Third Person POV

11 years later

Human under-city, Canterlot.

Two Humans walked through the throng of people going about the streets. The man was young around 19, with dirty brownish-black hair and gleaming blue eyes. He stood around 6'0 feet tall, moderately built, with long black jeans, combat boots, and a muscle shirt. He had scars running down his left shoulder to his back. He finally had a light five o'clock shadow and had his wrapped around the other person who walked beside him.

The second one was a girl. Looking to be in her early twenties, with a soft loving face, snow white skin. She had soft blue eyes just like they man and gleamed in joy. She had long flowing black hair with a long strip of white running down like a line through her hair. She wore a modest dress of red and white with high ankle boots. Her height was a 5'10, much higher than most of the other women walking around the pair. She also had a nice curved body with large supple breasts, nicely curved hips and a perfectly hourglass figure.

She snuggled deeper into the man and looked up at him with half lidded eyes.

"Soooo Jorihl~ I'm gonna have to accompany my father to the gala for my baby brothers decrement as heir......" She traced her finger on his chest.

"....And I need a big, strong, escort to carry me." The man blushed furiously as she moved closer into him pressing her assets against his side. "So will you be my knight~?" The man gulped loudly with his cheeks turning a bright red hew.

"I-I-I-I W-would love t-to S-s-selene." He stuttered in great attempt to resist the urge of "Private fun". Selene giggled as did a few other women who watched the pair. She then pulled Jorihl down to her level and kissed him warmly. He returned the kiss and they were met with a chorus of aww's by the locals. After a few seconds passed the two broke apart from their kiss and Jorihl scooped up Selene and carried her. Bridal style down the street.

Selene giggled and brushed her hand along his scruffy chin before remembering why they were on the streets.

"Say...baby where is my little brother?" Jorihl laughed lightly and looked straight ahead of them.

"He....uhhh..he and my father are working on that project of his." Selene looked at Jorihl in confusion before he sighed and picked up the pace. "You know. That new hunting weapon that doesn't need a bow or arrow. Also fires a small metal ball at high speed!" He explained in excitement.

Selene's face went from confusion to one of remembrance.

"Oh I see, well I hope it works ou...." Before she could finish a loud *Bang* echoed out. soon most people stopped what they were doing and looking in the direction of the bang. Jorihl stopped for a brief secondly before bursting out into a speed that caught Selene by surprise and shook her out of her stupor.

"Woah! Jorihl what was that? Whats wrong!?" She screamed as the two soured down the streets. The pair went through turn after turn until the came into a large alleyway that led towards a large stone house at the front. Jorihl began to slow down as the two drew closer to the house. The door opened and a young girl walked outside, when Jorihl and Selene saw the girl. They quickly ran to her.

"Maria!" The girl jumped slightly from the shout and turned towards its direction. As she saw Jorihl and Selene, she rushed over to greet them.

"Brother!" She rushed towards Jorihl who stopped to set Selene down and crashed into him. She wrapped him in a warm hug, which Jorihl returned. The girl was smaller than Selene, standing at around 5'4. She had long brown hair with a slight curl on their ends. She had sparkling green eyes and a angelic like face. She was leaner than Selene but still had the perfect curves and womanly charms to woo a man. She wore a light T-shirt, with a black blouse and sandals.

As the two finished their hug Jorihl looked at his sister.

"Sis, what was the loud bang? Are you alright? Where is dad and Tid....." Before he could finish a loud booming voice echoed from behind the house. "Haha, Success! You were right my boy it worked." Jorihl sighed as he recognized the voice to be his fathers.

"Yes..After two months of failure we managed to perfect the barrel and bullet." The other voice was lighter but still held a tremendous amount of power and conviction to it. Jorihl smiled as he moved past his sister who quickly fell into line behind him as they marched through their home towards. The back of the house where a large workshop sat and in the yard was the father of Jorihl and Maria. Patting the back of a young man appearing to be the same age as Jorihl. But he had Dark black hair with a pure white running along the sides of his head like a natural crown. He was built in a slender body type. His eyes were a deep hazel with strong conviction and determination. He wore a pair of black cargo pants with combat boots with a muscle shirt just like Jorihl except it was pure red in color.

