Bade sat in the Royal Canterlot Physician's office once more as he had so many years ago, awaiting the same results as he had then, waiting for the doctor and his patients to return. Twilight and Amaya had gone with the doctor to the lab, but this time another joined them. It was about three weeks after Bade had spent a fateful afternoon with Moondancer, one of Twilight's old school friends. They'd invited her over for some estrus relief, and now they were finding out if it would relieve the next eleven to twelve months' estruses too, as well as make her a mother.

Twilight and Amaya had been in heat together too, both being bred by him during their heats and having him finish in them every time during that day and the following few as well, making sure they got pregnant, as they so wanted to. Moon had also attended with their permission, though she only accepted oral and toys after her first time, in case she hadn't gotten pregnant. The fact that her heat had ended as well as Twilight's and Amaya's, and didn't return, however, spoke volumes.

After their heats had been quelled, the three herdmates had gone out on a few dates with Moondancer in the past weeks too, getting a feel for if she would fit into their herd. Twilight was already confidant from their past together that she would make a fine wife, but Amaya and Bade wanted to be sure.

The two thestrals soon found themselves warming to the bookish mare the more they courted, Moon becoming much more open in the bedroom and in general too, much more calm and assured of herself. She grew more and more confident each time they got physically intimate, before eventually allowing Bade to mount her once she was certain she was likely pregnant when her estrus didn't come back, and let him cum inside her.

The three mares had recently been experiencing an increased appetite and Twilight and Amaya were having odd cravings, as well as Moon and Amaya getting morning and evening sickness, respectively, and they all knew what that meant.

As he sat there, Bade thought about how much he'd enjoyed the dates and sexual experiences Moon had been a part of, how he felt a certain closeness with her that he could only compare as a cross between his flash-fire romance with Twilight, and the long-term, low-simmer one he'd shared with Amaya. He felt a certain passion towards Moon, but at the same time, also felt like he'd known her for many more years than he actually had.

"Hey, stud, guess what?" Amaya said as she and Twilight stepped from the office, Twilight holding two pregnancy strips in her magic. Moon trailed behind a bit holding her own strip as they all three walked towards him and, if Bade could properly interpret her expression and body language, she was a mix between elated and terrified.

Twilight levitated her and Amaya's results over to Bade, and as he looked down at them, he felt a smile growing upon his face:

Finally, Moon presented her own test, if reluctantly.

"Just like we planned," Twilight added, nuzzling into Bade's cheek, "I can't wait to be a mommy again..."

Moon, however, remained silent.

Soon, Bade, Amaya, Twilight and Moondancer were walking towards Twilight's castle after a long train ride to Ponyville from Canterlot General Hospital, Twilight's castle now being home to all four of them. Since Moondancer had started dating them, she'd been invited to stay there, getting a feel for what it'd be like to live with them should things pan out. What it felt like to be treated like royalty, waited on fore-and-hind-hoof by a dragon servant and guards. The herd certainly made her feel like she was a princess...in the bedroom especially.

As they walked, Bade, Amaya, and Twilight were talking about how much they were looking forward to being or having them be pregnant again, then having more foals to love and care for, speculating on just how many they may have this time and what traits of each of their species Twi's and Moon's may inherit. "Ooo, I wonder if your foal will have tufted ears again, or Moon's. They look so cute on ponies, and Dawn especially!" Amaya said, trotting along happily.

"You're not wrong there, and I kinda hope one of them has bat wings too!" Twilight added, smiling big.

Moon, however, remained silent throughout the train ride and walk. She was still computing what she'd just learned; that she was indeed pregnant with Bade's foal after sharing her first time with him, apparently having been impregnated after just one breeding from the very virile stallion. She couldn't say she was surprised, given just what a breeding that had been; how much he came directly into her womb at the peak of her heat.

Moon wasn't upset about the situation though. After all, she'd asked to have his foal, if it took, after he'd cum in her. She was simply internalizing that she'd be a mother within just under a year. Her hooves played over her still-flat lower belly as they paused to rest, rubbing on it for a moment, pondering how her womb, right underneath where her hoof now was, would soon grow bigger and bigger in the months to come, and all that came with that.

Sensing Moondancer's distant demeanor, Bade looked to Moon, who was sitting a distance away and seemingly in her own world, then to Twilight and Amaya. "So, what about Moon?" he asked simply, nodding towards her.

"Well, looks like you knocked her up too, Bade, just like you knocked both of us up again," Amaya said, giving a soft smirk. "Looks like all that fucking, what was that, three weeks ago, got all three of us mares pregnant with your foals. Damn, what a stuuud~!"

