Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash awoke to an unknown place along with two strange beings, at which they call themselves 'humans'. A mystery is set in place as this is a place that is constantly changing but it all looks like an abandoned hospital. Something throughout their presence is not right, not pony-like and not human-like, but an ever growing dark presence. They'll have to find a way out of this so-called hospital but when a doctor shows it's true intentions, will they have the chance to escape or become their lab rats in a deadly experiment of collecting and preserving 'interesting' individuals.
