- As a result from punctured organs, major internal blood loss
- Stomach puncture resulted in leakage of high-concentration acids into abdominal cavity

Toxicology:
Samples Collected: Three (3) 100ml vials of blood, one (1) 100ml vial of urine, one (1) 200ml tube of bile, and one bag containing decedent’s liver. All specimens were cold.

Thaumicology:
Samples Collected: Two (2) 30mg samples of bone collected from base of horn, three (3) 40mg samples of skin/fur collected from lower leg, chest, and back, one (1) 20mg sample of hair, taken from scalp.
Results:
I. Basic Spells
- Residual energy patterns discovered on bone samples are consistent with teleportation spells of up to 50ft.
- Usage of low-level levitation spells also concluded from energy samples.
II. Mind-Altering
- Post-mortem analysis of brain-scan shows no active spells were placed on decedent’s brain. All behavior was of decedent’s own volition.
III. Spatial Manipulation
- No usage, nor application upon decedent, were detected.
IV. Conjuration
- No usage, nor application upon decedent, were detected.
V. Elemental

- Subsequent analysis of bone samples reveals several immolation spells directed outward. Temperature estimated in excess of 3,500°C1

- Upon further review of taken samples, a large amount of energy ( >10 Gigajoules) was detected being used on an, as of now, undetermined spell. Following analysis find that said spell was attempted at least 400 Times. Success of said spell(s) unknown, and intended effect(s) are unknown at this Time.2

Probable Cause of Death: Decedent voluntarily jumped off cliff, fell 200 feet accruing moderate lacerations and mild abrasions, and impacted the ground, causing total structural collapse of rib-cage resulting in puncturing of left lung, heart, and stomach. Decedent entered comatose state immediately upon impact, leading to total organ failure and death after approximately seventeen (17) minutes.
