FOE Redux: Resistance Tale

On the rooftops of Manehattan during the night, Big Macintosh is looking down at the streets to see what's going on down there. While the hustle and bustle of the streets are the same, the only real difference is mares are in the streets naked, on their knees, and collared. The cause being the Caribou's reign over Equestria by corrupting the ponies of Equestria with the power of the corrupted Crystal Heart from the now taken over Crystal Empire; specifically, making mares submissive and weak while dehorning unicorns and clipping the wings of pegasus ponies then covered in shrouds and making stallions into brutal thinking themselves above mares and treating them brutality as sex slaves like the Caribou do . However, stallions like Big Mac were not affected by the corruption and are fighting to bring back the Equestria that he knew and take down the Caribou's tyrannical reign once and for all.

As Big Mac is looking down the streets, he is tapped on the shoulder by Sugar Belle, another member of the Resistance. With them too are Limestone Pie and Moondancer.

Sugar Belle asked Big Mac"Anything yet."

Big Mac said to her "Not yet. They're almost out of time."

Moondancer said while looking at a watch "Assuming that everything is going to our plan, Party Favor and Vapor Trail should be out of that shop in five minutes."

Limestone Pie said with a negative voice "Not that I'm complaining or anything, but why are we breaking into this shop. This isn't even the biggest one here."

Moondancer said "Because Limestone, in our current state we can't take down the bigger ones. Unlike this shop, other ones in Manehattan have high security while this one does not. However, the smaller shops tend to have more mares here than they do in the exclusive ones since the mares, by caribou standards, aren't high quality mares that need to be sold at a high bid. We don't have the resources or pony power to take on those shops yet."

Limestone responded while rolling her eyes "Fine."

Big Mac said "Here they come. Sugar Belle, Moondancer, bring them up as soon as they get in position."

On the ground, Party Favor is coming out of the sex slave shop called the Manehattan Whore House-Dancing District with Vapor Trail, who is leashed with a red collar, naked, has a ball gag, and her wings are covered up in custom shrouds that are comfortable for her wings. The two of them head for the alleyway to get away from the crowd. As soon as they made sure that the coast, Party Favor signaled Moondancer and Sugar Belle to help left them up to the roof with them. As soon as Vapor Trail touched down, Sugar Belle gave her some clothes to put on.

Vapor Trail said "Thanks Sugar Belle."

Sugar Belle said "Anytime. It must have been horrible in there." She then uses her magic to make surrounding tent for Vapor Trail to change into

Vapor Trail explained "It was horrible: having red collar mares want to touch me, the owner of the store wanting to buy me, and customers wanting to service me. Luckily, Party Favor made it clear that I was for his own personal use and nopony could touch me."

Limestone said to Vapor Trail while also looking at Party Favor "Did he have to do anything to you?" She then balls up her fist ready to punch him if necessary.

"No, he didn't but we were prepared to put on a show to avoid any suspicion from our mission."

(At the same time, Big Mac and Moondancer are talking with Party Favor)

Big Mac asked "How many mares are in there?"

Party Favor said "45; 25 black collars, 10 red collars, 7 purple collars and 3 silver collars."

Moondancer asked "Did it seem that any of the red and purple collars are going to be a problem in our liberation and destruction of this place?"

Party Favor said "No, I don't think so and I sampled all of them as instructed. But it shouldn't make any difference since we're trying to save everymare anyway and I'm sure out doctors can help in the long-term mental healing process anyway."

Moondancer asked "What about alarms or any form of security that the shop might have?"

Party Favor said "The only security that place has are guard dogs and two bells that are tapped with a crystal that indicate when somepony is entering. That shouldn't be a problem for you to dispel."

Big Mac said "Alright. We begin the operation at midnight."

It is 11:59. The Caribou owner of the sex slave shop closed his door for the night. While he went to bed and relaxed, everymare is either in cages or strapped to the wall if they've been bad. As soon as it became midnight, Big Mac and his team began their operation to save the mares from the sex slave shop.

Big Mac, Limestone, Moondancer, and Vapor Trail headed across the street quickly and quietly; Party Favor and Sugar Belle waited for them on the other side.

