A New Empire

I had woken up two hours ago, it was around ten thirty AM, me and Celestia where sitting in a meeting room with two more chairs, we were waiting for the king of the Griffin Empire, and the king of the Minotaur Kingdom to show up, the table had some snacks and a six pack of Colta Cola on it, and just in the other room was a firing range for the weapons that we would all be demonstrating.

We didn't have to wait for longer than 15 minutes before the other rulers arrived,two guards each carrying a crate before they bowed to their rulers and walked out of the room. The Griffin King was black with gold eyes and a tuft of yellow fur on the end of his tail, he had on a gold crown with rubies in it, and the Minotaur King was grey with blue eyes and gold colored horns, he had a silver crown with blue gems in it.

"I am glad you two could make it." Celestia sat down, as did everyone else including me.

The Griffin King spoke up. "Well since none of us could attend the last meeting we had to come this time, since there was nothing keeping us to busy."

The Minotaur King nodded in agreement. "Aye, I agree with King Razor Claw, now you wrote to us about a new Empire?"

Princess Celestia nodded. "You are correct King Steel Horns." She pointed to me. "He is the ruler of the Crystal Empire."

"I am King Lorenzo of the Crystal Empire, I've been invited here to show what kind of weapons my Empire has, due to the fact my Empire is not included in the Arms Agreement Treaty I can deny sharing certain weapons, but we can talk about that later after you've seen the weapons in question."

Celestia stood up. "As per normal we will have one guard show the new weapon or weapons in question and demonstrate how they work." She walked to the firing range, the rest of us followed, a griffin guard was holding what looked like a world war one german stick grenade, and a minotaur guard wheeled an 1883 style gatling gun out.

King Razor Claw spoke up first. "What we have invented I call a stick grenade, it is like your TNT but less powerful, and simpler to use, all you do is pull the string on the bottom and throw the grenade." We watched as the griffin guard demonstrated what the king said before throwing the grenade at a wooden target, when it exploded nothing but wood chips was left.

One of Celestia's royal guards walked up holding what looked like a revolving rifle with a bigger chamber and the barrel was short but wide, Celestia spoke up. "What one of my top weapons makers have come up with is a five shot revolving shotgun that fires the standard brass shotgun shells found in all of our kingdoms, it works just like a revolving rifle but with shorter range and mainly for close combat." The guard took aim at a close wooden target before letting out six shots of lead into the target, blasting it off the face of Equis.

King Steel Horns grinned. "What the Minotaur Kingdom has invented what I call a gatling gun, its drum magazine can hold four hundred rounds of .45 ammunition and can fire as fast as you can turn the crank." The minotaur guard saluted and aimed at a larger target, and cranked as quickly as he could, destroying the target before he even got close to three hundred shots.

"Impressive, the plans for all these weapons are here with us and there is a copy for everyone so if you wish to make your own versions of these you are free to, as per the Arms Agreement Treaty, now I believe it is King Lorenzo's turn to show us the weapons his Empire uses." Celestia smiled as she finished speaking.

"Alright, first off I have something close to your gatling gun King Steel, it's called a minigun and fires 5 millimeter bullets, since I have no guards with me I will be shooting the weapons myself." Walking over to the range I pulled a classic mini gun out of my inventory and aimed at a target, this one made of metal and fired, I only stopped once all nine hundred ninety nine rounds were fired and the gun was empty, the metal target was nothing but swiss cheese now.

Turning around I saw all of their jaws dropped before Celestia spoke up. "Continue if you please."

Pulling out a combat shotgun with a drum magazine. "This next weapon is a combat shotgun, it holds thirty two rounds, I don't think I need to shoot this since you know what a shotgun does, this next weapon is my own personal laser rifle." I pulled out the Wazer Wifle, a never ending laser rifle, taking aim at a wooden target I shot twenty times before lowing the rifle, the target was on fire due to the fact it was wood.

"Now those are the weapons I won't be giving you, I will be giving you a Winchester lever action rifle that fires .45 and can hold eight shots." I pulled out Old Reliable, a lever action rifle that comes with the Far Harbor DLC, and shot six of the eight rounds at another target, taking the rest of the bullets out I handed the rifle to Celestia." I don't have plans for the rifle itself so you will have to re make it yourselves."

King Razor Claw spoke up. "Your weapons technology is impressive, how much would it take for you to sell me the 'laser rifle'?" He had sat down and was sipping some Colta Cola.

I shook my head. "None are for sale, sorry." I was not going to be giving technology like that to this world, not yet anyways.

Razor Claw shook his head. "Shame, but since your Empire never signed the Arms Agreement Treaty we can't force you to sell or trade anything, but what kind of armor do your guards use? As our Kingdoms pretty much use the same armor."

"My Empire's crystal guard uses inch thick titanium with ballistic weave under for padding and extra protection, it covers the entire body of the guard." With that there eyed widened and there jaws dropped the second I said titanium.

King Steel cleared his throat. "Where did you get titanium? It is a very rare metal and is hard to find."

"The mountains around the Crystal Empire are full of titanium and other metals and ores, I just had some miners mine out some of a mountain near the Empire."

Celestia smiled and spoke. "Would you be willing to sell some titanium to us? We will pay you well for it."

I shrugged. "Sure, I've got tons of the stuff, also I wanted to sell a soda brand here in Equestria, its called Nuka Cola, would you three like to try some?" I sat back at the table from when the meeting first started.

"Sure." They said in unison, kinda creepy but whatever.

"Okay so there are many flavors of Nuka Cola, there's the regular Nuka Cola, there's Nuka Orange, Nuka Cherry, Nuka Wild, Nuka Dark, and last but not least Nuka Cola Quantum."

Steel horns spoke up. "I'll try Nuka Dark."

Princess Celestia seemed to think for a moment. "I'll try quantum."

"I guess I'll try cherry." Razor said as he yawned.

Handing them there requested flavors they all took a drink, and loved it,long story short I could sell Nuka Cola in all there Kingdoms, I'm gonna stick with Equestria for now though cause I know ponies just LOVE sugar.

Celestia stood up. "Well, this meeting is called to an end, may you all have a safe trip back to your kingdoms." With that said I left and was taken back to the Crystal Empire via pegasus chariot.
