Twilight was studying in the Celestia's royal palace as after she had attended talks on how relations between her and Queen Novo were doing. That has now been finished so she was planning on going back home. As she studied Spike came in carrying a workload for Twilight.
"Just set it down Spike I'll carry it myself. Go and talk to Celestia for a bit I'm going to be a while yet." Twilight said. Spike set the stuff down and walked back into the hallway grumbling over the fact that effort that he had to put bringing the books up was for nothing.
Twilight ignored his reaction and just continued to study. The room was very quiet now as most of Celestia's advisors were with her. It was now the afternoon as the talks had gone over the scheduled length. As Twilight flipped through the pages she felt the castle shake. She looked up at the walls.
"What the fuck was that?" Twilight asked herself. She looked up at the ceiling for a few moments and then shook her head due to the weirdness of the moment and then went back to reading her book. As she read for a bit more there was another shake throughout the castle. Twilight stood up and looked around as she feared that the castle was under attack.
Guards who were patrolling the hallways looked up at the ceiling as they were alerted to the sound. Meanwhile Luna was sleeping during this. As she slept the castle shook a bit she groaned and woke up and looked up at the ceiling.
She rolled her eyes as she figured that her sister was probably pranking her she tried to go back to sleep but couldn't as the sound was keeping her awake. She decided to get up and go see what the commotion was.
When she exited her room she saw guards rushing to Celestia's chamber to alert of something. Meanwhile the guards rushed into Celestia's chamber and were about to speak but were shushed by Celestia as she listened to the sound outside and decided to go out there and meet it.
Meanwhile ponies walking to and from shops were looking up at the sky as a huge dark object was making vibrations in the sky. Starlight walked out with Twilight to see what was going on.
"This better not be Rainbow Dash pulling a prank I swear to Celestia." Starlight remarked.
"I don't think she could pull someone like this off Starlight. Whatever that is its not something I've ever seen before. I don't know if it's magic or what." Twilight said as she examined the black box in the sky.
"Me neither. I have no idea what that is but I do think that it's not from our world at least." Starlight said.
"Maybe it's an alien." Lyra said right next to them. Twilight and the others looked at her with weirded out looks. Lyra looked back at them.
"What?" She said. After she said that the box started to open. Celestia landed in front of the ponies. She slowly walked up to it but her guards stopped her.
"I don't think you should go up there your highness." The guard said. Celestia pushed them aside and walked up to it.
"Oh please it's just a gigantic box or something." Celestia remarked. Celestia pushed her guards aside and walked up to it.
"Whoever is in there could you please introduce yourself but if you won't do that then could you please move your box because it's blocking the view of the townsponies!" Celestia informed. The box didn't answer back for a bit.
"Do you think we should evacuate?" A guard asked. Celestia waved him off. A voice spoke from the box.
"Are you Princess Celestia?" It asked.
"Uh.....yeah?" Celestia answered hesitantly. The door to the front opened and a pony walked out of it. Celestia and the ponies examined this pony and were taken back how normal the pony looked as they were expecting something else. The pony walked up to Celestia and stopped.
"Hi there! It's nice to meet you!" Celestia said as she held our her hoof in friendship but the pony didn't take it. Upon closer inspection she saw that the pony was mare.
"Let me make this absolutely simple for you because I don't have time for introductions. My name is Synthia and I've come looking for somepony that I know. Im not from this world so please excuse me for not knowing any of the procedures here. I don't remember her name." Synthia said
"Okay well I'm sure we could help you with that. In the meantime why don't you make yourself at home." Celestia asked.
"Don't bother she might be in the crowd." Synthia said. Celestia looked around as she didn't know who Synthia was asking for.
"If you could help me find her that would be great. My eyes aren't that good. I'll describe her. This pony is meek, has butterflies as her cutie mark and takes care of animals. I forgot her name." She said.
"Oh your talking about Fluttershy. She's Princess Twilight Sparkle's friend! Hold on I will..." Celestia began to say but Fluttershy made her way up to Synthia. Twilight and her friends looked on with confusion.
"Fluttershy it's so nice to see you again. I honestly can't believe your still alive and living in Ponyville." Synthia.
"Yeah sorry about that. You had to leave and everything so..." Fluttershy started to say. Rainbow Dash raised her hoof and interrupted them.
"Hold on for a second weird pony from the sky how do you two know eachother? We've known Fluttershy for years and she has never mentioned you." Rainbow Dash said. Before Synthia could say something Fluttershy spoke.
"I'm so sorry for keeping this from you but I had to...girls...Synthia is my daughter. She has...special abilities....that nopony is allowed to know about. It's a deep secret. I don't know why she is here but I do remember that she had to leave because she doesn't belong anywhere here. She's not a pony." Fluttershy said.
"Wait hold on! Are you telling me that your her mother? Fluttershy what is going on?! Are you telling me you were banging some good horsecock and didn't tell me." Rainbow Dash said.
"Rainbow Dash! You don't ask something like that." Twilight exclaimed
"I just said that she's not a pony but she is my daughter. She had unique abilities so she had to leave due to ponies judging her. I kept her a secret and then when she was old enough she left as she wasn't a pony. She's a hybrid of another creature. I didn't mate with another horse. That's all I'm saying for now. I'm just glad that she's back." Fluttershy remarked. Fluttershy hugged Synthia. Synthia hugged her as well.
Fluttershy's friends were wondering what was going on. Fluttershy never told them about it. Synthia whispered in Fluttershy's ear. Fluttershy whispered back to her and then Synthia spoke sharply about something and Fluttershy apologized. The ponies were so confused at this point that they would take anything for this to be explained to them. Fluttershy looked to her friends.
