NOTE: Parts of this chapter will contain the exact same wording from Worlds Collide Pt 12, and Sonic Universe don't expect anything intresting (Unless you haven't read the Comics) for half of the Chapter and the End of the Chapter.

Skull Egg Zone, Age: Unknown

Recap:

Sonic and MegaMan have been battleing both Eggman and Dr. Willy for a pretty long time, but are both captured by the doctors, but then both the Blue Blur and the Blue Bomber gain control of the Chaos Emeralds to become Super Sonic and Super MegaMan.

After Light was rescued by Shadow and joined the allied heroes, Sonic and Mega Man boarded the Wily Egg to confront Eggman and Wily. The evil doctors, their friendship shattered by Eggman's attempt to end Dr. Light, dispatched the Mega Man Killers to impede their progress. Following a swift battle, the Killers were destroyed, but Tails was injured and forced to retreat with Rush. Fighting their way up through various obstacles, the heroes encountered the Chaos Devil, a monstrous creation of the villainous doctors.

Their battle with the creature came to a halt with the arrival of Duo, a powerful ally from Mega Man's universe, who sent the heroes ahead while staying behind to handle the creature. Mega Man and Sonic continued, but faced a final obstacle: Metal Sonic, Bass, and Treble, who tag-teamed the two heroes viciously. After a grueling battle, the two succeeded in defeating them, only to be captured by the Egg-Wily Machine X. Held captive by Eggman and Wily, the heroes then learned the full scope of the doctors' plan: to completely rewrite all of reality using the Genesis Reactor, a device powered by all seven Chaos Emeralds.

The Main Story:

"S-Super Forms... They're BOTH in Super Forms" Eggmans moustash frowned as he see's Sonic and Megman turn Super.

"That's NOT fair!" Dr. Willy screamed in dissapointment.

"Fire everything! Launch it all!" Eggman smashed the fireing Button as it relases a ton of tiny Eggman explosives.

After a lot of battling, and literally overal destroying a ton of missles and bombs, both the heroes plan the "Sonic Shot" which is literally Sonic coming out of Mega Man's brust cannon.

"Oh, Don't you dare!" Eggman pointed to the both super forms as Megaman starts to charage the shot, and Dr. Willy goes all out panic mode.

"Ahhh! Abandon Ship! Eject! EJECT!" The doctor yells at the window as the Shot as been fired.

FWA-BOOM!

Sonic, has just destroyed the Egg-Wily Machine X, but not the two doctors as they are on the remain parts of the structure, oh and yes Willy gave up.

"So...So what do we do about That? It looks like the Super Genesis Wave is finished, and we're... we're too late..." Megaman said to Sonic as both see that reality is in pieces.

"Nothing a little Chaos Control can't fix." Sonic replys as he has a plan.

"Chaos Control?"

"It's a technique for controlling the Chaos Energy. The same stuff the Docs used to make their wave-thingie, the same juice we used to transform, is what we're going to channel and will things back to normal." said Sonic in a long explaination.

"That's it? It's that easy?" Mega Man said in a confused voice to Sonic.

"Well, no. You've got to be totally focused on it, or things can mess up, so focus. Build the energy..."

"RRRRGH! no-no-NO! They'e going to use Chaos Control to undo everything the Genesis Wave just accomplished!" Eggman said in a angrly voice as he looks at Sonic and Mega Man.

"Then.. That's it...we lost. We cossed dimensions, rewrote realities, altered time and space and...and...that's it. All for nothing." Dr. Willy said as he gave looking at the void of so called space. "I wonder if i'll remember any of this once Mega Man resets it all?"

"It's not ending like this!" said Eggman as he quickly gets the broken Egg-Willy Machine X working again.

"Ivo, it's over. I know it's a challenge for you, butshow a little grace and dignity." Dr. Willy said to Eggman as he still gives up hope. Suddenly the Machine moves quickly bounceing Dr. Willys pod farther away. "IVO!

"I WON'T LOSE LIKE THIS!" Eggman yelled as the Machine is diretly heading straight for Sonic.

