Day 17 (27-10-1003)

• Following discovery of magics in both areas of concern, Administrator made formal request to declare suicide designation false, and open a formal Homicide Investigation.

Day 18 (28-10-1003)

• Preliminary motions made to declare findings made.
• Possibility of Homicide Investigation considered
• Magic Analysis Reports Completed (See Documents 143-M-1, 143-M-2)

Day 20 (30-10-1003)

• Reports of analysis prove inconclusive
• Administrator declares case "Murder"

Day 23 (2-11-1003)

• After much deliberation, Administrator is overturned by C.R.P.S. council (8-3)
• Administrator is removed from position by council, previous Administrator re-instated (See Below; Note 141-U-2)
• Further investigation reveals analysis reports to have no bearing on case decision
• Case re-declared suicide, formal Homicide investigation denied.

• Investigation Finished, Determined Suicide Designation to be accurate

Day 27 (6-11-1003)

• Case formally closed, Incident resolved, group presiding disbanded.

Letter from Overseer Pen. on 17-10-1003:

Following repeated requests from Celestia herself for increased deliberation from this team, and a lack of communication to and from our current administrator, I have made the executive decision to place Celestia as Administrator for this case. This is a special exception given the circumstances, and will not be repeated. Despite this, I expect all of you to follow her commands to the letter, and show a little more focus from now on. Following Blank Page's decision to [REDACTED], he has been removed from the team, and I have made Silent Night primary investigator for the Time being.

Notice from Overseer Pen. on 2-11-1003:

After decisions from the council, it has been reluctantly decided that Celestia bee removed from this case permanently. This was, of course, a special exception, and need I remind everyone that this is part of the reason Celestia was to be barred from heading investigations in the first place. Covert Op has been placed has provisional head as this case winds to a close. The council would also like to remind everyone that "personal stake" is not a valid reasoning behind changing a case designation.
