No actual clop in this chapter, had to move the story along. Writing this actually made me kind of sad which crushed any attempts at sexual content. I always feel bad when I'm mean to Spike.

Twilight Sparkle

A little over one year ago, King Sombra was escaped from whatever limbo he’d been trapped in after his previous defeat. With a small group of magically corrupted stallions, the king stormed the Crystal Empire and the castle that sat at its heart. Within 5 minutes, he had defeated the prince and princess of the empire and claimed the throne as his own. The story differs depending on who tells it. Someponies say that Sombra had been blessed with immortality, and that the guards couldn’t even break his skin, much less kill or injure him. Other ponies say that the King lost all of his corrupted henchmen during the raid, but their sacrifices granted the king his opportunity to defeat the rulers of the empire. How the king won is unknown, but what is known is the horrible things he did to the prince, Twilight Sparkle’s brother, after his victory.

The king dragged the stallion out, kicking and screaming, and claimed his virgin asshole in front of the entire empire. Prince Shining Armor’s former subjects watched on in horror as the mad king Sombra raped him for an entire hour. By the end of it, Shining Armor was a sobbing mess who openly begged for mercy from the new king. Sombra didn’t stop after he was satisfied, he didn’t stop after the prince finally orgasmed, the king didn’t even stop when several ponies rushed the stag armed with improvised weapons. Sombra continued raping the poor unicorn, picking up and throwing the occasional citizen with his magic, until the former prince finally screamed at the top of his lungs that Sombra was the new king of the crystal empire. That was when the king finally pulled out of his toy’s thoroughly used hole and stood over him victoriously.

After learning what the king had done to her brother, Twilight Sparkle the alicorn princess of friendship grabbed her 5 friends and the dragon whom she thought of as a son, and rushed to the Crystal Empire. Twilight had no plan and refused to work on one on the way to the empire. She was driven solely by a white hot rage within her. Ultimately, that uncontrolled hatred was her downfall.

In no time she lied on the cold crystal floor of the castle, beaten and bloodied just like her friends beside her. As the king approached her with a sadistic look in his piercing eyes, Twilight has a brief moment of clarity. In that moment she cast a spell to teleport everypony within reach, which happened to be Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie, to a random location as far from the Crystal Empire as her magic could reach. This took the last bit of her strength, and she passed out on the ground with her eyes locked on Applejack.

Twilight woke up in that small cell completely alone after her defeat. King Sombra never even visited to gloat about his victory. She was left in that cell with black crystals in her horn that blocked her magic, completely unaware if Applejack or Spike or any of her friends were okay. The unicorn was only cared for when she was asleep. When Twilight woke up there would usually be a doggy dish full of disgusting dog food, another one full of dirty water, and a bucket for her to do her business into. Sometimes there would also be another bucket full of soapy water for Twilight to clean herself with, but that was only sometimes. Sometimes Twilight tried to stay up and find out who was bringing her these things, but when Twilight stayed awake her things never came. The alicorn stayed awake for 3 days straight once and didn’t get anything from her anonymous caregiver.

Originally Twilight had nothing to entertain herself with. No books, no writing materials, not so much as a harmonica to play the blues with. Those were the hardest days. But later on, presumably as the King’s control expanded, she would receive reading material. It was always propaganda, but with nothing else to read Twilight had no choice. If the majority of the information in these magazines and books were to be believed, Sombra had conquered not only the Crystal Empire, but every pony controlled country in the world. Even Princess Celestia and Princess Luna were no match for the king’s power.

Twilight read much about the king’s greatly exaggerated conquests, and about the stallions he was “training” as the articles put it. They described stallions following the military forces that visited their town back to the crystal empire, where they pledged loyalty to King Sombra and were taught how to be “a good stallion in the eyes of our mighty king.” Twilight was quite relieved when she spotted Spike in this article. He was posing fully nude on the ground, licking a pair of shiny silver boots. Most of his body was out of frame, but Twilight could tell by the color of the fur that the pony wearing the boots was King Sombra. As small text box hovered above Spike’s head with the quote “As the only person alive to have ever fought King Sombra, take it from me that he’s changed for the better. Being trained by the mighty king himself was one of the best experiences in my life! - Spike the Dragon.”