At the front entrance, Moondancer used her magic on the house to disable any and all alarms that could alert the owner of the shop and walked in. When they opened the door, they noticed some sleeping guard dogs near the cages, chained up to a spike in the middle of the room. Some mares noticed that Big Mac and his team were there and were about to say something but he signaled all of them to be quiet. Vapor Trail flew in quickly and quietly to grab all the dogs and fly them somewhere else, but not before Moondancer used her magic to break the chains and create earmuffs to prevent the dogs from hearing them move them out. As for Limestone, she uses her bear hands to bend the bars of the cages to get everymare out of their cages. As soon as Vapor Trail put the last dog out, Moondancer focused her magic on taking down the mares who are chained to the wall with her magic.

Big Mac told them to stop for a moment since he sees a patrol carriage coming and everypony sat still or remained hidden to draw less attention to themselves. He then noticed that the caribou coming out of the patrol carriage are about to head for the same direction as Party Favor and Sugar Belle.

Limestone said "They're heading for Party Favor and Sugar Belle. We have to take them out." She was about to head over there before Moondancer held her with her magic

Moondancer said "But they don't see them yet. We have to wait or we'll blow our cover."

Big Mac said "Moondancer is right. Besides, it's not like they're in the open." Despite this claim, he is worried for both of them, especially Sugar Belle

Back with Sugar Belle and Party Favor, the two of them are hiding in empty garbage cans while they wait for the others. They hear the footsteps of the caribou coming toward them. Both unicorns were nervous, especially Sugar Belle. She is worried that as soon as they see her they will rape her on site and then cut off her horn. Party Favor on the other hand was ready to fight them and make them all pay for all that they have done to Equestria, from raping and brutalizing mares to corrupting stallions into believing what they do. However, the caribou turned away from their direction and went somewhere else, much to Sugar Belle's relief.

Big Mac and the others noticed this too and resumed their mission. Once he checked that the coast was clear, he signaled Moondancer to head for Sugar Belle and Party Favor. The three of them joined their magic and opened a portal on the wall. Limestone and Vapor Trail guided them to the portal and everymare headed for the portal and escaped; Big Mac guarded them from the rear while also making sure that no caribou police stop them from what they are doing. To their surprise, none of the red collar mares resisted their rescue attempt and followed them to the portal which made things a lot easier.

Once the last mare entered the portal, Big Mac heads for the portal to meet up with the rest of the team. But before he could join them, he hears a loud painful scream not too far from here saying "Please, stop it."

Moondancer said "Big Mac, what are you doing?"

Big Mac said "If I'm not back in 5 minutes or a caribou patrol comes by, go without me."

Big Mac ran in the direction of the scream to find a teal unicorn with her horn cut off and wearing a black collar. She is trying to run away from the caribou but they are holding her tightly to prevent her escape. One of the caribou punches her in the eye and down to the ground while the other caribou places his foot on her head.

Caribou #1 said "Where did you think you were going?"

Caribou #2 said "You aren't allowed to be out on your own without your master."

The Teal unicorn said weakly "I have no master. I'm my own mare." She was then punched in the gut and fell to the ground.

Caribou #2 said"No, your not. Your a slut and your place is at our feet." He and Caribou #1 unzip their pants reavealing their long penises.

Caribou #1 said "And sucking on these dicks."

Big Mac shouted in anger "GET AWAY FROM HER!"

Big Mac hit one of the caribou on the head with a garbage can and punched the other caribou in the mouth. The caribou were about to punch Big Mac but he held on to their punches strongly.

Caribou #1 said "Why are you defending this slut?"

Caribou #2 said "You're a stallion; your suppose to be on our side, the side of King Dainn. We helped save Equestria for you."

Big Mac said in a fit of rage "I would never side with disgusting rapist like your king or anyone like you. You didn't save Equestria; you destroyed it. To Tartarus with King Dainn."

He then kicked them in the stomach, grabbed their heads, and bashed them into the wall.

The unicorn said when Big Mac approached him "Thank you. Thank you so much."

Big Mac said "Come with me and we'll get you out of here. What's your name, your real name?"

The unicorn said in a weak voice "My name is Shining Tulip. And I'm really cold."