"Girls I need to say this and your not going to like it. I have...to leave Equestria. I'll come back though." Fluttershy said. Twilight and her friends who were still confused by these developments asked her why.
"Why can't you talk here? Who's her father and why didn't you tell us about her?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah it's not nice to keep your true life a secret from us. When are you coming back? Where are you going?" Rarity said.
"Can I go on the trip with my friends!? Pinkie Pie exclaimed in excitement
"What the hell is going on!?" Applejack said as she was confused.
"Can you like explain stuff to us before you go?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Me and her have some catching up to do and it can't be done here. We will come back. I'll tell you everything then okay. For now I have to go. I'm sorry to leave so abruptly." Fluttershy said. Fluttershy and Synthia boarded the ship and then the ship blasted off and left the planet. The ponies stared in utter confusion.
The ponies immediately started to walk home as they wondered what the hell happened. Twilight and her friends were left there by themselves as even Celestia had enough for one day.
"What the fuck just happened!? What the fuck!?" Twilight exclaimed with anger. It then started to rain. Twilight got even angrier and confused. Her friends left her as they hated getting rained on and Twilight was left there all alone wondering about what happened.
Fluttershy returned to Equestria with Synthia and explained to her friends about how Synthia was her real daughter Her friends understood and promised her that they would accept Synthia with open arms.
Synthia and Fluttershy's friends became great friends with eachother. Synthia moved into a house in Equestria and brought her belongings into her house. The spaceship was parked right by the house so that Synthia could leave for trips whenever she wanted.
Synthia met the other ponies in Ponyville and also flew to every place in Equestria and met each pony living in those places. She also talked to Princess Celestia and befriended her. She then befriended Luna.
As she was there she was taught about the customs in Equestria. She learned manners which she didn't have before and she made friends with the ponies who were living in Equestria.
Celestia revealed that Synthia was Fluttershy's daughter to the nation of Equestria. Ponies all around Equestria were shocked to hear about this. It was going go take time to adjust to this information but they would eventually be able to accept it.
Many ponies began to like Synthia as she got very popular for an unknown reason. She was invited for interviews and photo shoots which she accepted to do as long as she wasn't bothered to much by it all and as long as it wasn't constant.
As Synthia adjusted to her new life she spent a lot of time with Fluttershy to make up for the time she had been away from her. Synthia apologized for leaving but Fluttershy told her that she didn't have to apologize as she had to leave.
Synthia promised to never leave Fluttershy ever again. She made sure that she would always be somewhere where Fluttershy needed her. Fluttershy was relieved that Synthia had come back to Equestria. Fluttershy had missed her terribly but she didn't have to miss her anymore as she was back.
Synthia learned from Celestia about Fluttershy's role as an element of harmony. She became so proud of Fluttershy for saving Equestria countless of times as she could never do what Fluttershy does. She realized how brave Fluttershy was and that made her even prouder.
Synthia had her own house designed for her. Once she had her house designed ponies helped build it for her as she decided that she would just live in Ponyville as she wanted to be where Fluttershy was. Fluttershy understood this and ended up not minding about Synthia living in her town.
It took time for Fluttershy's friends to get used to the fact that Synthia was Fluttershy's daughter and once they did they accepted that fact with open arms. They treated Synthia as they same as their friends. Synthia grew closer to Twilight and her friends.
As Synthia lived in Ponyville she ended up helping Fluttershy and her friends save Equestria numerous of times. She had proven to be very smart and resourceful on missions.
It was due to this this that Synthia became the official seventh member of the mane six as she didn't have to be an element member to join. The mane six first thought that Synthia being a member with the mane six was weird since she was Fluttershy's daughter but they all got over it as they realized how much Synthia and Fluttershy and Fluttershy's friends liked eachother.
Synthia eventually helped Spike admit about his feelings to Rarity. It was thanks to Synthia that Spike started to date Rarity. Spike expressed his gratitude to Synthia for her help and Synthia told him that she was just tryingI'm help. He said that he would do anything for her.
While Synthia lived in Equestria she took trips to space as she had a special place in her heart for space. She even had Fluttershy and all of her friends come along with her to space. They all found out that they lived going to space with Synthia.
Synthia showed Fluttershy and her friends her old home and showed them around. After this they all went back to Equestria. Synthia and Fluttershy and her friends went on many more trips to space.
Eventually Twilight grew fond of Synthia as they had conversations about astronomy and space travel since Synthia was mastered at it and Twilight was interested in those topics. Twilight and Synthia became the bestest friends although Twilight and Synthia made sure to treat all of their friends equally to make sure the others didn't feel left out. Synthia ended up being a very nice friend to Fluttershy's friends. Fluttershy's friends treated her kindly.
Fluttershy and her friends decided to start seeing their own parents and befriended them as well as they hadn't seen them in along time and they felt guilty about that. When they met them all again they told their parents this and their parents told them not to worry as they were not mad and that they understood that they were adults now. They started hanging out just as how Twilight and her friends hung out as well. Fluttershy and her friends started to hang out with Fluttershy's parents as well.
Synthia and Fluttershy and Fluttershy's friends stayed friends for the rest of their lives. Synthia had made the right choice about moving to Equestria as she was never alone ever again. At the end of all this Twilight and her friends learned the value of family and how important it was to be close to their family no matter what. Synthia would keep the new friendship she had with Fluttershy's friends strong. She would never turn her back on them and they promised to never turn their backs on her. They were friends for life now and would die to to protect eachother like how Fluttershy's friends would die to protect Fluttershy.
Celestia made sure that Synthia didn't bring any bad aliens with her to their homeworld and Synthia told her that she didn't and she told her that she shouldn't worry about it. Synthia and Fluttershy and Fluttershy's friends stayed friends for the rest of their lives.