"I...I can feel it! The energy, it has purpose.... Everything is going to be all right!" Mega Man said happily as he has hope again.

"Tol'ja. Now don't lose focus. Aim the energy at your reality and--" Sonic then stops and yells as Eggman hits him and both are heading straight to the crack reality of Mobuis.

"SONIC!" Mega Man screamed loseing focus.

"I'll handle my Universe! You take care of yours! Don't worry about me! Take the Shot!" Sonic yelled loseing focus as well.

"But...! Thank you, Sonic. Thank You, and good luck. CHAOS CONTROL!" Mega Man then shoots the blaster to his cracked reality. "It's working! Doctor Light, Roll.. We're coming Home!"

"HRRRGH! Eggman! Cut it out, ya nut! Your're...Mess...Me...Up!" Sonic said as he trys to focus on the shot

"If i can't have the Universe my way, then you won't have it at all!" Eggman shouted at Sonic.

"Aww, man...it's this or nothing..." Sonic said quickly then shouted. "CHAOS CONTROL!"

"No you don't FIRE!" Eggman said as he's too late to stop Sonic.

KRAKA-BAM

"That... That doesn't look right..." Eggman stops and widen his eyes as he looks at the cracked shot.

"Oh, for the love of...Eggman, what did you do?!"

FLASH

"WHAT DID YOU--?!"

Archie Sonic's world and Universe has fliped out and it's in pretty bad shape if anyone sets foot on Mobius. All of Sonic's friends, including the Evil Doctor Eggman, the Freedom Fighters, and Gun also have accidentally got caught in the Super Genesis Wave, except Blaze, Amy, Cream, Bean, and Bark. The five experience a different event untill something else shiny happen.

Equestria, Age Unknown, Somewhere in the Everfree

Twilight and some of her friends Spike, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie are out for a small trip out in the Everfree forest, mostly looking for one of Twilight's lost books, which she accidentlly dropped while fighting some monsters the other day.

"Girls, keep looking," Twilight said to the both her friends. "This book is at least some important to me."

Just as Twilight said it, Pinkie Pie is already looking around quickly and energetic.

"Is it really Really important? Or really important to keep friendship together?" Pinkie Pie said to Twilight but also is looking at the bushes quickly.

"I could say, less than Friendship, but important as i have the notes for next months big event at Canterlot." said Twilight as she trys to not to panic. "It's just in one month, nothing to worry about! Calm down......"

Twilight is speaking to herself as she may fear that she won't remember her words to say to Princess Celestia, Luna, and Cadence.

"Don't stress your self out Twilight, we'll find it, hopefully" Fluttershy comforts Twilight. "Maybe Spike has the notes, right Spike?

"......."

"Spike?"

After a few seconds of silence, Spike comes out of a bush not that serious as he holds the missing book Twlight had trouble finding.

"Is this the one, it was acutally in the pile of almost dead leaves just off the path, oh by the way, i found this metalic switch a few feet away." said Spike as he holds the rather odd remote.

"Oh, thanks Spike!" Twilight said happily. "Huh, never saw this kind of remote before......it says Genesis Wave."

"Genesis Wave?" Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Spike said instantly.

"Uh huh" Twilight responded. "It's not like it's dangerous because it's a small remote, but maybe it leaves to treasure."

"Press it Twi" said Spike as he urges her to press the remote.

"Allright then" Twilight presses the remote but finds out a large flash is spreading around the 4.

FLASH

"TWILIGHT!" Spike screamed as everything is going white

"E-EVERYPONY RU-"

Twilight didn't finished her sentence as the Genesis Wave covers only a small area and not a big one like Archie Sonic's World. The remote drops the ground as the four dissapear. The back of the remote reveals a smilely Eggman simbol, which means Archie Eggman is behind the whole plan of taking control of different universes. It can only mean that the next Pony that touches the remote will disapear as well.