Finally The young man had carried a family symbol, passed down from generation to generation. A two headed phoenix cradling the moon. This man the his father was congratulating was his best friend, Tidus.

Before he could great his friend Selene, pushed past him and ran to the boy.

"TIDI!!!!" She screamed before plowing into the surprised young man sending him sprawling to the ground while sending the strange tool he had flying.

"S-sis, come on get off me!" Tidus squirmed underneath his sister who pouted and held firm.

"Why? Can't a sister worry about her baby brother? especially with a random loud boom that frightened her delicate ears." She joking flared her hand towards her ears. Tidus gave her a deadpan look.

"What delicate ears?" Tidus shot back with a cocky smirk. He soon let it fall when his sister looked at him with both her eyes closed in anger. Her brow and smile twitching.

"OH, WHAT WAS THAT TIDI~!?" She asked in a loud voice strained with anger. Tidus began shaking with fear.

"N-nothing, s-s-sweet sister." He croaked out and gave his best disarming smile. Much to the groups relief his sister exhaled before snuggling his head.

"Oh, I can never stay mad at you wittle Tidi." She cooed at him. He grumbled under his breath before she helped him up. as the pair dusted themselves off Rakhan, walked over to Tidus with the strange tool he had been wielding before his sister pounce.

"Tidus." He spoke in his usual gruff voice that caused the young man to look at him. "I'll take this to the twins. That way we can start making more of theses uh....Rifles..Yea thats it." Tidus nodded to Rakhan and soon the older man walked away with the rifle. As the older man left Jorihl and his sister walked over to the pair.

"So Tidus you finally managed to make those rifles you dreamed about." Tidus regarded his friend and smiled.

"Yea, just like the pistols their only one shot." Tidus then looked down in thought. "Though it was strange....my dream had me watching some kind of instruction or something on a magical machine." He sighed and looked at Jorihl.

"I'm glad that the people haven't used the pistol and hopefully the rifles against the ponies.." He grimaced at the thought of what would happen if such a thing happened.

Jorihl nodded in understanding and sighed.

"You won't have to worry so long as the pact holds, then no-one will use the guns for killing the ponies." Tidus smiled at his friend. All humans were taught of the pact and how it could be broken by spilling the blood of a Silvorin. But so far no pony has risked or actually thought about killing a Silvorin, because of the harsh Repercussions that would ensue.

As the two men slowly walked away from the girls Maria stands still watching Tidus walk with her brother. Her cheeks flushing red and began twiddling her fingers. She wasn't aware of Selene quietly moving behind her.

Maria POV

I watched as my brother walked away with Tidus discussing and joking about his ideas and dreams. I sighed as I watched Tidus smile and laugh, the way his face shines with the black and whites of his hair. Make him have almost an ethereal look. But as I continued to stare. I was suddenly jolted by Selene who snuck behind me.

“Whatcha thinking?” She beamed in a happy tone as I realized that I stared at Tidus for too long again.

“N-nothing! I-I-I was just uhm....looking at the clouds...yea that’s it.” She looked at me in an expression that screamed yea right.

“Sureeeee..and my brother is marrying the bitch queen herself.” She smiled at me and nodded towards the two men slowly walking away.

“You know that my brother has a thing for you too.” I sighed and sulked.

“I know it’s just......I’m scared of him rejecting me.” She looked at me before a big smile spread across her face.

"Trust me! My baby brother has his eyes set on you especially when you helped protect that poor hybrid." I smiled at her as I remembered that night that cemented my feelings for Tidus.

It was the late afternoon the sun began to set. I walked down the street towards a building that once served as a storehouse. But now was converted to a new police force, The watch. My brother was one of its first members. He forgot his diner and quickly went to meet with the other volunteers who joined it.

I was surprised when It was made, because the one to orchestrate its creation. Was the young Silvorin, Tidus. I had watched from afar as he trained with my father and brother, and worked with my father on strange new devices he came up with. I was curious about him, he seemed so kind, timid and gentle. But at the same time, showed a hardiness, and cold resolve. that would make even a manticore run.

I was having trouble trying to sort out my feeling for him. As every time we saw each other we both blushed, and I also helped to bandaged him after his training or a testing mishap.

