"I'm gonna catch you!" a child like voice was heard from a distance away.

I quickly hid myself in the lush bush thickets I found after I ran out of her sight, this forest was full of em so she probably wouldn't find me even if she tried.

But, even then I would breathe quietly and stay still to avoid detection because even if you think you're on top of the world, someones gonna try to push you down.. at least that's what those cool guys on the television say.

"Where are you?" came a voice a little too close for comfort, it seemed as if she was still in my vicinity. Her voice sounded sad, as if she was already missing me even though we've only been ten minutes apart.

I felt the strange urge to comfort her but since I hated losing, it seemed that such a thing was beyond my power.

She had started to retort to checking the bushes leaping around in her orange sweater, and then a sudden wave of paranoia kicked in to my general direction. My breathing and started getting louder and I became more and more antsy and unable to sit still in the painful position I was in.

I briefly thought of running, my eyes were shut and my incessant shaking had also started shaking the bush I was in.. I then heard a crackle of what I thought were leaves right in front of me.

I opened my eyes as fast as I possibly could but was too late, as I only managed to make out an orange blur before it slammed into me with the force of a seven year girl..

Which wasn't much to most, but unfortunately I was of the same age and was hurled backwards a half meter, luckily I didn't meet the ground with much pain as the leaves of last fall had successfully dampened my obviously deadly fall.

"I win! and you lose. Another score for the awesome me!" The girls words sounded arrogant yet the tone behind them was filled with relief, probably at finding me if I guessed correctly, the smile filled with joy maybe some what contributed to this fact.

"Yes I get it.. Now are you going to get off of me or what?" I hated losing but that smile made me feel happy too.

"Heh heh, nope!" her tone took a cheeky turn as she reached out and hugged me.

"eek!" A slightly.. just slightly unmanly squeak had left my mouth, but it wasn't my fault she had just entered my personal space, my pride and joy.. how dare she, I must now launch my missiles "Then you leave me no choice, Girl" After saying my one liner I launched out my hands and ran my fingers down her side.

"Heh ha ha HA STAHP HA HA PLEASE!" by now she had fallen sideways and off of my stomach, of course I didn't stop there, I found personal amusement in her agony as I repeatedly tortured her sides.

After some time passed I too fell sideways, tired from tickling the girls sides and warnings of 'About too pee her pants' I then too started laughing, Fun wouldn't last forever so I may as well enjoy it now.

"Hah- I was kinda- hah scared you left me alone.." came the voice of a still panting girl.

I, Leave her alone? in the middle of the woods, that sounded some what cruel. I was hoping that in the time we had been together she had grown too trust that I was not one to abandon friends.

She must of seen the expression I was making as she started frantically started waving her hands around and babbling "I know you wouldn't do something- or anything like that because you're my bestest friend, but I'm happy you're still here!".

It sounded naive and sappy but her cheerful smile melted my slight feelings of betrayal away.

Then it was silent and was starting to get dark, we had somehow spent hours talking to each other under the trees, I pushed myself up to a sitting position but noticed the lack of movement my friend was making, I turned over to get a good look at her before telling her it's time to go but she wasn't moving.

Her eyes and expression were oddly blank and she only seemed to be staring forward, had she somehow fallen asleep with her eyes open? I moved in to shake her awake but then.. she spoke.

"Do you believe in Fairy tales" her voice sounded lackluster compared to her usual voice as if it weren't really her.. something was wrong she never said that before if I remembered correctly.

"Is something.. wrong?" I said warily, my instincts yelled at me to get the fuck out and run as far as I could but I can't just leave my friend behind.. can I?.

It was silent for a moment before she her head twitched and- 'Crack' I looked on in horror as the sound echoed throughout the rather empty forest, my 'Friends' head was snapped in a ninety degree angle, bone poked through th surface of her neck skin while blood poured out in a long stream.

And all throughout this.. she was smiling, it wasn't exactly her usual smile seeing as her insane grin was threatening to rip open her face.

I let out a silent scream as I scrambled backwards in an attempt to get away from what used to be my friend.

