The quiet, reserved Zecora needs a guide to take her through the Badlands. The only pony willing is the loud, excitable Braeburn. Together they face harsh terrain, dangerous creatures and their own limitations to reach their ultimate goal: a being far deadlier than all those.

Set in Dashverse, but knowledge of it isn't required.