Twilight didn’t like what Spike was no doubt being forced to do in the picture, but it was the only evidence she had that her adopted son was still alive, so she kept it.

A little over a year after Sombra’s initial takeover, Twilight Sparkle was in bed staring at the picture of her best friend and son licking the hooves of the very same pony who put her here, when she suddenly heard the sound of heavy hoofsteps outside of her door.

The alicorn sat up in her bed, staring at the large steel door at the end of the empty hallway. It had been so long since she even spoke with another pony. What if they were here to save her? What if they were a new prisoner? At least then Twilight would have a friend.

The sound of a large deadbolt being unlocked echoed off the long hallway, and ever so slowly the door creaked open. There in the doorway stood a sight that was simultaneously awful and wonderful. Her dragon son and her brother both stood there, with the evil King Sombra between them, standing at least 3 hands taller than the two. Her family members both had thick leather collars around their necks, with leashes connected to them that led back into Sombra’s big strong hands. Spike seemed oblivious to Twilight’s presence. He was pressed up against Sombra’s large figure, rubbing circles around the fully nude stallion’s left nipple. Shining Armor however was solely focused on his sister. His baby blue eyes cut through the silhouette cast on him by the light almost as much as the king beside him. Sombra’s eyes narrowed and focused in on the purple mare at the opposite end of the hall, who was currently covering her face from the harsh light just outside of her little room.

“There she is my pets. Twilight Sparkle, princess of friendship.” Sombra said in his deep, gravelly voice. It was the first voice other than her own that Twilight had heard in over a year, and it was not a pleasant one. The second voice was much better though, as her brother shouted out and tried to run over to her.

“Twilight!” Shining Armor yelled. He attempted to run towards his sister, but Sombra’s vice-like grip on his short leash kept the stallion within arms reach of his king. Shining used all his strength to fight against the king to little effect. The king’s arm didn’t budge as Shining pulled against him.

The alicorn had gotten up from her bed and was making her own meager attempts to get closer to her brother. Her body was pressed up against the cell bars as she watched Shining pitifully attempt to fight the stallion who was far stronger than him.

With a grin the king took a step towards Twilight’s cell while Shining was pulling him, which caught the unicorn off guard and caused him to fall on his hands and knees. Shining quickly recollected himself though, and rather than standing up simply tried to pull the king from his position on the ground. He was like a dog that kept trying to run ahead of its owner. The king followed him with a look of simple amusement on his face, and Spike walked beside him in lockstep while slowly wrapping his tale around his king’s waist.

“Hello Princess. Long time, no see.” Sombra said in a mocking tone when he stood only a few feet away from Twilight’s cell. Shining was still on the ground, now just close enough to his sister to reach out and grab her hand. Twilight felt her brother’s hand, cold from touching the stone floor of the dungeon, and fought to hold back her tears. This was her first pony contact in so long, and regardless of the circumstances it felt good.

“Sh-sh-shining. I missed you...so much…” The princess slowly squeaked out. Her throat felt odd due to a lack of use and the sound of her own voice surprised the princess. She had forgotten what she sounded like.

“I didn’t know you were here Twily. I’m so sorry, I would’ve come sooner. I really would have.” Shining Armor did not fight his tears. He openly bawled in front of his sister, pressing her soft hand up to his face.

Twilight enjoyed the sight of her beloved brother for a moment before shifting her gaze up. She expected to see Spike, the dragon she had come to consider her son, standing there as patient as ever waiting for his turn to say “Hello” to Twilight. Instead she found him planting kisses on the muscley arms of the very stallion who imprisoned her, and him, and Shining.

“Wh-what did you do to him, Sombra?” Twilight asked in an icey tone.

