Fragile Hearted Betrayal

SonicBoom flew as fast as his wings would carry him, desperate to get away. He thought maybe he could go to his cave in the Everfree Forest, but even then he could not be calm, everywhere he went he could not push dreamer out of his mind, she was always there. he began to lose trust in all ponies the more he thought of it. He went to the center of the forest to see if maybe it would help, and it did, for he ment a golden furred pegasus, whom offered to care for him until the mental destruction was healed. SonicBoom seemed to lose himself in her blue eyes. "Oh I am sorry, Here you are helping me, and you don't even know my name." SonicBoom said. "Oh, I know, you told me, you told me why your sad, your friend broke a promise." She said. "Bu-but how?" SonicBoom sputtered out "On the way here, you let it flow out." she answered. "Oh by the way I'm Fluttershy." she continued. "You are like a snake, venomous, but fragile.". "Heyyy Fluttershy who are you talki-" said a cyan pegasus as she flew in "Oh hey Rainbow Dash this is my friend -" Fluttershy said before she was inturrupted "SonicBoom, Fluttershy, do you know what this pony did? he almost killed another pony, that is horrible I mean maybe he had the right to be ma-" "He has already told me everything, what he did, why he did, and I am here to help" Fluttershy interrupted Rainbow Dash this time. "I will admit, I have done wrong things, we all have, nopony is perfect" SonicBoom flew up, asserting his place "Sco would agree with that and you know it. And if you knew me like he or Fluttershy do, you would too." he continued as he flew back down and ruffled his wings.

Dreamer wept for hours before Sco burst into her room saying "Rainbow Dash found him, he is in the everfree forest at one of her friend's place, but" Dreamer had already gotten up at "Found" and bolted for the door. "She never lets me finish"
Sco murmured. Sco was going to tell her not to go to see him, for a certain reason.

SonicBoom's muzzle burst into red when Fluttershy leaned up close to him and kissed him, He had not been expecting this, well eventually he thought it might come to this. He leaned into her in an embrace, then the door flew open with a yell of "Soni!". SonicBoom looked at the door and saw Dreamer's facial expression go from a wide smile to a deep frown, all in under a second. "W-why?" was all she said before dropping a few roses. SonicBoom watched in an agonizing slow as the tears and the roses fell. Sco came up a minute too late and saw the roses and wet puddle on the ground. SonicBoom was leaned over, muzzle buried in his hooves. Fluttershy was not present, she had left or went to bed. Sco flew over to the couch and sat next to SonicBoom. "I messed it up, didn't I?" was all SonicBoom said. "Depends on your perspective. I feel it is equal that she was with that colt for a few weeks, without telling you, and still with him." Sco replied. "Well my perspective is that a screwed up" SonicBoom said when he pound his hoof onto the table. "But yet again," he said lifting his head up, smirk on his face, emerald eyes glinting. "She is probably going to that colt as we speak." He continued. "He is most likely to "Comfort" her, and you can guess what I mean by that" He kept on saying. "Dreamer? No, well maybe. She has done more stupid things than that." Sco said. "just cut to the chase". "I need you to be a messenger, tell Dreamer that any chance of forgiveness is dead." SonicBoom said. Okay and a shrug was all that Sco said before he flew off. SonicBoom retreated to the bedroom that Fluttershy had given him.

The night had begun to grow colder, and snow started to fall. It is freezing in here SonicBoom thought. a light rapping on his doorway separated him from his thoughts."Who is it?" SonicBoom said, as if he didn't already know. Fluutershy entered his room and sat at the edge of his bed. "I know it is cold in here, so I brought you some blankets." She said, her warm gesture made SonicBoom look into her eyes, which for being an icy blue, made SonicBoom warm. "Listen, I don't need these, you do, I have gone to Whitepeak moutain, and this is nothing, but you can stay here, I usually get lonely." SonicBoom said as he pointed towards the couch in the room. His gesture made Fluttershy blush as she went and made herself comfy. "So you actually went to Whitepeak mountain?" She asked, trying to start a conversation. "Yes, But I went on a foolish reason, a dare." SonicBoom said. "What was it like?" Fluttershy asked, head resting on her hooves. SonicBoom happily told her the entire story, and she clung on every single word. He began to tell other stories as well "And there is the cloak that I got from the merchant" he said while poining to the white cloak that he had worn the night of the Gala, there was still a blood stain on it. For half the night they shared stories, until Fluttershy asked "It is getting colder by the second, would it be possible if I could go to the bed?". SonicBoom knew that this was an advance when she said "getting colder by the second". A million thoughts bounced in his head until one made itself clear :yes. "I guess" he said as he moved over, making room for the pegasus. She blushed as she flew from the couch to the bed, carrying the blankets. "You know as well as I do, that if the other ponies were to find out about this-" SonicBoom said before he was cut off by Fluttershy "It won't matter" she said before she blew out the candle.