Blaze's World, Age Unknown, Ocean

A few days after the events of Eggman's and Dr. Willys defeat, Amy, Cream, Cheese, Bean, and Bark landed in Blazes world. They encounterd the rebuild Metal Sonic which Shadow destroyed, called Captain Metal. The Wily-Egg landed in the Ocean but the crew of Captain Metal rebuild the Wily-Egg which is now called the Egg O' War, which means total Chaos for Blaze and her friends.

Blasting an escape route for her friends, Burning Blaze attacks the Egg O' War, destroying the Genesis Reactor before flying outside. She then unleashes a massive fire blast, which tears through the flying fortress and sends it plummeting into the sea, where it quickly sinks. Landing on the submarine, Burning Blaze reverts back to normal after receiving her friends' praises.

She then thanks Bark and Bean for their help, and remarks that the Sol Emeralds must have brought them there despite their checkered pasts. Blaze rejoices over her success, but refuses to take Amy's suggestion of a vacation, knowing that there are still threats to her world that she must fight. She then prepares to send the natives of Sonic's world home, with Amy and herself both feeling that things are out of sorts there.

"I'm not sure why, but i have feeling 'Home' is never going to be the same again..." Amy said as she looks to the sky.

"How will we get back?" Cream questions Blaze.

"The Sol Emeralds have brought you here in the darkest hour," Blaze responded. "Now that they are united once more, they have the power to send you home."

"Good luck to you, Blaze!" Amy said as she hugs Blaze along with Cream.

"We'll miss you!" Cream responded as well.

Suddenly before Blaze seends the 5 back to Mobuis, the Genesis Wave starts activating from the Egg O' War as it still had some power on from the ocean.

FLASH

"Do i see SHINY?!" Bean widens his crazy eyes at the direction of the light, but Bark grabs Bean before he could say another word.

"It's happening again, and AND IT'S WORSE!" Blaze changes her tone as the bright flashing light starts taking over the horizen, sky and everwhere around them.

"Wait WHAT?" Amy looks around. "What do you mean WORSE!"

"No time to explain! All of us have to get back to Sonic's World before the Wav-" Blaze was too late as the Genesis Wave covers the huge area around the Ocean world.

Modern Mobuis, Age Unknown

Modern Sonic's Capture, Month 4

"-DONE!" Archie Sonic finally finished his yell as he lands face first on the Green Grass in Lost Valley Zone. "Whoa, hopefully that kid got back to his Universe, ok now time to-"

The Hedgehog looks at the desertly landscape as Green Hill is hardly reconisable. The flowers are still intact, but there's no Animals to be seen, hardly. The city is nearby, but it's in bad shape.

"I don't even recongize that city.......wired. Station Square?" Sonic wonders as he looks at the city in ruins, but then spots his two tail compainion waking up from the Genesis Wave flash. "Tails? HEY TAILS!"

"Ow, my head hurts" Tails still is recovering after getting hurt from the his encounter with Bass in the Wily-Egg. "Huh? Is that sonic? Whoa! It is, HEY SONIC!"

Tails flies over to Sonic but the two looks around to see pramids and sand replaceing water eveywhere.

"Quick question, WHERE ARE WE?!" Sonic looks at Tails in a worried expersion.

"Hmmm, i still somehow remember that the Mega Man kid helped us defeating Eggman and Wily, but i don't know where we are" Tails said as he pulls out his same device he used to translate and talk with the wisps. "It says......Mobuis. But i don't see any recongisable citys, Sorry Sonic, no infortmation from this jammed device."

"We have to find everyone, i'm worried for both Amy and Sally......if Sally got caught from the Genesis Wave" Sonic said confinetly. "I can't believe that darn Eggman messed up my shot. We could have gone back home, but no"

"Let's do it to it! Let's find our friends!" said Tails.

"Right you are! Let's gooo!" Sonic and Tails both speed off into Lost Valley looking for the Freedom Fighters.

4 Months of robot building is going to be a challenge for the both friends. They may encounter the Modern Characters somewhere in Lost Valley, or other Zones, which may or maynot be awkward.
