He was thinking about the Pharaoh and his friends. The blonde girl notices that He's deep in thought and asks "Whatcha thinking about sugarcube?" Yugi answers with "I'll tell you later." The next day, the girls were sitting at their table and talking when all of a sudden, Pinkie spots Yugi. She runs up to him, and pulls him to the table, to where the others are. The blonde girl asks "what were you thinking about, when we found you yesterday?" He realizes that they were never acquainted. He says "I just realized we weren't properly introduced." The Yellow and red girl nodded then she said "I'm Sorry, my name is Sunset Shimmer, and these are my friends: Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy." Yugi started to walk around the school, when he was busted by a teacher. He looks at a much older girl who as purple and pink hair and green eyes. She asks "Do you have a schedule." He replies with "No, but..." she cuts him off with "are you new here?" before he answers, she cuts him off again by saying "follow me, and I'll get you a schedule and show you around." Yugi nods his head in approval. He follows the older girl to some office where a much older lady awaits. She looks at him and says "I'm principal Celestia, how can I help you?" A few mins later (like 30 or 45 mins.) Principal Celestia walks into a classroom with a short kid saying "Everyone, this is our newest student. All of you make sure he feels right at home." Then the kids started to glow,and then they all disappear. The cloaked figure then teleports to some floating island. Where a lot of kids gather, and the cloaked figure thinks about an important part of their past. (In the past... When the cloaked figure was a kid, her master said these words as he died. Yugi looks at his deck and thinks about his final duel with the Pharaoh. He looks at Dark Magician and says " you've gotten me out of more trouble than I can count." Yugi then hears a voice say "it's pretty." yugi than says "sorry I didn't see you come up." The girl says it's a pretty box." Yugi says "I keep my cards in it, not all of them, only the extra special ones." Then the girl says "don't you mean cards extra special to you, and extra special to the Pharaoh." Yugi says "how did you..." The girl then says "I know yugi, I know about the Pharaoh because of my Master Shin, Shadi Shin. I came to you because I trust you with this, you must save my sister, Bonnie. Sunset puts her hand on it, she misses her teacher. They haven't seen Twilight for a few years. The Princess of Friendship has been busy in Equestria. Something comes out of the portal and ends up in sunset's hands. The other girls gather around to see a little kid who has spiky black hair with purple-red tips and gold bangs. They also notice a gold pyramid around his neck. (Look at cover) A few days later the little kid wakes up. A girl with pink hair and blue eyes askes "who are you? What's that around your neck? Are you from Equestria?" Then they hear a voice say "simmer down sally" They look to see a girl with blonde hair and green eyes. She asks "what's your name?" The little kid says "Yugi Moto." Another girl, this one had red and yellow hair and green eyes askes "what's that around your neck?" Yugi answers with "it's a gift from a friend." The pink girl asks "which friend?" "Is it Twilight?" Then the group hears a raspy voice say "you know Twilight?" Then Yugi thinks about his choice of words and he begins with "you see..." Then the pink girl takes over with "you're from another world, you have ancient magic, you're the 'King of Games', and you're also the vessel of an ancient Pharaoh, who saved the world long ago. The 6 of them were shocked. Then Yugi asks "How did you know all of that???" The older girl says "its nice to see you again, we weren't properly introduced before. My name is Ms. Cheerilee." Yugi says "it's nice to see you too, I'm Yugi, Yugi Moto." After he says that, he looks over to see Rainbow Dash. He thinks (i must have gotten the same class as her) Ms. Cheerilee says "well, Yugi you can take a seat next to Rainbow Dash." As Ms. Cheerilee continued her lesson of the day. Rainbow was eyeing Spitfire, Soarin, and Fleetfoot. She was thinking hard about Fleetfoot. Yugi saw this and he asked "what's up with her?" Rainbow whispered to him saying "I don't know but something's off about her." After school, Yugi and the Girls went out for some pizza. Meanwhile, A Girl in a cloak with a hood covering her face. Had met with a couple of kids. One girl had two gray ponytails. Another girl had purple and white hair, one guy had orange hair, and another guy had green hair. The kids pulled out their camera and started recording. Then they all heard a laugh and saw kids as tall as the cloaked hoodie. They all asked in unison "who are they?"
