Grimwood Vileberry, a earth-mare of unknown origins with a dark past got arrested for her own crimes under strange circumstances and was put into prison for twenty years.

In a night of seven years later, her dormant powers started to manifest themselves. Dark powers that she never thought to have. In that point, a mysterious pony released her from her jail.

During her escape, Grimwood was attacked by undead monstrosities who used to be ponies. She managed to fight them back and step out of Canterlot Castle... Only for her to find the world around her being instantly turned into a literal hell. With ponies turning into hordes of bloodthirsty, altered creatures.

But nothing is what it seemed to be. As she escaped a devastated Canterlot and wandered in a world gone mad, she ended up to discover gruesome truths about events that had occurred a few months ago in which she was completely in the dark. These revelations leaded to the one responsible for her misery.

The worst part was that the Princesses and the Elements of Harmony, who could had save the situation, were noway to be found, nopony knows what happened to them, and most of all, she was eventually blamed by the remaining authorities to have unleashed a plague responsible for their transformations.

Grimwood, being armed with her incredibly enhanced, long, huge chainsaw, is completely hellbent to tear any single abomination who tried to get in her way while investigating the pestilence that she was blamed for and other mysteries regarding what happened to Equestria.

But for her that wasn't just a struggle to survive since this insanity forced her to pursuit her original goal.

Revenge... But little did she know where this motivation would had take her to.

Premises that I hope to maintain.

You can find the elements of the tragedy from both her, the other characters and some of her enemies, without being too edgy. But you can also find the bordeline over the top action, rare references to other grimdark stories and a real hell of gore fest.
