After the victory over the Eevies in their microscopic battle, Twilight Sparkle and Spike just want to relax for a while. But when Rainbow Dash gets an illness even the Doctor can't diagnose, the pair decide to investigate a little closer, and will have to use all the help they can get - even help from a higher power!
