Sunset Shimmer POV

The morning passed real quick when shopping, and at 11:05 our group arrived at Sugarcube Corner.

Twilight and Rarity were sitting on sofas near the cashier, but I don't see Rainbow Dash anywhere.

She must have gone to the bathroom. She always does that lately.

"Hey girls!" greeted Twilight,"Have you seen Rainbow just now? She went to the bathroom in the mall 35 minutes ago and never came back."

Rarity continued,"She sent a text to our chatroom that she went somewhere with Sunset, and to call her if she doesn't regroup with us."

"What? I was with our group the whole time!" I exclaimed.

Twilight suggested,"Let's wait for her. She might just be late for the hundredth time."

So we sat down and waited for five minutes, but still no sign of her and no contact at all.

"Where could she be?" wondered Pinkie.

Applejack replied,"Just like Rainbow to bring us here and not show up!"

I said,"But it's not her personality to leave us behind like that."

Suddenly, our geodes started glowing vibrantly.

Fluttershy whispered,"Um, check out our geodes!"

The glow became even brighter.

"Is Rainbow using her super speed again?" asked Rarity.

I replied,"No, I can't hear anyone's thoughts."

The glow disappeared as fast as it appeared.

"It's normal now!" exclaimed Twilight.

Just then, all the color faded from our geodes, leaving behind a dreary grey.

Applejack said,"Huh? Why did the color disappear?"

"Something's off. Something happened to Rainbow. There's something wrong!" I cried.
