Either using the convectional postal service, which is unreliable and there is the chance of it being intercepted by enemies or you can contact the Palladium Couriers, a secret and forbidden organisations of courier ponies who's highest priority is to send the information to the client, no matter how hard the conditions they may seem to be, they never fail.
