Spike try to look a sight head without looking down at the nude mares in front of him, something which he was failing but was doing better as they show him around Canterlot. This was thanks to Spike quickly learning that while the upside of living in a nudist world is you get see everyone you want to see nude nude, like the many women in Canterlot, the downside is you also get to see everyone you never wanted to see nude nude, like that old guy and his grand-kids which will be hunting Spike dreams for awhile. However this wasn't the only Spike notice, he also notice the amount of stares he was getting which for once he believe didn't have anything to do with him being a magical-blooded.

"This must be the first time any of them have seen pants before! Some of them are at least wearing shirts why can't any of these women wear pants! Wait a minute." Spike thought to himself as he look around himself noticing two things he haven't before, the first being there were a lot of women around but not many guys at all. The second was how the ponies were walking with him, Spike and Night Light was in the middle with Twilight Velvet right beside her husband talking to him about something while Twilight was beside him talking to Pinkie, and the others were surrounding them sometimes trading places as they walk.

"What going on here? Why are they so many women yet so little men?" Spike thought to himself.

"We're here! Get ready for the best donuts in Canterlot!" Bards said with a smile. "Wait till you try his ruby donut, I bet you never had a donut as good as it back on Earth. Wait, you can eat gems right?" Bards said to Spike.

"Yeah well at least when I'm magic up like this anyway. Twilight ran some tests see if I could eat like a dragon which brings up a question about dragons I have." Spike said

"Oh, what is it?" ask Barbs

"Well ,and please don't take this the wrong way, when doing tests Twilight had me drink an old baby formula of yours." Spike said

"You mean the one we made out of gem dust?" Ask Velvet.

"Yes I wanted to try something small at first and I figure that artificial dragoness' milk was a good start." Twilight explain,

"Right and that brings me to my question, Twilight already explain to me that dragons aren't really reptiles so I just assume that meant that lady dragons had the...parts to make milk but well you don't seem to have them so where does the milk come from?" Spike ask hoping he didn't offend her.

"What? But I do-oh!"Barbs said as she look down at her chest."Yeah I can see the confusion, dragoness' boobs are deflatable and our nipples are retractable when we aren't nursing or using for hum fun." Barbs explains getting a but red in the face.

"It is shame that you don't so off your beautiful breasts and lovely kitten more often Barby, they are a sigh to see." Rarity said while giving a quick squeeze to behind causing her to out a squeak.

"Enough talk lets get those donuts." Rainbow Dash said as she enter the building followed by the others including Spike

"I guess that means her kitten is also retractable, shame they ponies can't do that otherwise in would make this day a lot easier." Spike thought as he enter the building.

As they enter Spike notice a few others in the store, most mare. In fact besides him and Night Light the only other gut was an unicorn working there, probably this Donut Joe they were talking about.

"Spike why don't you and find us a table while we get the donuts and maybe a few coffees." Rarity said to him,

"Yeah you must be tire from carrying all those bags around." Dash added.

"That does sound like a good idea to me." Spike said as he Twilight, and her parents when to sit down at a table near the front while the others when to get the food.

"Hey Twilight how come there was so many women around town today?" Ask Spike,

"What a woman?" Ask Night Light.

"That what a female human is call dad, but it this case I think he mean mares." Twilight said,

"Well yeah, I mean there was a wome-mean mares around but hardly any me-stallions around. In fact that seems to be the case here as well, isn't that odd?" sapd Spike

Twilight's parent look around but clearly didn't see what he was finding odd while Twilight rub the back of her head and blush a bit.

"Spike remember how I told you I forgot to tell you something on the airship only to get to busy with the spell to tell you."Twilight said,

"Yeah I remember but wasn't it the translation spell you were talking about or the nudist thing?" Spike ask,

"No, it was well you see the sex ratio for the races of Gaia isn't the same for humans." Twilight started to explain,

"What do you mean by that?" Spike ask,

"Yeah, how are humans any different from any other race in that area?" Ask Velvet clearly not knowing what Twilight was getting at.

"Well while humans about equal in the male to female ratio the same isn't true for any race on Gaia, especially ponies. In fact females normally out number males five to one in most areas if not more." Twilight Explain,

"Five to one? Than why were there always so many stallions on Earth?" Spike ask having a bit of a hard time with what he was hearing.

"That because most of the stallions you saw on Earth were royal guards, the military of Equestria and indeed most other kingdoms on Gaia have always been mostly control by males. In fact in the past the military was one of the few jobs males could get any position of power and authority in." Twilight explain

"But why if they make up only a small number of the population?" Spike ask as he was still processing this information.

"Well this has always been the case so it is more of a theory than a true answer but it is the one most agree with. As you by looking at my father or Donut Joe other there stallions and in fact most males of other races are normally larger and physically stronger than females." Twilight Explain as Spike took a quick look at them it was true both stallions and now that Spike think of all the stallions he saw were larger than any of the mares he, except the royal sisters that is.

"So because that it is believe that the males became the default warriors for most cultures as well as the default heavy labors. Now this isn't the case for all races, in both the fey and the arachne the females are larger than the males so it is normally the females that make up their military." Twilight explain more.

"Well I guess that part makes sense, wait if there so many more wome-mares than stallions how does that work in terms of dating and relationships? Wouldn't that mean there would be a lot of mares out there with no hope of finding a stallion just because there isn't enough to go around?" Spike ask.

This cause Twilight parents to look very confuse and turn to Twilight who was busy trying ti hide in her seat.

"On Earth your type of relationship is the norm because of how equal in number they are." Twilight told her parents,this cause her parents to go wide eye as if they have just realize a few things that Spike clearly haven't.

"Twilight say that you told Barbs and your friends that-"

"Yes," Twilight say cutting off her mother,

"And you didn't explain to him about-"

"I didn't put it on a list and forgot about." Twilight said cutting off her father.

"Twilight what going on?" Spike ask

"We got the donuts!" Pinkie happily said as she and the others came to the table and started to sit down.

"I'll explain everything later tonight Spike." Twilight said.

For the record we are going with the size difference of visible hoof stallions like Big Mag and Shinning Armor to normal mares like the mane 6. Also the fairy thing is because in the G1 one comics most women fairy characters were human size while the males were rarely that big. The Arachne is because there is a rave of giant spiders in the IDW comics and this is an anthro story.