Big Mac took off his coat and said "It's not much but it will help."

Shining Tulip said "Thank you."

Big Mac carried Shining Tulip on his back and headed for the location where the portal still being held on by Moondancer but barely. She said "Hurry it up. I can't hold this much longer." Big Mac then grabbed Moondancer and the three jumped through the portal. It closed right behind them.

After escaping through the portal, Big Mac and Moondancer arrive on a beach with Shining Tulip ; the portal behind him closed. Sugar Belle ran up to him to help the bruised and beaten mare walk and to check up on Big Mac.

Sugar Belle said "Are you alright? What's your name?"

Shining Tulip said "My name....name....name..it's.....Ass Flower. I like...to....be taken in my flowery ass and getting punched in the eye."

Big Mac said "But you told me your name is Shining Tulip."

A voice said "Oh dear, another half broken-half sane mare. We'll take her with us to Seaquestria to heal her with the rest." It is Lady Ocean Flow, sister of Queen Novo. She then takes Shining Tulip off his hands.

Bg Mac said "Thank you Lady Ocean Flow."

Ocean Flow said "Of course. It will take time, but we'll help her and the other broken mares here recover as best we can."

Then suddenly, Lord Sky Beak, husband to Ocean Flow and brother-in-law to Queen Novo, appeared before them and said to Big Mac "Big Macintosh, could you come with me to Sequestria? Queen Novo and the council are having a meeting and they want you and Moondancer to attend.

Big responded "Alright." He then said to Sugar Belle "Could you check on Apple Bloom for me?"

Sugar Belle said "Sure."

With that said, Big Mac followed Sky Beak and Moondancer into the ocean where Sequestria is located. The rescued mares followed Ocean Flow to see the doctors of Sequestria to check them for any injuries, sickness/diseases, or any type of mental or physical scaring; Vapor Trail went with her to help in any way she could.

Paradise Estate, or New Ponyville as everypony calls it . A safe haven not to far from Mount Aries and completely hidden from prying eyes like the Caribou with the help of a magical stone that belongs to the Hippogriffs that was given to Big Mac and any other ponies that were lucky to escape the caribou's enslavement or corruption from the Crystal Heart. Queen Novo gave them this land for ponies who did not want to stay as seaponies like the hippogriffs did when the Caribou came and made sure that it was hidden enough should the caribou try to come back. So far, the Caribou Empire haven't settled in Mount Aries because it held no strategic value to them. Not only do ponies stay here, but also hippogriffs who did not want to stay as seaponies for too long. It doubles as a resistance base for ponies as well but under Queen Novo's orders no hippogriffs are allowed to take part in any operations of theirs.

Sugar Belle, Party Favor, and Limestone arrived at New Ponyville and went their separate ways until the next mission can be planned. As Sugar Belle said goodbye to them, she headed in the direction of Big Mac's home. When she arrived, she used the key Big Mac gave her and entered. She tiptoed into not wake anypony and went in the direction of Apple Bloom's room. She saw that Apple Bloom is asleep and is holding a picture of her family tightly. Sugar Belle notices that her covers are off and uses her magic to put the covers back on her.

Before she went back to the family room to wait for Big Mac to come back, she is greeted by Grand Pear, the grandfather of Big Mac and Apple Bloom.

Grand Pear said "Your back. Thank Celestia."

Sugar Belle said "Did I wake you?"

Grand Pear said "No, I was awake. I was waiting for Big Macintosh to come back. Where is he?"

Sugar Belle explained "He's in Sequestria attending a late night meeting with Moondancer, Sky Beak, Queen Novo, and her council to talk about something."

Grand Pear said "About fighting back against the Caribou and taking back Equestria from them?"

Sugar Belle said "I assume so. I kind of hope so too if it means we can take back Equestria from them after what they've done. But I'm not looking forward to being in a war. I just want to go back to baking again like I used to."

Grand Pear said "I know sweetie." He then lets out a yawn.

Sugar Belle said "You can go to bed too if you like. I can wait for Big Mac for you. I insist."

Grand Pear said "Alright. It's past my bedtime anyway."

