The town really had gone all out for Hearts and Hooves Day this year. Rows of red and pink heart shaped streamers hung from nearly every window, similarly shaped and colored balloons were tied up at every shop, and the smell of cupcakes emanated throughout Ponyville.
Zelus hummed a happy little tune as he strolled through the decorated town. The disguised changeling had had a long day at his job at the post office, this time of year was always very busy, and now that the sun had begun to slip behind the horizon all he wanted to do was get home and enjoy what was left of the holiday with his marefriend. The taste of love saturating the air making him very excited for what was in store.
For now, though, he played it cool, keeping a calm face on his earthy-brown unicorn disguise. Occasionally he would offer a happy smile to the couples passing by, on their way to partake in the less than kid friendly aspects of Hearts and Hooves Day that occured in a select few bars and watering holes, he was sure. As they would pass, however, Zelus would also discreetly take a quick slurp of the love almost pouring off of the ponies, always ensuring he was just out of sight before sucking down the purplish-pink, hazy manifestation of the emotion into his gullet.
Since he had left the hive, Zelus had learned that there was in fact no real need to forcibly take love from ponies, as had been the standard practice. Shaking his head slightly, the changeling forced the unpleasant thoughts from his mind. Today was not the day to be thinking about such things, today was a day to be with the mare that he loved. He quickened his pace towards home, a goofy grin now adorning his disguise’s face.
“Stellar! I’m home!” Zelus shouted to his marefriend as he closed the front door to his house. He walked into the kitchen, giving the pile of unopened mail building up on the counter a brief glare of disdain before pushing a small amount of magic through his horn, swinging the cabinet open and simultaneously levitating a glass over to the sink. As the glass filled with cool, refreshing water, Zelus could hear the tell tale thumping indicating his marefriend was getting close. He chugged the water down eagerly, his parched throat instantly feeling soothed. As he drank the thumping suddenly stopped, followed by a familiar, feminine voice.
“Hey there, handsome. I was starting to think you’d never make it home.”
Setting the glass on the countertop, Zelus turned to face her, a loving smile plastered to his face. There, in the doorway between the kitchen and the living room, stood Stellar Pulse. Or, more accurately, she damn near filled it.
In a lot of ways, Stellar Pulse was a pretty average pegasus. Though she was a little short, her almond brown coat, light yellow mane and little white freckles weren’t anything out of the ordinary. What did differentiate her, however, was her morbid obesity. Standing in the doorway, her chubby cheeks creased as she smiled at him, showing off her adorable dimples. A collar of lard hung around her neck, combining with her second and third chins to almost completely hide it. After holding the embrace for a few seconds, the mismatched couple separated, Zelus taking an extra step back so as to save Stellar the hassle of trying to fumble her legs around her engorged belly. She looked up at him with twinkling eyes and gave him a mischievous smirk.
“You know, Hun, as much as I like hanging out with “Swift Seal”, I’d much rather be spending time with my dashing love bug right about now,” Stellar teased. A look of surprise washed over Zelus’ face causing the rotund mare to giggle once again. Clearly he’d completely forgotten he still had on his disguise.
“Oh! Right, sorry,” he quickly apologized as he took a few more steps back. Zelus closed his eyes and lifted his head, straightening his posture into a fairly reagle, if a little goofy looking pose. From the tip of his horn, a small green flame flickered to life. The flame spiraled down his horn, growing in intensity as it progressed. Soon, the green fire had covered the changeling’s entire body, swirling as the magic disguise was deactivated. After only a few moments the tornado of flame burst outward and dissipated, a blast of hot air rustling Stellar’s mane and forcing her to close her eyes.
When she opened her them, the brown furred unicorn had been replaced with the creature that she loved more than anything in Equestria. To most ponies, Zelus would probably look like any other changeling, but after all their time together, Stellar had picked up on the little features that ensured she could pick out her changeling from a hive of thousands. Features like the orientation of the holes in his legs, and the patterns in his gossamer wings which were currently tucked away under their shiny, blue, beetle-like casings. She particularly adored how one of his sharp fangs was just a tad bit longer than the other, making his cute smiles look lopsided and goofy.
“Better?” Zelus asked as he stepped back up to his mare.
“Much better,” Stellar cood. Reaching a hoof up, she caressed his cheek, feeling the hard, smooth, and surprisingly warm chitin. Her face was an image of pure happiness as she leaned up and gave him a smooch on the lips, which the changeling was all too happy to reciprocate. Once again separating, Stellar’s eyes drifted down along Zelus’ natural form, until they were stopped in their tracks at something she most certainly did not expect.
“Oh, wow,” she said quietly, taking a couple heavy steps towards his abdomen.
No longer hidden underneath his disguise, what appeared to be Zelus’ stomach bulged obscenely underneath him. “Heh, almost. Although, I don’t plan on holding on to this for long,” Zelus replied, forgetting his embarrassment and giving her a seductive look.
“Oh?” she questioned facetiously, once again flashing a mischievous smile, “then where’s it gonna go?”
Zelus gave a throaty chuckle at the big mare’s antics. She knew exactly where it was going, and he was ready to facilitate the process. “Well, I guess there’s really only one way to find out, isn’t there?”
As soon as the changeling finished speaking, Stellar had closed the distance between them in a flash, catching Zelus off guard and almost knocking him over as her fluffy chest slammed into his. She leaned her head up towards his, eyes half lidded, as she looked wantingly at his lips. “Then let’s find out, shall we?”
Zelus’ solid blue eyes widened slightly at Stellar’s eagerness. He was somewhat surprised by the lack of any foreplay, although that wasn’t to say he was disappointed. “Here? Wouldn’t you rather get to the bedroom first?” he asked.
“No,” she said flatly, a primal need dripping from her voice. “I want it now. I need it now.”
Mentally shrugging, Zelus prepared himself for what was about to occur. “Alright, babe, we’ll do it now. By the way, what are you at?”
“I weighed 462 this morning,” Stellar said, smiling proudly. “I can only imagine how that’ll change today.”
“I think you’ll be very happy with the results,” Zelus replied.
“Alright, now get with the thing!” Stellar said excitedly, closing her eyes and puckering her lips, making it abundantly clear that she was done waiting. Zelus was only too happy to oblige.

After reaching up and giving him a quick smooch, Stellar began to inspect the final results of their session. Her neck was now completely gone, a thick collar of fat connecting her head directly to her bloated barrel. And what a barrel it was! “Wow, that’s more than double what I was before!” Stellar said excitedly, a broad grin forming across her muzzle.
“You think that’s impressive, just wait till Hearth’s Warming,” Zelus replied.
Stellar giggled cutely at this. “I can’t wait, I’m gonna be such a fatass.”