"Amaya..." Twilight hissed, glaring at her sometimes quite brazen and insensitive partner's response.

"Alright, alright, sorry, just excited..." Amaya said, before looking over to Moon too, "...so what do we do now that she's pregnant too?"

"Well," Twilight said, looking to Moon then Amaya, "since she's pregnant, but not in our herd yet, we need to head down to the town hall and file a studding contract for now. That will make the resulting foal or foals her legal responsibility and remove all parental rights and requirements from Bade, who will legally be considered just a stud and sperm donor for her, and documented as the sire for her foal or foals. Though, if we do decide to induct her into our herd later, it'll be nullified and the foal will legally be all of our responsibilities again."

"OK, yeah, that's good and all, but I meant about her," Amaya said, pointing a hoof at the clearly-distant Moon, who was still mindlessly rubbing her lower belly and gazing into the sky. "We should talk to her. Bade, you especially, since you got her pregnant."

"Yeah, you're right," Bade conceded, feeling rather concerned for his newest marefriend, and, he reminded himself, the mare now carrying his foal as well. He walked up to her, but Moon didn't even seem to notice, seemingly lost in her own world. "Hey, Moon?" Bade softly nudged her with his muzzle, making her nearly jump out of her skin and startling him too at the quiet yelp she gave. "Sorry!"

"No, no I'm sorry, not paying attention like that. I need to be more attentive, being pregnant now... for the foal's sake," Moon said after taking a moment to recover from the startle, before sighing, "...so, what did you need?"

"Well, I wanted to make sure you're OK. You've been staring into space and rubbing your lower belly since you found out you were carrying my...I mean your foal and sat down here," Bade said. before placing a hoof on Moon's cheek and cupping it. "I care about you, so please tell me if anything's wrong?"

Moon blushed and looked away, still fairly shy about intimate things even after literally riding him until he came in her, then being eaten out by him and his two wives multiple times in the following weeks, and finally letting him hump her from behind and finish inside again several times after that. It'd taken a lot of trust-building, but she had indeed allowed to mount her properly their second time having vaginal sex, and she'd loved it more than being on top herself. "N-no, I'm fine..." Moon said, hooking her foreleg over Bade's intimately, "...it's just, I mean, I knew the result even before I took the test, I could feel I was pregnant and had all the symptoms, felt the foal moving in there...but...just being told I was for sure...it's kinda hard to accept as being true. I'm pregnant. I'm going to be a mother, and you're the father to my foal."

"Hey, it's nothing to worry about. I promised I'll be here for you and the foal even if things don't work out between us, and I swear to Luna it's the truth. That paperwork we were talking about signing is just for legal purposes. I mean, we're not just anyponies, we're royalty, and we need to keep the press quiet. Could you imagine it getting leaked that you were pregnant by me, a prince, and you're not even in our herd yet, nor was it an agreed-upon studding? Sadly, and rather stupidly, we're held to a different standard than others in that way."

"Yeah, I know, but by talking about something like that form...it feels...like you're distancing yourself from me, from our foal, with you just being my 'stud'," Moon said, her eyes tearing up, "Like I'm j-just some mare for you to f-fuck and breed, then leave alone with the f-foal and go back to your w-wives..."

"Hey, hey..." Bade said, before shaking his head, squeezing her hoof a little tighter, "...you know that's not true. I love you as much as them, Moon..." Bade paused to look to Twilight, getting a nod from her, then to Amaya and getting the same, "...we all do."

"We do Moon, it's true. I'd never leave you alone with a foal, I promise," Twilight said.

"Yeah, same. That's a shitty move, leaving your marefriend alone like that in her time of need," Amaya added.

"We'll all be here for you, I promise, and you'll never be alone."

The words comforted Moon, and now her tears changed to ones of joy as she wrapped Bade tightly in a hug, soon feeling a hoof each from Amaya and Twilight wrap around her in kind. As they held each other in a group hug, Moon felt Twilight's wing wrap around her back, and her tears started anew.

She knew then that everything would be alright.

At the three month ultrasound, they found out that Twilight turned out to be pregnant with twins this time, much to her delight. The nubs of wings starting on one's back suggested either a half-thestral, a thestral, or, much more unlikely, a pegasus, while the nub of a horn on the other's forehead, and lack of wing-nubs, all but confirmed a unicorn.

Amaya was only carrying a single foal, obviously another thestral, to the her minor disappointment at only having one this time.

Moon was pregnant with only a single foal as well to her relief: a unicorn filly. She couldn't imagine being pregnant with twins; one foal was more than she'd originally expected as it was!

