The ISA have destoryed Helghan by glassing the planet killing almost all of those who were left down there. But just in time the Sixth Helghast Army Group where able to take a Helghast Cruiser and leave before the planet was destroyed.

Having no were to go they decide to try and find a new "Helghan" only to be stucked into a black hole shooting them out into a new world, A diffrent world. Could this be the new Helghan what they were looking for? A what will happen when they meet the local "Population"

Not only that it seems that Colonel Mael Radec, Commander of Helghast forces has also arrived at the same strange planet, after shooting himself he finds himself laying on the ground in everfree forest with no Idea on what to do.