But I was too late she started crawling on all fours looking like a mad beast in doing so.

she reached me in seconds and all I could do was watch as she pushed be down and wrapped her now eerily long fingers around my neck all the while muttering the same words over and over and over again..

"Do you believe in Fairy tales" it's dark and pinprick pupil ed eyes were raking over my form as if trying to find something.

Whatever this thing was it was not my friend, it wore it's clothes and skin but failed and actually being a human, I didn't know what happened to my friend but I hope she was safe.

I was undoubtedly scared, my air flow was cut off and all I could do was stare at this thing while I was slowly going to die.

And then it said, opening it's mouth letting me see the sharp and battered teeth and smelling it's decaying breath as if it had just eaten something.. "dO yOubElieVe iN fAIrY TalEs" it's grotesque maw opening even further to inhuman levels.

I could only close my eyes and hope something would save me, as I could not scream or shout for help as it came closer to my face as if it were about to take a bite.

"CRACK" yet another cracking sound occurred this time accompanied by a blow of wind that blew past my face, I also heard a terrible screeching noise a couple meters away.

After what seemed like hours I slowly opened my eyes and saw the strangest sight before me..

It was a dark blue quadruple looking thing with wings, a horn and wavy glowy hair standing over me, protectively? anyway it was facing the creature that now seemed to be trying to pull itself out of a tree screeching rather loudly.

"Art thee alright small monkey?" The thing with a weirdly human looking face said to me, I already felt rather insulted by this thing but remained quiet and slowly nodded my head, "We art overcome by joy at this REVELATION!" she said happily.

Oh my ears are bleeding and why is the thing speaking shakesperian?

Anyway I was already too weirded out to even care about such matters and instead turned to the beast that was once a friend, it had freed itself and let out a large screech in rage before starting to run in our general direction before being once again flung back like a ragdoll into the tree.

"Doth not worry young ape, for I PRINCESS LUNA SHALT DEFEAT THIS KNAVE!" She said once again shouting eccentrically.

First of all stop shouting, second of all why did you change my species? didn't you just say I was a monkey just a moment ago, third of all you must be kind of vain to name yourself a princess and put a gay sounding nickname behind it.

Then 'Princess Luna' ran after the creature in a great hurry, in the meantime I should try finding my friend.

It had been a while since I began walking through the rather large forest, my thoughts were still on what had just transpired. the distant, explosions, shouting and screeching were starting to fade away.

Why did everything feel so wrong? where did my friend go, when had she disappeared and what the fuck was that creature, everywhere I looked I felt nostalgia and things repeating, and why was I so calm?.

Almost like things here were a drea- I caught a glimpse of orange behind a big pine tree and quietly walked up to it.. well as quietly as one could when stepping one crunchy leaves.

I had finally found her, I abandoned my caution.. because there couldn't be more of those creatures right?

When I was a mere foot away from her I heard.. muttering "y u bl ve i n Fa y tales" no.. no no no- there couldn't be more of these creatures, where is my friend?! and why do these monsters look like her.

I took a step back preparing to run back to the 'Princess' and then I would "Snap" unfortunately I stepped on a branch and it's loud sound vibrated through out the perimeter.

The worse news was that it was now looking at me it's face hadn't changed yet so that was nice, but I probably should get the fuck out of here.

My legs seemed to also agree as I was now running for my life, I took a look back and grimaced and began running even faster, it's face took on the same horrifying face as the last one it's neck collapsed yet again at the same inhuman angle.

It was fast.. way too fast even when it was running on all fours it was faster than me, I had at least a twenty meter distance and even then it was rapidly closing in.

I need to do something now, it's getting too close.. maybe I should kill i- the sounds of rapid explosions were right ahead, hopefully the Princess won't mind if I brought another one.

"Begone Creature!" Luna shouted as she used another banishing spell on the disgusting looking Tantabus, it had been a millennium since she had a fight with something that wasn't Nightmare moon.

She hadn't been able to enter any dreams on the moon and this one was definitely a first.. and maybe a last. even if it was not a dream of a pony she would do her best to defend all of the critters of Equestria.. it would soon be hers after all, she shook her head from those thoughts.

