A human is mysteriously dragged into the world of Equestria. After being captive inside the Canterlot Castle under the guidance of the two sisters for one year, he experiences an attack of unknown creatures from the Undiscovered West and stands his ground by helping the ponies to defeat the enemy.

Without the knowledge of getting back to Earth, he starts his journey throughout Equestria as one of the princesses councillors and leads Equestria into an epoch of great discoveries while befriending a very talented pony called Starlight Glimmer.
