I’ve survived, thanks to my ‘Auto HP Recovery’ my wounds have healed.” He looked at his body as he felt all better. “I gotta be careful from now on. That Earth Dragon thinks I’m dead by its dragon’s blast and I have to be avoid it since its lurking about somewhere.” Skills looked at his map and see some pins on the screen.

“What are these pins for?” He found a help button, pressed it and it showed a microphone icon. “What are the pins for?” The words of what I said appeared and showed an explanation.

‘Pins are used to mark a monster. Only work if monster is in the same area.’

“Fuck. I have to be unlucky if I bump into that fucking dragon again.” He still has his location marked his map and crawled out to where the arrow is pointing to the direction for his freedom. “I need to evolve again. The only way for that is to kill any enemy I find within my abilities.” Skills lifted himself and crawled around as he searched for food.

Skills crawled around as he noticed some was very off about “Huh… I thought some monsters would hear me, but they didn’t even notice me nor hear me? I wonder… Appraisal.”

It must be fucking dead!”) Skills moved further ahead as he created his web net. “I’m trying something new.” Skills waited as those lizards came closer and threw his net over them and capture them. The lizards were struggling to escape but Skills pointed his front leg as them “Thunderbolt!” A magic circle appeared as a bolt of electricity blasted from it and electrocuted the lizards as their bodies were releasing smoke and burnt from the electricity. “Whoa… electrocution. I didn’t think I be an executioner.”

“Motherfucker… and now ‘Taboo LV3 has been become ‘Taboo LV4’. Just show me now.” Mocked Skills as he waited for the screen in his head, but nothing came. “Huh?” Skills stood in place

10 minutes later

“Nothing!” Skills shook his head as he was finish eating those lizards “I guess an executioner isn’t Taboo. For once, a good thing.” Skills said as he collected the bones “When I’m out of this place, I’m asking if the monsters’ bones are worth something or use to make armor and weapons, so I can have some cash to make myself a home. (Plus, a trip to a brothel if they have one because I refuse to die a virgin. Thou).” Skills crawled as traveling to see some monsters fighting a monster. Skills see a group of Zanma Hornets were fighting a praying mantis “Is that a mantis? Appraisal.”

“Fuck…” One of the Zanma Hornets charged at the mantis, but the mantis slashed it in a clean sweep. (Whoa!) The mantis made mince meat out of the rest as Skills see it had 4 pairs scythes. “SHITBALLS.” Skills quickly covered his mouth (“Even with my magic, I’m dead in an instant. I need a miracle.”) Skills looked up to see a clear ceiling as something came down in a quick of a blink and attack it. “Holy… shit.” Skill was seeing a different version of himself.

Greater Tarantula LV20

“So… that’s what I could have or might have been.” The Greater Arachnid was eating the mantis with ease as Skill sneaked away without being discovered. Skills looked back “So, my siblings are evolving after I left. That spider managed to kill the mantis with its bare fangs; no webs, no poison fang, just brute strength. I’d better be careful. They have no morals and, in this place, will let them kill me in an instant.” Skills crawled into a hole in the wall. (“I need to get stronger. I need be silent as air.”) Skills created a rock wall with his earth magic but left some small holes for air and made a meditative position.

Time Passed

Skills was on his back and sleeping peacefully as a monstrous roar woke him up. “HUH?!” Skills looked around and yawned “Uh…” His eyes widen “Oh DAMN IT!!! I fell asleep!” Skills stood up and cracked his back as he felt less stress. “Let’s see if that nap did anything If I could do something about it.” Skills looked at small holes as a centipede was crawling around. “Food.”

Skills burst through the wall and used his wind magic to slice the centipede in half. “Sweet.” Skills ate the centipede as he tasted the paralyze meat “I guess eating them centipedes made it possible for me to resist the paralyzing effect.” Skills looked at the floor and wall “Appraisal.”

Skills put out the fire and used his wind magic to slice a leg. “This is wrong on so many levels. Eating a fish with arms and legs, scientists would bonkers to have this thing alive.” Skill took a bite out it and paused… “Tastes like salmon… not a strong taste to my buds.” Skills continued to eat the fish as it took a time for him to eat the fish.

*BURP* Skills was rubbing his belly as he was growing in pain “Oh… *BURP* Overeating is permanent my flaw.” Skills looked at what’s left of the fish he ate was its skull. “I guess the only skull was the only thing that fish had.”
