You know everybody has a weird grandparent. Don't get me wrong grandparents are awesome. My grandfather is no different.
He was born in 1996 into a millitary family. He loves to talk about his childhood as if it was the best time in his life. He admits doing some embaressing things in his life and doesn't like to talk about it. Sometimes I can her him mumble in his
sleep saying something a sonic rainboom or something like that.
Due to this I reasearched what phenominons were happening from 2009-2016 and I drew up some intresting stuff.
It seems during this time teenagers like my grandfather liked a show called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic which ran from 2010-2016. Its original purpose was to be a girl show but for some reason it had become a favorite amougst teenage boys.
I asked my grandfather about this and he simply sighed. From this I have concluded he was one of these bronies as they called themselves.
Yawn I guess it is time for me to go to bed. Good night journal.

I continued to research stuff but this time on my grandfather. I found out he disapeared for ten years. From 2014-2024 he was off the grid.
Someone doesn't do that.
Again I asked him and he told me I wasn't ready. What does that mean.

I wake up on something hard. Okay this definitly not my bed. I open my eyes and immediately close them. I'm in a forest and I hate forests.
I get up to scan my surroundings. All I see is a forest. Wait why does the forrests look, animated.
I scream.
I don't know why most likely from shock or fear. Now I'm stuck in a animated forest. Wait I have hooves.
I scream again and fall over next to nearby stream. I get up and take a good look at myself. My coat is a light shade of blue while my mane is a darker shade. I also have something painted on my fur. It's a compass pointing north.
I scratch my mane and find my self making poses with my new body."You look good" I hear a manley voice comment. I turn around to see a pony version of my grandfather.
I was at a loss for words before he put his hof up to my mouth to quiet me."Aaron for ten years I was away from earth because I was here. What you're standing in is the Everfree Forest. And yes I'm a brony."
"So you were her for ten years" I asked.
"No, I was her for ten days"
My mouth hung open as he continued.
" Time is different here in Equestria then on earth. Every day that goes by one year goes by on earth. Now close your mouth a bug would fly in"
I pushed my jaw back up and asked,"So where now"
"North to the nearest town and don't worry I know the locals"
He jumped over a log before I asked,"How long has it been since you last came in earth years"
He looked over his shoulder and responded,"Fiftey years".