A few hours later, Big Mac and Moondancer along with a few other ponies, who also deal in resistance operations against the caribou, were escorted to the surface by Sky Beak to New Ponyville. While everypony went their separate ways, Big Mac couldn't help but think about that meeting he attend especially when he arrived home and Sugar Belle greeted him.

(Flashback)

After being turned into seaponies with the help of the broken magic pearl that can transform them into almost anything, Sky Beak escorted Big Mac and Moondancer to the meeting hall of the castle. When they arrived, everypony and every-seapony were arguing and shouting while Queen Novo is listening to both sides. At the sight of Sky Beak arriving with them, Novo managed to stop the arguing.

Queen Novo said "Thank you for joining us Big Macintosh and Moondancer. I'm sorry for calling you all this late but there's been a problem."

Moondancer asked "What kind a problem?"

A "true" seapony said "A caribou scout has been spotted in the area."

Big Mac asked with a worred tone "Did he discover us?"

Queen Novo said "No, we made sure of it. He has no idea about Seaquestria or New Ponyville. "

A unicorn seapony said "It's possible that he's hoping to make use of Mount Aries for the caribou for some reason."

True seapony #2 asked "But why now? I thought they had no interest in Mount Aries after they believed we moved on somewhere else."

A pegasus turned seapony said "Perhaps they decided to find interest in it for some reason. Possibly a "re-education camp" to make women into sluts for their sexual pleasures."

The unicorn seapony said "If that's the case, we need to act now before they can do anything like that."

True seapony #3 said "I say we go to war."

An earth pony turned seapony said "Let's stick it to those caribou ones and for all."

True Seapony #4 "That's not an option. We don't know how to prepare for that."

Unicorn seapony #2 said "If they can beat Equestria magic then what chance do we have."

Another unicorn seapony said "We have to go to war!"

A True seapony said "We have to stay in hiding!"

A random seapony said "Yelling is feeling good right now."

Everyone continued to argue about what to do about the caribou until Queen Novo shouted "QUIET!" This caused everyone to stop arguing as a result. In a more calm voice, she says "I will take ideas on what to do about this issue and how we should respond one at a time."

Then one of Queen Novo's generals, Sea Spray said "We don't have that kind of time Queen Novo! It is ridiculous to keep hiding anymore; it's cowardly of us"

Queen Novo said "Escort the general out of here."

Sea Spray said as some guards are taking him away "Hey. That pony is right about you; you are being a coward."

Queen Novo stated firmly "While this issue about the caribou is a problem, going to war without assessing the enemies current strength is just a bad. Especially when dealing with the corrupted power of the Crystal Heart. She then looks toward Moondancer and Big Mac and speaks to them "Your operations in saving captured mares from these sex slave shops have brought us many mares who need healing. While I do not mind allowing some to either stay in New Ponyville or Sequestria, I would like to know if saving them would help us in defending ourselves or even going to war if the situation demands it. So, will these mares, once they are healed, be able to give in some way?"

Moondancer said "If I might add Queen Novo, us attacking these sex slave shops not only helps our fellow ponies but also gives us valuable information that could help us in both defense and offense. They may carry information about the caribou and their plans or better yet magical anomalies that the caribou can't seem to combat."

Queen Novo said "Like what?"

Moondancer said "Like a tree that is growing on the apple family and pear family farm border."

(End of Flashback)

Sugar Belle said while Big Mac is laying down on her legs "So Moondancer told Queen Novo about the spot where your parents made their vows and got married. What did she say?"

Big Mac said "That and a few other anomalies that have popped up in different parts of Equestria but it's not enough to really convince Queen Novo to start an assault against the caribou. But I'm more worried about finding Applejack, Granny Smith, and the rest of my family, both Apple and Pear, who aren't corrupted by the Caribou."

Sugar Belle said "Maybe we'll get lucky and run into them in our next mission."

Big Mac said "Let's hope so. I don't want Apple Bloom to have to live in a world like this."

Sugar Belle asked in a concerned tone "Do you think we'll have to go to war again?"

Big Mac answered honestly "We may have to, sooner or later, if we want to take back Equestria from the caribou. But I'll be fighting it more than you. I need you to protect Apple Bloom if the worse happens to me and if I can't find our family."