“Why, I trained him Twilight. That is what an intelligent pony does when a powerful creature falls right into their hands. They train it until it’s an obedient little pet. Just like a dog. Isn’t that right, slave?” Sombra asked while he pat Spike on his head a few times, bending the flimsy scales that jutted out from atop his head which shot back up as soon as the king pulled his hand back.

“Yes master. Spike pet.” Spike said dreamily.

“Master? Wh-what are you saying Spike? T-take that collar off him you monster! He’s not a pet! He’s an int-intelligent creature!” Every word Twilight said to Sombra dripped with hatred for the horrible pony.

Shining Armor tried to jump into the conversation by telling his sister “No” but Sombra was already chuckling to himself and reached a hand behind Spike’s neck. “Take the collar off? Well, if you say so, princess.”

In a swift motion Sombra pulled the collar off of Spike’s neck. He held it in his hand, dangling before the dragon’s very eyes, before tossing the thick leather through the bars of Twilight’s cage. The brass buckle of the collar hit the stone wall of her cell with a loud thud before it landed in her bed softly.

Spike’s eyes were wide as the dragon went into panic mode. He involuntarily dropped to his knees and reached out for his collar. The dragon pressed his face against the bar and stuck a hand through, desperately reaching for the collar that lie so far out of reach.

“Please...Spike want… Spike need… collar... Spike’s collar… Twilight please… Spike want collar…” The dragon was muttering mindlessly, wholly consumed with trying to grab his collar. His draconic strength was enough for him to bend the steel bars ever so slightly, but without a running start there was no way Spike would be able to get through them and grab the piece of leather he so desperately wanted.

Shining Armor was surrounded in a green smoke that kept his mouth shut and dragged him away from his sister. The unicorn was quickly replaced by King Sombra himself, who stood mere inches away from Twilight Sparkle, towering over her and the scrawny dragon beside him.

“Are you just going to make him suffer, Twilight? He’s being such a bad boy right now, not wearing his collar.”

Tears welled up in Spike’s eyes as he redoubled his pointless efforts to grab the collar off his friend’s bed.

“No… not bad… Spike good… Good boy, master… Spike not bad…”

Twilight watched the dragon she considered a son cry on the ground because he couldn’t reach a collar, the symbol of his oppression. It broke the mare’s heart. Slowly, she got to her feet and grabbed the collar off her bed. It was still warm. She crouched down in front of Spike, looking one more time into his emerald green eyes. He was staring at the collar in her hands, solely concerned with grabbing it.

“Oh Spike. I promise I’ll find a way to fix you.” She said as she handed the collar off to the dragon. Spike snatched it out of her hands and in a frenzy tightened it around his neck. When it was in place, nearly tight enough to cut off his oxygen supply, the dragon looked up at his glorious king searching for approval.

“Good boy.” It was only two words but it brought Spike unimaginable pleasure. The dragon collapsed in a heap on the ground, allowing the soft tingling that his master’s praise brought wash over him.

“Why are you torturing me, S-Sombra. Why are you torturing everyone?” Twilight asked.

“Torture? No, no, no. Torture is being torn apart by crystal magic and having to reassemble yourself over a period of 10 years. Torture is building the strongest Empire in the world only to watch it become soft and weak over the generation. Torture is being trapped in limbo, and then a smoke form, and then limbo again and being completely unable to orgasm for hundreds of years! You, your dragon, and your brother killed me! And I spared your lives. I have even gone as far as to give the dragon a life of luxury at my feet. I have been kind to my slaves, far kinder than I ever have been before.”

As Sombra ranted his imposing force made Twilight scoot back against the wall of her cell in fear. The green smoke around the king’s horn dissipated, his rage consuming all thought.

“But here you are, accusing me of torturing my precious crystal slaves. Of torturing you and my favorite pet? Perhaps I should! Perhaps I will fetch one of the daggers your brother wanted to stab me with and -”

Shining Armor reached out and grabbed King Sombra’s shoulder. He applied pressure with his thumbs rubbing them into his shoulder blades, massaging the large stallion in a pressure point he had been trained to locate by Sombra’s very own brainwashing system.

