Chapters “Hey you must be the new kids right?” Some girl with rainbow hair said to Alex and Trevor.
“Yeah that’s us, I’m Trevor and this is Alex you can call him Al” Trevor said.
“No you can’t, nice try Trevor” Alex replied, hating that nickname.
“Right, I’m Rainbow Dash welcome to the school! I was asked to show you guys around, follow me” she said.
“Geez are they all named like they look?” Alex whispered to Trevor, who snickered
“So Alex what do you like to do do fun?” Rainbow asked as they sat down with her friends.
“Well I actually am a Bantamweight Junior Boxer, so I’m working my way up the ranks, speaking of which, are there any good gyms around? I need to stay in shape.” Alex replied.
“Yeah there’s one that’s about a 10 minute walk from here, that’s where my brother trains he’s the champion of your boxing division oddly enough. Hi, I’m Twilight.” Twilight replied.
After school, the boys (mainly Trevor) invited rainbow and her friends over. “Welcome to our home” Trevor said, opening their door.
“Oh hey Trevor, show them around ok I got a call.” Alex said as his phone rang. As he stepped out into the hallway he answered “hello?”
“Yes is this Alex Mee?” A voice replied.
“Yes this is him” he said.
“I represent the champion of your boxing division, and since his original opponent was hurt he wanted to give you a shot at the title the fights in 3 months what do you say?” The voice said
“a boxing match with shining armor for the title sure count me in” he said happily
“awesome, you’ll receive an email in 3 days regarding info have a nice day and good luck” the voice said before hanging up.
“TREVOR!” Alex called as he ran in.
“Yeah?” He asked
“WE GOT A SHOT AT THE TITLE!!!” He yelled
“WHAT? HELL YEAH I TOLD YOU” Trevor equally as loud
“let’s get to training after school tomorrow, for now let’s watch a movie or something while the girls are still here.” Alex said
“what should we watch?” Trev said.
“How about Creed? Alex asked
As they walked to the gym, they ran into some kid on a scooter.
“Oops sorry about that you okay?” Trevor asked, concerned for the middle school ish girl.
“Yeah I’m fine, wait are you Alex? The new kid?” she asked pointing to Alex.
“Yeah that’s me.” He nonchalantly replied.
“Omg my sister Rainbow dash has been talkin non stop about you, she has a little crush I think. By the way names Scootaloo.” Scoots said.
“I’m Trevor and really? You two are sisters? You really don’t look alike.” Trevor noted.
“No were not biological, see you guys around” she said before zooming off.
“Hi welcome to Big Macs boxer gym how can I help you?” Apple Bloom said a Trevor and alex walked up to the receptionists desk.
“Hi my names Alex Mee id like a membership please.” Alex asked.
“Sure and would you like a locker” she asked kindly.
“Ok sign here and you’ll be good to go!” She said “and also call this number here anytime if you need a personal trainer or anything of the sort” she said referring to Big Macs number on a business card.
After a hard day of work, the boys head home. Alex heard his phone go off, knowing what that meant called Trevor over.
“I think you should call Big Mac and ask if you could Train him, I really can’t do this by myself.” Trevor said.
“Okay I’ll call.” Alex said.
“Hello?” Big Mac said as he sat down and was watching film of some kid who was called the Iron Horse.
“yes this is Alex Mee, aka the Iron Horse I have a scheduled fight on July 4th against shining armor and I was hoping you could help me train for this bout.” Alex said.
“Alex I can’t promise anything about my availability but I will help you, I’m watching some film on you now, you have nice form and you have true potential. I’ll see you tomorrow at 7 am ok?” Mac said.
“We’re busy because tomorrow at 2:30 the weigh in and press conference is occurring can you be there? It’s at Frazier memorial Arena” Alex said. (Frazier memorial was really awesome to Alex, being from philly Smokin Joe was his favorite Fighter)
“yes I can I’ll se you there, Iron Horse” Mac said and hung up.
“I’d like to thank everyone who showed up at this weigh in, Shining Armor weighs in at 119, While Alex Mee weighs in at 114, you may ask a few questions”. The official said, and instantly many hands shot up.
“Yes, Alex what are your thoughts on fighting someone as experienced as Shining armor?” Someone asked
“Well I’m grateful that he’s giving me a chance to fight him and I’m gonna give the best I have and hopefully I’ll go the distance” Alex responded Cooly
“Woah woah woah, go the distance? You’re joking right? Nobody has ever gone the distance with me, hell no ones ever lasted 5 rounds with me in the ring now how in the world do you think you can go the distance kid?” Shining asked slightly annoyed.
“You’ll see on July 4th” Alex said with a smirk.
It’s a normal day at CHS, and two kids are loading their belongings into a new apartment.
“Hey man look, you still need a place to train, keep your body in good shape. You’re big shot is coming, I can feel it!” Trevor said enthusiastically to his friend Alex, who is a Junior bantamweight boxer.
“Yeah I’ll ask someone once we get moved in ok?” He replied as he set up their TV
Meanwhile, across town the World Junior Bantamweight Champion Shining Armor is looking for a new challenger due to his scheduled fighter, Flash Sentry, Seperating his shoulder during training.
“I got it, we’ll give a local underdog a shot at the title!” He said.
Back at CHS, Alex and Trevor were discussing outfits for the next fight.
“How about these?” Trevor asked, holding up a pair of Red shorts with a white stripe.
“Yeah I like that, it’s a nice, classic look. How about those with the red gloves?” Alex answered.
“I like it dude! Also are we in the same classes?” Trevor asked, tossing Alex his schedule.
“Uhh yeah! Sweet we are in all the same classes!” He replied. “Also, why do I have to have the nickname Iron Horse?” He asked.
“Because it describes you perfectly! You always power through” Trevor explained.
“Mac this is ridiculous do I really have to do this?” Alex questioned, looking disdainfully at the chicken
“You need to build up some speed to beat this guy, and this is how we trained in the Old days Go Get the damn Chicken!” He said, releasing the chicken.

“NO NO NO THE FIGHT IS IN 2 WEEKS WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY?” He yelled to no one in perticular.
“Trevor darling what’s wrong?” Rarity said as she and Sweetie bell came in (Trevor said he would babysit while she was gone for the night).
“I can’t find Alex’s boxing trunks for the fight and it’s in two weeks!” He responded.
“Oh nonsense, I can have a most glamorous pair for him to fig-“ she started but Trevor cut her off
“He wants something classic, can you design something like this?” He asked, holding up a picture of the red trunks with the white stripe.
“Yes I can it’ll be ready at most in 6 days darling, and thanks for watching Sweetie Bell” she said as she left.
“Anytime and thanks for helping me out” he responded