Sugar Belle said "I will. You have my word. But Big Mac."

Big Mac responded "Yep."

"I want you to promise me something too."

Sugar Belle whispers something to Big Mac which catches him by surprise, causing him to blush. She says some words to him and ask Big Mac the request again. He agrees to this. The two then kiss each other passionately.

At the boarder of the Apple and Pear Family farms, the spot where the heart-shaped tree of Bright Mac and Pear Butter starts to glow and suddenly disappeared.

After a successful, or even a failed mission, Big Mac's group along with other rebel groups lay low from any rebel activity against the Caribou Empire. This time is meant to give leaders and/or strategist time to plan other operations against the caribou but also give everypony a rest as well. Most rest periods take about three days to one week and four days at best depending on the earlier mission.

(Two days later)

At the beach, Party Favor is waiting for Vapor Trail to come back from Sequestria. She then came out of the water, in the form of a seapony, and swam to the shore where Party Favor is waiting for her.

Party Favor said holding a strawberry cake slice "I brought you your favorite."

Vapor Trail said "Thanks Party Favor. "

Party Favor asked as he used his magic to feed her "So, how are things going down there?"

Vapor Trail explained "Ok I guess. Ocean Flow, myself, and the other seaponies are helping every mare who's been broken and/or traumatized as best we can. It will be a while but we're making breakthroughs. But somemare, Silver Bonnet, mentioned somepony that raped her and how he was aggressive with and nearly choked her to death; it was somepony I know."

Party Favor said in a worried-sad tone "Sky Stinger?"

Vapor Trail said in a very sad tone "Yeah. Hearing that my best friend did such a thing hurts. The Sky I knew would never do such a thing."

Party Favor said "You gotta remember that Sky, like many others, are corrupted by the Caribou with the power of the Crystal Heart. That doesn't excuse what he's done but you know that he wasn't like this before."

Vapor Trail said "Even so." She then let out tears from her eyes.

Party Favor said after making a balloon cat and dog conjoined "Look Vapor Trail, it's DogCat." He then says in a dog voice " Don't be sad, Vapor Trail. Bark. Bark." Then in a cat voice "Why don't you pet us, Vapor Trail. I'm sure that will make you feel better."

Vapor Trail said while whipping her tears and letting out some laughs"It kind of does. Thanks Party Favor, you're a good friend."

Party Favor said "Anytime.

"Vapor Trail." Ocean Flow said appearing out of nowhere.

Vapor Trail responded "What is it Ocean Flow?"

Ocean Flow said "I need your help back in Seaquestria. Shining Tulip is having another attack and is asking for you."

Vapor Trail responded "Again. Ok, I'll go now. She says to Party Favor "I have to go. Same time tomorrow if we don't have another mission?"

Party Favor said"You bet."

Vapor Trail said before she left "See you later Party Favor."

Party Favor asked Ocean Flow "Lady Ocean Flow. Is there anything I can do to help down there?"

Ocean Flow said "We've got things under control. But there is something that I could use your help with starting tomorrow."

( Three days later)

In the home of Moondancer, she is reading three different spell books at the same time. These books were obtained by during another resistance team's mission to steal all spell books that weren't destroyed or collected by the caribou for their own personal use. As she read, she hears a knock on her door and already knows who it is. She uses her magic to open the door to let Limestone in.

Moondancer replied "No."

Limestone said "You don't even know what I'm going to ask."

Moondancer said "You want me to make a portal for you somewhere, mainly a sex slave shop, so you can find your sisters who have been sold into slavery."

Limestone said "We've stood by for four days now. We should be going out there and saving more mares and finding our families."

Moondancer stated knowing Limestone is only think of her family "You mean YOUR family. You're only thinking about YOUR family, not just kidnapped mares."

Limestone asked in anger"And what's wrong with that?"

Moondancer said "Nothing. But it's not like we have a clue to where they are exactly."

Limestone asked "Can't you use your magic to find them?"

Moondancer explained "No. If I could do that, I would just find Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. They are our best chance in rallying any other pockets of resistance out there to our side along with any other kingdoms out there not affected by the caribou. That and Princess Twilight, wherever she is. I would also say Princess Cadance but from what I've heard she's become nothing more than a slut more than willing to satisfy the needs of the caribou and other rogue stallions."

