Twilight was stunned about how Pinkie Pie knew about relationships. She thought about what Pinkie Pie said and realized that it was pretty helpful advise. She responded.

"Wow Pinkie Pie....thanks. I promise you that I will do just what you said. As long as it helps us both out." Twilight said. Pinkie Pie nodded. They then gossiped about how their friends were doing and talked about how work was going for Twilight. She also asked about Spike. Soon Twilight asked her about some stuff to and then they talked about what was going on in the news. Soon after they talked for a bit it was time for Twilight to leave so she stood up and wen to leave.

"Thanks for seeing me here. I missed you. Hopefully I'll be able to go home and go places with you and my other friends like before." Pinkie Pie said. Twilight nodded as she longed to see that.

"I know. That would be great!" Twilight said. Pinkie Pie nodded.

"So when they find out what was wrong with me I'll let you and my friends know. Once I leave we can all do something together. Alright Twilight?" Pinkie Pie asked. Twilight nodded with a grin.

"That would be good. See you later Pinkie Pie." Twilight said.

"See you later Twilight." Pinkie Pie said. Twilight then left Ponyville General. After she left Ponyville General she went to see Pinkie Pie a few more times after that and pursued Applejack.

Soon Twilight and Applejack became lovers and around that time Ponyville General released Pinkie Pie as they confirmed that she had gotten sick but was better now and in a stable condition. Pinkie Pie and the rest of her friends congratulated Twilight and Applejack for getting together.

After that Twilight thanked Pinkie Pie for her encouragement that helped her to pursue Applejack and then they threw a welcome back party for Pinkie Pie who had finally been released from the hospital. Things had finally worked out in the end.
