It's been years since the aliens first stepped through the portals. The researcher in you found them so fascinating that even you, like so many others, were willing to ignore the warning signs. This is a second person green written for /mlp/'s 'slave pony general' thread. Despite what the name may have you thinking the general and story are more about exploring the horrible implications of chattel slavery and how, with a little understanding, most humans would rather help an innocent pony rather than hurt them. 'Staying out of trouble' aims to explore such a society via a slightly sassy pony's perspective.