Limestone shouted "Well then work harder so you can do that already!"

Moondancer said in anger"Don't yell at me! I'm doing the best I can with what I have and what our allies are able to get but I'm not a miracle worker."

Limestone said "Then become one so I can save my family."

Moondancer said "You're not the only pony whose family is very likely in sex slavery you know. And going to war without a proper strategy won't bring back your Rock Farm."

Limestone said "We're already at war with the caribou. They declared it the moment they took over the Crystal Empire and started making it the norm that mares should be subservient whores underneath their feet who deserve to be violated. We could be showing them that we don't stand for that if Queen Novo wasn't such a coward."

Moondancer said "She's not a coward; she's just looking out for her own kingdom. Can you imagine what would happen if she launched an attack prematurely? Chances are they would be in the same place as all of Equestria is with every female hippogriff paying the price. We're lucky she's even letting us stay here, Limestone; you should be more grateful."

Limestone said "I'll be grateful when I get my home and my family back." She then left and slammed the door.

Moondancer said "She's so stubborn. But I understand how she feels. War, or in some instances re-war, is inevitable with the Caribou if we want to take back Equestria from there. Just saving sex slaves and stealing supplies is not enough. We could just find a new land like our ancestors did in the old days but that won't stop the caribou from coming after us."

Limestone continues to walk away from Moondancer's home and toward her home, which is made up of entirely rocks. When she arrived there, Lord Sky Beak

Limestone asked "What do you want?"

Sky Beak said "To talk to you about something. About fighting the caribou."

Limestone said "I'm listening."

(Four days later)

In Seaquestria, specifically the castle ballroom, Party Favor, Vapor Trail, and Princess Skystar are setting up for a party for all the mares that have been scarred by the brutality of caribou rule. Ocean Flow figured that they needed some cheering up, or rather a reminder of what things used to be like for them Equestira (albeit they will be partying underwater).

Skystar asked while hanging up seashells tied up together with seaweed"Party Favor, are these in the right place?"

Party Favor said "That's perfect Skystar."

Vapor Trail asked "Where should I place these balloon animals?"

Party Favor responded "Over there is good. Everything is almost ready; all we need now is the food."

Vapor Trail said "I think Ocean Flow said that she and her family are taking care of it. I wonder what's keeping them."

Party Favor asked "Skystar, do you know where you family might be?"

Skystar said "I don't know. I know I saw Aunt Ocean Flow and Uncle Sky Beak going to the coral reefs a few hours ago but that's it."

At the entrance to the ballroom, Skystar's cousins, Terramar and Silverstream, are walking in with some of the food.

Skystar said as she hugged her cousins "Silverstream. Terramar. What took you two so long and where's Aunt Ocean Flow?"

Terramar said "She'll be along."

Silverstream said "She and dad are taking care of a few things."

Vapor Trail said noticing sad looks on their faces"Like what? Is something wrong? "

Skystar asked "What happened?"

On the surface at the edge of a cliff an hour later, Big Mac and Sugar Belle are looking at the sunset together with Sugar Belle laying on Big Mac's shoulder.

Sugar Belle said "The sunset looks lovely today."

Big Mac said "It sure does, but not as lovely as you do."

Sugar Belle giggled "Oh you."

Big Mac said "I love that giggle of yours." He then kissed her on the cheek.

Apple Bloom ran toward them from behind and said "Big Mac. Sorry to bother you and Sugar Belle during your alone time but Moondancer would like to have a word with the two of you about something. She says it's can't wait."

Big Mac said "Alright Apple Bloom."

The three of them headed to Moondancer's house to see her. When they arrived, they found not only was Moondancer there but also Queen Novo and Lady Ocean Flow.

Big Mac said "Queen Novo, it's a pleasure to see you again so soon."

Sugar Belle asked "What seems to be the problem Moondancer?"

Moondancer said "There's been a theft in Seaquestria. Sort of."

Big Mac asked "A theft? What was stolen?"

Queen Novo said "A portion of the magic pearl, specifically four-tenths of it. I wanted to see if you all knew anything about it."