The king tensed up for a moment. Almost spinning around to grab the pony who had dared to place their hands on him by their neck and snap it. But as soon as he felt a pair of strong thumbs digging into the tense muscles on his back he relaxed.

“My king, you must calm down before you do something rash.” Shining Armor said calmly to the mighty stallion who was quickly learning to lean into the unicorn’s strong hands.

Shining looked over at his confused and terrified sister who was quivering on the ground.

“I’m sorry Twilight, but King Sombra won. Arguing with him is just playing with fire.”

“Mmm yes, listen to your brother, girl.” Sombra said.

“But...but I can’t let you, or Spike, or anypony live like this! He’s a madpony Shining!” Twilight shouted at her brother, once again moving to press her body against the cell bars.

“I know he is Twilight, but none of us can beat him so it’s pointless to even try. Besides, it’s not so bad. You haven’t even seen what life outside of here is like, there are still some things to enjoy.” Shining lied to both himself and his sister. Or at least he wanted it to be a lie. The unicorn still wanted to live his old life, when he was attracted to mares and had a beautiful wife that he loved. But Shining couldn’t deny how much he enjoyed the wild sex fueled life that Sombra had created. Sure, most of his enjoyment was the result of brainwashing, but that didn’t make what he felt any less real. Whether Shining enjoyed something because he genuinely liked it or because his brain was reprogrammed to make him like it didn’t change the fact that he did like it.

“I-I don’t want to be in here anymore Shining.” Twilight said running down her cheeks.

“I don’t want you to be in there either. I will -”

“You will do everything I say.” Sombra interrupted Shining. He pushed the smaller unicorn off of him and stretched. “Thank you for the massage my pet. You will most definitely be giving me more in the future. Now, I didn’t really care for you before Shining. You always seemed,” The king moved in close, looking down at Shining Armor like the buff unicorn was little more than a tiny ant. “Weak. But to my knowledge you’re the only pony to plan and almost pull of a coup against me in quite a while. I can respect that. It takes bravery. I want a brave stallion.” Sombra pushed his face against Shining’s staring deeply into the white pony’s blue eyes. “I want you Shining Armor. And now I have a very easy way of making sure you don’t try to kill me again. I’ll release Twilight. Not right now, but perhaps soon if you’re good. I must make some preparations for her. You will serve me just like Spike,” The dragon, who had been sitting obediently to the side this whole time perked up. It sounded like he would be getting a new friend. “when you are not undergoing training.”

“Y-you’ll let me go? Just like that?” Twilight asked with great suspicion.

“I am hardly letting you go. I am merely moving you from a secluded cell where nopony can hear you scream, to a larger cell where you’ll have other ponies to converse with and do whatever it is you mares do with each other.”

“And, I just have to act as your servant when I’m not being brainwashed?” Shining asked.

“Yes. Rather than spending time in that filthy courtyard, you’ll be in my throneroom.”

Shining Armor looked over at his sister. She was filthy, her mane was a mess, her coat was unkept and her fetlocks hadn’t been shorned in month. Aside from her poor physical well being there was also her mental health that Shining had to worry about. This was no place for his sister, and the unicorn would make any deal Sombra offered if it meant moving her somewhere nicer.

“Fine, Sombra. You have a deal.” Shining Armor extended a hand which Sombra did not shake. The larger stallion gazed down at Shining with a disappointed look on his face.

“If you going to be a pet, you had better start addressing me properly. I am your master, slave!”

Shining Armor gulped and dropped his hand to the floor before speaking again. “Y-yes master. I accept your kind offer.” The white unicorn bent over and kissed Sombra’s hooves as he had seen Spike do before. After planting a wet kiss on both hooves he sat back up but kept his head down, refusing to look at either his sister or his new master.

“Perfect. We’re going to have some fun, pet. We’re going to have lots of fun.”
