Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship, barer of the Element of Magic, protector of Equestria, titles titles, blah blah, is called to Hollow Shades by the map in her castle. Alone. Upon arriving, she discovers it isn't quite as ruined as it was the last time she was there. Her purpose for being called? A summit with Canine Royalty? Wolves exist in Equestria, and these wolves have a need for the intervention of the Princess of Friendship. But how? And why does the Prince seem so interested in her?
