With General Shepard dead and Soap wounded. Price, Nikolai, and Soap were then transported to another world they don't recognized and to work with the Mane Six to go against a powerful enemy in Equestria.

Soap got severely injured and Price, Nikolai, and Soap need to get away from his remaining men but was transported to Equestria with colorful, magical, talking ponies. But the war on Earth still continues but they can't find a way back to Earth but they have a new enemy in Equestria and have to team up with the Mane Six to go against them.
