A New Position At Canterlot High
Walking through the halls of Canterlot High school was an attractive girl who most would assume was a new student, but she was actually the newest faculty member. Terra blushed a little at the remark, nodding. “Well, when my instructor mentioned the rise in trouble-making, she thought it’d be a great place for me. I’d like to get started immediately, if that’s alright with you?” She asked.
“Of course. Your office is just three doors down and to the right.”
Terra nodded and respectfully nodded as she left the office and headed to the designated room. She opened the door, revealing a nicely sized room with a mahogany desk, several bookshelves, and a blank wall. A bag was set up on the desk, which Terra immediately opened. “Okay...” She said to herself as she nodded. “Let’s get to work.”
A half-hour later, she had her desk organized and looked around the room. The empty wall now had a plaque that read “Discipline is an integral part of anyone’s life” and a sign that said “worst offenders” nearby. In a nearby corner was a wooden stool and nothing was in the adjacent corner. As Terra looked around, she nodded to herself and took out a small paddle from her bag. It was a firm ashwood paddle with a few holes drilled into it.
A few hours passed and a knock was heard at the door. Terra took a breath before calling out, “Come in.”
In came Fluttershy, who nervously stepped in, closing the door behind her. As she looked at Terra, she let out a soft eep in slight intimidation. She didn’t yet know what exactly Terra’s job was, but the nervousness was building up inside of her. “U-Uhm, Miss Terra, r-right? Terra looked it over and nodded a bit. “So, Fluttershy, this says this is the third time this month you were late to class. I assume you have a good reason?” She asked, looking over at the girl with patience.
“Well, uhm, the animals I take care of are always so lonely, so I try to make them feel better when I leave...” Fluttershy said quietly, fidgeting as she looked at her feet.
“I see. But that’s not a reason to be late for class that much.” Terra began to scold as she stood up and sat in a chair in front of the desk. “So, I’m going to see if you can’t learn that. Come here, please.”
Fluttershy gulped as she walked over to Terra, biting her lip softly. “Wh-What are you going to do?” She asked as she stood in front of her.

Scootaloo sat outside Terra’s office with a pout on her face. She had a few bumps and bruises after getting into a fight with Diamond Tiara. Scootaloo saw Sweetie Belle off and headed up to her room of the small apartment that Rainbow Dash lived in and adopted her into. She sat down on her bed and looked around her room. Rainbow Dash sighed and sat down beside her, taking a moment to think. “What were you thinking?” She asked, the question causing Scoots to flinch.
“I-I just couldn’t take what she said anymore. I just kind of snapped.” Scootaloo muttered, looking down at the floor as she spoke.
“I can understand that, but it’s not cool to just pick a fight. Especially if it’s someone who can’t take it.” Dash said with a slight wink, making her younger charge laugh quietly. “But I still have to punish you. It’s my duty as your big sister, isn’t it?”
Scootaloo nodded with a sniffle. “S-So, how long am I grounded for?” She asked, looking up at Dash again.
Rainbow sighed and shook her head. “It’s not that easy, squirt. You’re getting a spanking.” She said, to which Scootaloo bolted up.