As I continued walking towards the old building I noticed to flags hanging above the door frame. Both had a two head white phoenix, whose heads were arched toward each other. Inside a large black circle, while the rest of the flag was red.

At first many people didn't like the idea. the council questioned Tidus for why he had this group made. Until during the first week of its inception, a pony noble and a group of pegasi who joined him tried to kidnap. girls for a personal pleasure brothel. To say they were surprised was an understatement, but after the immediate scuffle the noble was taken to a guard doctor.

While the group of pegasi were arrested, though there were 7 of them. Two died from internal bleeding and five were in serious condition.

But the after affects were astounding this scandal of the nobility shook equestria so much that Celestia was forced. To pay a hefty amount to nations that held human sentiments. This also showed how little control the bitch had in her country, She had no idea of this noble or nobles ideas and how much, their dirty money was in her little kingdom.

She was forced to make a personal congratulations to the watch and allowed them to continue. Now the watch was in every human settlement, and Tidus popularity soared.

Though the ponies were more excited about the princesses new little pet. Becoming some stupid super magic wielder.

I was shaken from my thoughts when I saw four figures in an alleyway. From my point of view I could clearly see that three of them were mares. One a unicorn in a extremely frilly dress, with a white mane black fur and red eyes. Her two friends were earth ponies that seemed to be hired guards. Also judging by their quick body movements, they don't want to be here.

The last figure is a small child. A hybrid, with dark black hair, Tanned skin and seemed to be cowering away from the mare. He had a curved horn coming straight out of his head and I noticed he had bruising across his face and arms. I scowled as I knew that ponies don't like the "Unnaturals". But of course those horses would say that. Then can barely make any children as it is and they are so crazy about free love that there men are more women than them.

The mare reeled her fist back getting ready hit the poor child again. I quickly shook myself out of thought and rushed over to the little boy. As I rushed by the surprised guards I slammed my bag against the assaulting mares head. She went sprawling down as my hit sent her into a downward tumble.

I quickly grabbed the little boy who looked up at me in hope. As the mare began to come too and her guards roused from their shock I shot past them.

As I ran with the little boy I heard the mares give chase and I knew they would catch up to me. As they creatures drew closer I cradled the little boy as we came to a stop. Exhausted I knew I could do nothing more than protect him with my body. But as I waited for the inevitable slamming of fists against my body. I began to here shouting then a brawl followed by a growl of pain and a shriek. I didn't look or acknowledge what happened until I felt a hand on my shoulder.

Spooked I turned around to face Tidus who's arm was slightly bleeding from a small stab wound. As I looked past him I saw the mares tied up and bruised, surrounded by my brother and other members of the watch.

I was too surprised to notice the little boy look to Tidus. Who smiled and lightly rubbed his head, he soon turned to one of the men and ordered them to find a doctor for the child. As the man quickly affirmed Tidus order and shot off, Tidus gently took the boy and cradled him as though he was his own child.

Soon after the doctor came and treated both the boy and Tidus. Tidus took the boy to an orphanage that many hybrid children go to when abandoned by the ponies. I walked with them to ensure the child's safety. But as we reached the orphanage I noticed another group of watch members. They were all hybrids and quickly rushed over to Tidus asking if he was alright and if the child was alright as well. He calmed them down and gestured for the little boy to be taken in before he went inside to visit the children.

As I watched him play with the children, I felt my heart pounding from the sight of him. I then knew what my answer about my feelings were for Tidus.

I was roused from my memories as I realized that Selene had led me to. The watch's headquarters, as we enter every member quickly stood at attention and saluted Selene who playfully waved them off. As they all settled back down into conversations or games before they began their rounds. We began making our way upstairs, only to here a loud smashing of wood and metal against the door and floor.

Soon me and Selene shot up stairs and threw open the door to the commanders office. There we were greeted by four figures.

Tidus, in a black commanders uniform. His brother Alexander, in a grey officer uniform. My brother Jorihl in the same outfit as Alexander.

Finally a unicorn stallion, in a guard officer uniform. With two toned blue mane, White fur, a symbol of a shield with a star in the middle and finally he held a letter out towards Tidus. The letter was a fancy white envelope with a single word printed in gold upon the top of it.

"GALA"