The more dates they went on together, the more they enjoyed each others' company, feeling their loving bond with Moon growing ever stronger, especially with Bade and the newest mare carrying his foal. They shared many more passionate nights together too, sensually learning each others bodies, bringing each other to bliss many times and growing ever closer still throughout, or simply feeling the foals growing in the mares' swelling wombs as they cuddled together.

Twilight eventually started to show big, indeed looking like she was carrying twins, while Moon also carried big, looking nearly as large around as Twilight despite only having one foal within her nurturing womb. Amaya looked a normal size for a pregnant mare, and would often say she was jealous of Twilight getting to carry twins.

Moondancer also helped around the castle while staying there, helping with general organization, cleaning, and Twilight's research, with them together making several scientific and magical breakthroughs that neither could have hoped to accomplish alone. That only assured them more and more that it seemed like destiny that they be together.

Moon also helped care for the herd's foals, getting experience for what she soon would need to do for her own foal. Dusk, Dawn, and Nocturne sure seemed to like her a lot, indeed treating her like a third mother even during the first time she'd cared for them.

After many months of dating, a decision was made. Eight months into their pregnancies, at one of their private family dinners in the castle, Bade, Twilight and Amaya surprised Moon with a horn-ring and Twilight asked her to join their herd just like that. Moondancer, obviously, was quite surprised, but accepted happily with tears in her eyes as she hugged her soon-to-be herdmates; a longtime dream come true as she agreed to marry Twilight and her herdmates.

Moondancer was officially added to the herd a few weeks later in as private of a ceremony as could be accomplished, with Twilight's six best friends, mother, father, Spike, and her big brother invited, along with Bade's and Amaya's parents and siblings. Moondancer's mother and father attended, as well as her best friends Twinkleshine, Lemon Drops, and Minuette. It was a humble ceremony, and Moon was glad she didn't have to endure a giant royal wedding.

Once they were married, the rules were laid out for her. Moon was a beta mare like Amaya, and was given the same rights as the rest of them: allowed to have sex with other ponies outside of the herd if she wanted, with the herds' approval of that pony, but was only allowed to get pregnant by Bade. She had no problem with agreeing to that, though she wasn't sure if she'd ever actually act upon it. She loved her herd so much that she didn't think she'd ever need anypony outside it to satisfy her.

After they were married and it was announced publicly, though, the news got out that they were a herd together and all three mares were expecting foals, and Twilight was carrying twins. The entire kingdom was excited and nervous at the prospect of having another princess, as well as four more royal, and three more thestral-hybrid, foals.

Their shared honeymoon night was more blissful than any sex they'd had before, even topping the night they'd all been in heat and impregnated, something about being together forever adding a certain boost to the pleasure they received. Bade knew after his fifth orgasm, this one painting the inside of Twi's pussy, that he'd be needing ice for his crotch the next morning, just like that fated night over four years when they'd conceived their first three foals. He also knew, though, that it was so very worth it.

Three and a half months later after they were made one, all three mares' foals were born within a couple weeks of each other. Twilight delivered hers first, the first twin to be born a light whitish-grey unicorn colt with yellow pony eyes and a dark purple and platinum striped mane and tail, having gotten mostly traits from Twi's mother, but his father's eye color and partial hair colors.

The other twin was born as a full thestral filly, a most rare occurrence among pony-thestral crossbreeding. she had slitted eyes, a deep purple-grey coat, and leathery wings from Bade, but Twilight's eye, mane, and tail colors. They decided to name the colt Velvet Night, in honor of Twilight's mother and father. The thestral filly was named Lunar Eclipse, in honor of the moon-based naming tradition of the thestrals, bestowing upon the filly the honor of being named in memory of the savior of the Thestral tribe, Princess Luna.

Moondancer went into labor next within a couple days of Twilight's foaling, her own foal being a dark-amber unicorn filly with fluffy thestral ears and a platinum-white mane like Bade's, but with streaks of Moon's mane colors throughout it. Her eyes were also golden like her father's, but were shaped like a pony's, not slitted. She decided to name her Amber Glow, and her herdmates only too happily agreed it fit.

Finally, nearly a full week after Moon's foal was born, to her bated anticipation, Amaya gave birth to a thestral colt, his mane and tail almost identical to Bade's, but with a thick strip of very light blue through it. His coat was a mid-grey and his eyes the same golden yellow as his parents'. They named him Azure Star, with him completing the new additions to their herd and Equestria's royalty.

Surely, eventually, Bade, Twilight, Amaya, and Moondancer may choose to expand their royal herd. But for then, they were happy with their seven foals, and their loving mates, as they would be for many, many years to come.