Argh! this was starting to drain her, she was no where near her full power and the creature was a little too resilient.

The creature growled at her smugly as if sensing that she was getting tired and started closing in on her. But she refused to let someone suffer a nightmare she was the guardian of dreams after all, even if she hadn't been one for a millennium!.

The creature circled her as if she were prey.. she refused to be one.

Luna dug her hooves into the ground and breathed deeply before closing her eyes, the creature would probably think she was surrendering and attack recklessly to her front side.

She sensed the creature halt to a stop before letting out an ear piercing screech and jump to her front side.. 'Just as planned' Luna grinned "You've fell into our trap card creature!".

Luna gracefully flipped backwards into a hoof stand and curled her hind hoofs inward tensing them as much as possible before enhancing them multiple times along with her fore legs.

The monster was a mere hoof away and didn't know what the fuck just pierced through it when Luna bucked as hard as she could.

The forces of Alicorn strength, spells along a perfect technique made it so the creature didn't stand a chance when Luna lifted her self off the ground doing a small hoof jump leap before she let her tensed up legs break the sound barrier as she hit the creature so hard it upper half ripped off flying off a couple yards.

The creature didn't make a sound as it still looked on in confusion until it was too far off in the distance too see.

Luna tired face broke out into a victorious smile "HUZZAH!" she had finally defeated the creature, the little monkey was safe!, she ignored the copious amounts of blood and guts that covered her form, she was forgetting something-

Wait where was the monkey?

"Duck!" she heard as she instinctively ducked and saw two form jump over her, "Now save m-" it was the little monkey hurray!.. with another monster, her smile went slack as she saw yet another Tantabus.

"Now, save m-" I flinched as I was cut of as the creature raked its longs nails along my face, ARGhh i'm dying the pain! i'm- i'm fine? it didn't hurt I reached up and touched my face and felt nothing, no blood and no wound...

The creature was looking in my direction sheepishly and then tried looking scary again?

"What the fuck is going on?" I said feeling very confuzzled. what the fuck just happened it sliced me right?! I felt something was wrong it just didn't feel right, these creature's did this all.. to scare me.

"Step back small monkey I shalt square thine nightmare for thee!" The supposed Princess yelled loudly, yet her tired face showed it all.

Nightmare.. this was a nightmare, a dream all along! and these things entered my mind without my consent.. what a disturbing revelation.

I didn't want these things in my mind, disgusting Disgusting DISGUSTING! "Get out of my head" I said quietly yet at the same time it was so sharp it made the Princess and mockery of my friend flinch.

"But we must rid of thee of thine nightmare.." looking visibly sad and oddly adorable even with the blood and guts she had on her fur.

But I could care less right now, some things had just entered my mind and I couldn't do anything about it "OUT!"I shouted as loud as I could.

"[Gamers Mind] Activated!"

A bunch of crack formed around me as the scenery started breaking into shards.

"No please waiteth we wast just trying to h-" her words were cut off as everything broke and we fell down into the void.

I gasped out, my back lurched upwards into sitting position.

I looked down and sighed.. still a horse thing unfortunately, and even when i'm a gamer I still have nightmares.. what a pain, shit like thi- 'Ping!'

I've finally finished implementing all future ideas and the intertwining between this and it's soon to be brother story.

-Average Unicorn rank intelligence is around D+, sometimes magically gifted children already start out with C+ rank intelligence but most unicorns have rather low wisdom, so their magic doesn't really recover that quickly, ponies in general don't have much wisdom.
Unicorns are extraordinarily intelligent but lack wisdom.

-Average Earth ponies have C rank vitality and D++ rank strength and have the highest wisdom stat out of all ponies which is D- vitality. strength can move up parameters when they have family blood line traits.

-Pegasus possess an average of D- to C+ dexterity especially on wings, some of them have perks or traits, bloodlines that can increase dexterity. they are also first with charisma and usually have C rank.

compared to them Abraxus is extremely weak even too children, also levels in the hundreds is quite normal in this world!
