into a new world
Michael woke to find himself in a field of grass in the glow of the morning sun. As he sat up he smiled feeling the warm sun and dew drops on his face basking in the worlds heavenly feel. He then stood up and began walking in search of a landmark or sign to point him in the direction he needed to go. after walking a few miles he found a small wooden sign pointing in three different directions the way he was coming from being the Whitetail Woods, to his left was a road called E-81 and to his right was Ponyville. chuckling to himself at the obvious he went to the right and kept walking for a few hours as Ponies started to walk out of their homes or open their windows. He noted that the ponies had human features like clothes, hands and arms, and stood on two legs, but their back legs were pony in shape and they had pony heads and tails. Needless to say he was gawked at for a brief while but ponies soon ignored him possibly thinking he was a trick of the new day light. As he kept walking somepony accidentally ran into him and looked up saying,
"Sorry mister, I didn't see-" the pony began before looking up at him in awe. the filly, as he soon realized she was one, was an orange Pegasus with a violet mane and tail, violet eyes and wore a pair of cut up jeans and a white tank top. she had a bandage on the bridge of her nose as well as one covering her left cheek but other than those and a few cuts and bruises she seemed fine.
"Hello." Michael said and smiled.
"Um...Hi.." the filly said as she blushed.
"I'm Michael, whats your name?" He asked even though he already knew.
"I'm Scootaloo...what..what exactly are you? I've never seen a Pony like you before." Scootaloo said shaking the nervousness from her voice.
"It's nice to meet you Scootaloo. As for what I am I'm a human." Michael explained.
"A human? yeah right they went extinct ages ago! you can't be a Human. c'mon it's a mask right?" she said laughing a bit.
"nope not a mask see?" Michael said and pulled his cheek to show her he was real.
"Whoa! Cool!! I've got to show you to my friends Applebloom and Sweetie Belle!" Scootaloo said excited.
"Hold on Scootaloo I just arrived here, how about I meet you and your friends at the Castle after I talk to Princess Twilight OK?"
"Oh sure! you probably have some Royal mission from your leader or something anyway right? I'll grab my friends and meet you there! Bye!" Scootaloo said running off soon after.
"Bye!" Michael called out chuckling and waving to her before he went further into town and towards the Castle. He had to ask a few ponies for directions to the castle as the roads seemed to wind and bend all over town and fortunately a few were kind enough to show him the way and after giving his thanks he was soon at the Castle of Friendship's steps looking at the towering structure.
"Well, Here we go." Michael said and walked up the steps and knocked on the door hard. it took at least a few minutes before the door was opened with a groggy,
"Hello?" a Little Dragon asked rubbing the sleep from his eyes.
"Yes I was wondering if Princess Twilight was available for an audience?" Michael asked.
"Oh of course we just finished breakfast. C'mon in." the drake said opening the door farther not even looking at him.
Chapter 1
The Human

Time: 4:45 pm
Location: Earth, United States
In a two story brick house with a separate garage, a young man was just getting home from work, when he walked in the kitchen, he made some Ramen noodles before he ate on the couch and turned on the T.V to his favorite show, My Little Pony friendship is magic. He was a huge fan of the show and anything geek culture such as Star Wars/Trek, Lord of the Rings, Dungeons and Dragons, etc. As the episode ended he soon fell asleep on the couch where in his dream space waited a mysterious figure.
"Hello Michael..." A voice echoed through his dreamscape.
"who's there? who are you?" He asked the void.
"I Am..." The voice said then a bright light appeared before him.
"Father!" Michael said astounded and knelt before his Creator. at this the voice of the light chuckled and gave a warm feeling before saying,
"Rise my child, I have need of you." The Lord said.
"Need of Me? How so?" Michael asked.
"I need you to go to a world not of this universe, a world you and many like you are familiar with. Equestria."
"Equestria?! You want to send me to Equestria?! for what reason?!" Michael said excited.
"You my son are gifted knowledge of the Abstract and Nerdy as well as the Faith. The ponies of Equestria are in need of spiritual guidance and I have selected You to guide them as well as help them with any threats they might encounter."
"Thank you father, but I must ask, when something dangerous arises, what means have I to defend myself?" Michael asked.
"There are a couple things I will give you in order to defend yourself in this world: a coin of power from the show Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the fighting style of both Bruce Lee and abilities of Ryu from Street Fighter." the Lord said and floated down a belt buckle like object and a coin while energy flowed through Michael's body.
"Thank you Father. When will I be sent?"
"Now. Good luck my son. If you ever need me all you need to do is pray" He said and in the show glow of a bright light Michael disappeared from the Earth and into Equestria.
