Healing

While Fluttershy and Rainbow were sound asleep Pinkie was going on her fourth day of no sleep. She had been fine the first few days she was at the hospital but now she just couldn't get to sleep. Every time she's almost asleep Pinkamena comes into her mind and she's wide awake, the fact that it's pitch black in her room without lights isn't helping. She tried to get the doctors to leave her door open with the hallway light on or a lamp by her bed but they wouldn't for whatever reason. She laid there squirming as much as she could without hurting her leg. She finally gave up and just stared at the ceiling. After awhile her eyes started to tear up and before she knew it she was crying softly into her blanket.

Where did my life go so wrong?!?!!? What happened to me......I'm not Pinkie anymore.....

  She laid there crying for a few minutes before she took a deep breath,

Calm down Pinkie.......your life isn't over....your friends still visit you and when you're out of the hospital they'll help you however they can......well actually now that I think about it....only Rainbow and Fluttershy have visited me.......I-I'm sure there just really busy....right?

Pinkie sat up trying to remember if anypony other than Rainbow and Shy visited when she came to the conclusion that nopony came she cried into her pillow until she fell asleep and for the first time in four days she slept.....even if it was for only thirty minutes.