Big Mac said "What? Why would we know anything about it?"

Queen Novo said "Because Limestone Pie, an ally of yours, stole it with the help of Sky Beak and some of my hippogriff soldiers including General Seaspray. I want you to look me in the eye and tell me you had no idea about this."

Big Mac said "I had no idea about it. I've known that Limestone has wanted to fight against the caribou directly rather than indirectly but I didn't think she resort to stealing the pearl. But I do take full responsibility for her actions."

Queen Novo said "How exactly are you going to do that? Normally, stealing the pearl or anything from the kingdom results in banishment or execution. This could also apply to everyone here."

Ocean Flow said "Sister that's not fair! Sky Beak and the others did this themselves with Limestone. You can't punish them for what they did. If you plan to then know your going to have to punish me too."

Big Mac said "I'll bring the pieces of the pearl back. If I do that will you promise to allow ponies that are living here to continue to stay."

Queen Novo said "What about my subjects?"

Ocean Flow said "I'll take that responsibility on my shoulders."

Queen Novo said trying to interject "Ocean Flow."

Ocean Flow said "No, Novo. I let Sky Beak and the others take the pearl to fight against the caribou. "

Queen Novo stated "Very well. You and Big Mac will be responsible for bringing back the pearl and my subjects. If you bring them back, I will consider a lighter punishment. However, if you fail to bring them back then I will banish everypony living in Safe Haven. You have two and a half weeks starting tomorrow."

The next day Big Mac is about to leave the house with his family and Sugar Belle seeing him off.

Apple Bloom said hugging Big Mac tightly "I don't want you to go."

Big Mac said "I know. I don't want to go either but I have too."

Apple Bloom said "What Queen Novo is doing isn't fair. You shouldn't have to be punished for something Limestone and her subjects did."

Big Mac said "I know it's not fair but it is what it is and if I don't do something we'll be on the run again; specifically, we won't be in a safe place. I need you to be safe; I made a promise to make sure of that."

Apple Bloom said "You better come back. I don't want to lose you like I lost Applejack and Granny Smith."

Big Mac said "I'll come back."

Grand Pear said giving him a hug too"Be careful, grandson."

Big Mac and Sugar Belle headed for the beach to meet up with Moondancer, Party Favor, and Ocean Flow; Vapor Trail is there too.

Party Favor asked "So, where are we opening a portal for them too?"

Ocean Flow said "Klugtown is our best chance to start looking for them. One of Sky Beak's friends knows someone there who may have information about the caribou that will help them."

Big Mac said "Most likely, they're going to be heading to Rockville, Limestone's home, but we hope to intercept them before that."

Moondancer said while holding two pink and silver medals "That sounds like the best option. But before you two go, you should take these. These are special medals that you both of you need to wear while your out there; they change your appearance to look like somepony else other than yourselves. They also double as a beacon for us to find you after you find them and give me a signal to open a portal for all of you at your current location once you press the special button on the back of the medal." She turns to Ocean Flow and says "Lady Ocean Flow, I made sure your medal changes your appearance to that of a male to protect yourself against any caribou you happen to run into on your journey."

Ocean Flow said"I understand. Thank you Moondancer." She turns to Vapor Trail and says "Thank you for volunteering to watch Silverstream and Terramar for me.

Vapor Trail said "I'll be sure to take care of them."

Sugar Belle said "I'll watch over Apple Bloom and Grand Pear for you while your away."

Big Mac said "Thank you Sugar Belle. When this is all over, I'll fulfill our promise to you sooner than we originally planned."

Sugar Belle said "Big Mac you don't have to do that."

Big Mac said "I want to. For us. Especially if we're too late and this leads to a war."

Sugar Belle said 'Ok."

Big Mac and Sugar Belle kiss each other passionately one last time before he has to leave. As they are kissing, Sugar Belle lets out a tear in her eye at the thought of Big Mac leaving like this without her but he wipes away the tears and breaks off the kiss to kiss her on the forehead.

Moondancer, Party Favor, and Sugar Belle combine their magic to open a portal to Klugtown and Big Mac Ocean Flow go through it to start their quest to find and bring back Limestone, Sky Beak, and the rest of the hippogriff rouges.
