Population Problem

After the discovery that the birth rate of Equestria had dropped to effectively null, Celestia worked her hardest to save the next generation of ponies. Birth control banned, sex laws loosened, the sale of love potions, futa potions and the like all legalised... but nothing had worked it seemed. Yes, a few new pregnancies appeared but nothing significant.

Doctor Horse, one of the most well-known doctors in Equestria, sat in his office in Ponyville's hospital. He scanned the graphs and reports that had been conducted into the study of the birth rate. He took a gander at the list of appointments he had scheduled tomorrow. He sighed and thought for a minute, before hopping out of the chair he sat in and heading over to the bookshelf. He pulled out a dusty old one with a red cover, flipping through a few pages. He came to rest on one page and smiled to himself. He would save the population of Equestria single-hoofedly with this.
