The fate of Equestria

“Wow, Lucky. How did it get that bad?” Cadence asked.

“This all started, once you 4 disappeared. When nopony could find you, everything fell apart very quickly. In fact, I bet it's worse now.” I said.

“That isn't good, Lucky. We thought they were ready to rule themselves.” Twilight said.

“Twilight's right, Lucky. That's why we left. We thought they could handle things themselves. But I guess we were wrong.” Luna said.

“To be honest, your highnesses. I don't think they will ever be ready to govern themselves. It's sad really.” I said.

“I think that it's my fault, Lucky. I never gave them responsibility. Instead I made all the decisions for them.” Celestia said.

“Lucky Rose, this is Thor. Is everything alright down there?” Thor said, over the communicator.

“Yes, Thor. Everything is going pretty good. How's everything up there?” I asked.

“We have a problem up here, Lucky Rose. My sensors are picking up several ships coming through hyperspace. According to my readings, it's a Goa’uld Ha’tak class ship with several Al’kesh bombers. They will be here within the hour.” Thor stated.

“I don't know what those are, Thor. But it sounds very bad. You need to get out of here.” I said.

“But, what about you, Lucky Rose? They will most likely bombard this planet from orbit and enslave you.” Thor said.

“It's ok, Thor. I found the Princesses. We can handle ourselves. You need to get to safety.” I stated.

“Good Luck, Lucky Rose. If you ever need me, use the communicator I gave you.” Thor said.

“Thanks, Thor. I will see you later.” I said.

“Lucky, I know a place we can go. We have allies on another world. We will travel through a device known as a stargate. But we have to hurry.” Celestia said.

As I followed the Princesses, I saw several ships entering the atmosphere. While we were running, we heard an explosion. Thankfully, we were far enough away from the castle or we would be dead. We turned around and saw nothing but ruins left. Their castle was gone. After another 25 minutes of running, we made it to the stargate. It was a strange looking device. I stood to the side, as Princess Celestia started dialing. Once the gate activated, I jumped with fear. I never saw anything like it before.

Once I calmed down, I heard Princess Celestia talking, “General Hammond, this is Princess Celestia. We have an emergency and have to evacuate. Permission to come through?”

“Princess Celestia, permission granted. We await your arrival.” General Hammond said.

As we stepped closer to the gate, Princess Celestia was the first to step through. Followed by Princess Luna. Cadence then me. As I stepped though, I looked around in shock. Then I saw someone approach.

“General Hammond, it's great to see you again. I wish it was under better circumstances. Our castle was destroyed in an attack by the Goa’uld.” Celestia said.

“That's unfortunate, Princess Celestia. I thought there were only 4 of you. Who is the other one?” General Hammond asked.

“This is, Lucky Rose. She came to us from our original homeworld.” Celestia said.

“Please follow me to the debriefing room, so we can talk.” General Hammond said.

Once we got to the debriefing room, General Hammond offered us glasses of water. Which we gladly drank, even though I was very nervous about these strange beings.

“So, Princess Celestia. What happened to your castle?” General hammond asked.

“If it's alright with you, General. I would like Lucky Rose to explain it. Lucky would you please start with how you got to our world? Celestia asked.

“As I left Equestria, I saw a strange ship in orbit. As I approached, I was beamed into it. Later I found out it was Thor. He's the Supreme Commander of the Asgard fleet. He told me, that he's been watching my world, and he gave me a ride to my destination.” I said.

“Ok, Lucky. Please continue.” General Hammond said

“Once I arrived at the planet, I found the Princesses. As we were talking, Thor said he saw several Goa’uld ships approaching. I told him we would be fine and to leave orbit. Then we made our way to the stargate, when they came through the atmosphere and blew up the castle. We barely made it through.” I said.

“I'm sorry about your home, your Highnesses. You can stay with us for a while, if you'd like.” General Hammond said.

“Thank you for the offer, General. But I think we should go back to our homeworld. Lucky showed us what it's like, and we have to restore peace. Our country has been in a civil war for 200 years. Can we see a star map? We need to find out, if there is a stargate there.” Celestia said.

As the General dug out a ton of star maps, we started going through them. After 5 hours, we decided to take a break for some dinner. Once we made it to the cafeteria, I heard someone say,”Princess Celestia? Is that you?”

“Hello again, Daniel Jackson. It's good to see you.” Celestia said.

“It's good to see you too, Princess. But what brings you by?” Daniel asked.

“Our home was destroyed by the Goa'uld.” Celestia said.

“I'm sorry to hear that, Princess.” Daniel said.

“Thank you, Daniel Jackson. We were looking at your star charts to try to find our original homeworld. But we had to take a break. I just hope there is a stargate there.” Celestia said.

“I'm sure there is, Princess. I hope you find you homeworld.” Daniel said.

“Me too, Daniel Jackson. We have to return to restore peace. Our homeworld is in a civil war. They have been for 200 years now, ever since we left.” Celestia said.

“If you need help, I'm sure Major Samantha Carter will help you.” Daniel said.

“Thank you, Daniel Jackson. I'll be sure to ask her.” Celestia said.

Once Celestia was done talking, we got our food and sat down. We all had salads and water. While we were eating, everyone was staring at us. I guess they never seen magical ponies before. After we finished eating, we went back to look at the star charts. We looked at them for another 6 hours before we found it. Then we saw Major Carter, and asked her to see if there is a stargate there. After 2 hours of going through their database, she found it. It did indeed have a stargate. So we asked General Hammond to test it, and see if we can get a connection.

After we tested it and established a stable wormhole, we sent a probe through it. What we saw was surprising. Apparently the stargate was somewhere under the castle of the 2 sisters, in a cave. Our jaws dropped when we saw that. We decided to stay here for the night, so we can be rested up for when we go home.
